Here at Columbia Fit Body Boot Camp, our mission is transform lives through better health, fitness, and mindset. No matter your age or fitness level, Fit Body offers fast, fun 30-minute group workouts designed to burn fat, build muscle and boost energy. Led by certified coaches, our HIIT-based workouts deliver maximum results in minimal time, with personalized guidance for all fitness levels. We also provide simple, sustainable nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals. This is more than just a gym. It’s a refuge. It’s where you go to find friendships, clarity, and strength. I was nervous about group fitness, so I put off joining for a while. Now, if I miss a day due to travel or whatever else, it has my whole day out of whack. There are so many things you’ll learn at FBBC that is so much more than HIIT training. Give it a try! You won’t regret it.

Fit Body Boot Camp has been one of the best experiences with my weight loss journey. Every time I went to the gym I would struggle with what to do, but at fibtbody, they give you all you need. Not just that, but this place is more than a gym. They are a family. I feel so loved going to Fitbody. No judgement and no ridicule. The way everyone treats each other is amazing. Everyone lifts each other up, and falls nothing short of picking each other up. The. Coaches are amazing and will push you to ALWAYS do your best even when you think you can’t. I am so glad I chose Fit Body because it has made me better person, not only physically, but mentally as well.

Fitbody has helped me so much, not just physically, but mentally as well. Since joining, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my overall well-being. The workouts have helped me build strength and energy, but just as importantly, they’ve become a powerful way to manage stress and boost my mood.
The environment is welcoming and supportive, which makes it easy to stay consistent. The staff is friendly and encouraging, and there’s a great sense of community among the members. Whatever the workout entails, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a workout — this place truly helps you feel your best, inside and out.

This gym is too good. The coaches? Unbelievable. Encouraging, welcoming, and somehow always know exactly when to push you and when to cheer you on. The other members? Just as incredible—supportive, non-judgmental, and inspiring.
FitBody Bootcamp has become one of the best parts of my daily life. It’s not just a gym—it’s a community that genuinely helps you become the best version of yourself.
So if you’re reading this and even thinking about checking it out, stop thinking and just do it. This place is hands-down the best in Columbia.

Nothing but great things to say about Fit Body Boot Camp! After years of doing OTF, FBBC has been a refreshing and energizing change of pace. The workouts are always varied and I love how each day focuses on different, complementary muscle groups. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly and encouraging. I’ve been a member for a year and there’s no complaints! I love the variety of exercises, timers and people. Men and women of all ages and stages of fit celebrating their milestones together, big and small! Plus the fun themed work outs they throw in. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable, help with modifications, push you to be your strongest self and make the workouts fun! Super friendly and fun gym environment, I was intimidated by gyms before Fit Body, now I’m stronger than ever and LoVE my FBBC family!

I absolutely love this gym! Growing up, I was always the last kid to finish the mile in P.E. (yes even the teachers would jog with me), but here I finally feel capable and confident. The trainers are amazing, know you by name, and are so encouraging. I also love that the classes are just 30 minutes—trust me, if I can do it, anyone can! This gym has truly changed how I feel about working out. If you’re on the fence, just get started—the hardest part is walking in the door, but it’s so worth it!

I absolutely love being part of the Columbia Fit Body Bootcamp community! The coaches are not only entertaining but incredibly knowledgeable and focused on proper form and safety with every movement. One of my favorite things is how simple they make it—I just show up and they guide me through exactly what to do. No planning needed on my end!
The support goes beyond the workouts too. The coaches assist with stretching options and even offer nutrition guidance, which has helped me stay on top of my health even when life throws curveballs and feel my best. FBBC also keeps things fun with challenges and a little healthy competition, and I really appreciate the kids’ workouts and how they give back with monthly charity events.
The community itself is amazing—uplifting, motivating, no-judging zone and full of people who genuinely care. We even share nutritious recipes to help each other stay on track. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive, results-driven fitness family!

I’ve been a member now for 2 yrs, I always think of it as the best 30 mins of the day! You may arrive tired with low energy, maybe you dragged yourself in. However you leave renewed and replenished(at least I do) the coaches are for you!! The workouts fun and challenging. It’s a community and I love it! Check it out for yourself. You won’t regret it!

I pass multiple gyms to get to this one ! There’s no age requirements or size requirements everyone’s there for the same reason, it’s a judgment free zone to quote another gym I don’t go to . FBBC is undeniably the best place to get a healthy body and mind . You will feel comfortable the first day you walk through the door and that’s the hardest part, so “Just do it “. It will be the best move of your life, and you will never look back.

When I say this place has changed my life. IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE! The coaches are some of the most positive and uplifting, always pushing us to push ourselves. I've tried a few gyms before fbbc like kickboxing, crossfit, and others and have always not really enjoyed working out. But ever since coming here the workouts are fun, they keep you motivated and address any concerns you have. Everyone is so welcoming and it is a comfortable atmosphere. I won't ever go anywhere else now that I found this gym!!! I actually look forward to my workout everyday now.

SO happy Nicole brought Fit Body to our community!! I’ve always struggled with getting bored working out and this is the PERFECT solution!! 30 minutes total with certified trainers who know what they’re doing is key for me! I never feel uncomfortable or unable. The members range from those who have been working out for decades to those who have never tried a gym. They offer community events, get children involved in health and fitness, and assist with nutrition. They make fitness FUN!
