About the Club

Located inside College Park Athletic Club East, we offer individual, semi-private, and small group training available. Adult group classes and personal training.

Our team is here to help you meet your sports performance, fitness, and general health goals.

Facility staffed by certified professional in athletic training and sports development. Coaches have worked with youth, high school, collegiate and pro athletes in tennis, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, and baseball. Certified Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) specialist on staff.

My son has been working with Corbin for the last few months to strengthen his tennis game. Corbin worked with each person at their individual level and helped them grow in strength and agility. During the season he focused more on keeping the kids ready for tournaments. He was also great with helping my son recover from injuries. I highly recommend working with Corbin!

This place does you right. Laura Lohrmann is the best at what she does. I’ve been to numerous professionals for this and had many issues. Since I met Laura this is the best I’ve felt in 3 years. Would recommend her and her fellow staff to anyone.

I have been seeing Laura for M.A.T for my right shoulder and left knee for several months now. The results have been truly remarkable.

I had a large rotation cuff tear in my right shoulder and because of Laura service avoided surgery altogether. I’m now serving and playing competitive tennis at full strength.

My left knee is healed as well and I don’t need my front loader brace anymore to play tennis.

Laura is a miracle worker and I wholeheartedly recommend her for any sports injury.

I’ve been training with Maddie for about 3 months now and it’s been amazing!! Maddie works with me to better my tennis performance every time I train with her, and I can for sure see improvements in my game! Her positive attitude and motivating comments make training with her well worth my time! Everyone in the gym is supportive and has a good attitude. The gym is very clean and so is the entire facility. If you’re looking for a place to start working out, I definitely recommend coming here!

cant even start, CHRIS IS AMAZING! we met him during SE classes and right then we connected. he has such a fun personality, and is super amazing to talk to. we started doing group lessons quite shortly, in order to get stronger, he constantly is encouraging us to go further and go past our limits. the way he coaches is also so fun, time flies by without noticing. our group fitness class always looks forward to his classes because we have a blast, love hardworking time together.

Jared Cruz is not just the best trainer I've ever had, but he's also one of the best guys to be around. I had been struggling with chronic knee pain for many years, and Jared always made sure to take that into account when creating workouts for me to do. We specifically spent time working around my injures while working to strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments around my knee. Even when we ran into setbacks during the training process, Jared was able to guide me along in supporting my mental health as well as my physical health.
