We service 1:1 and small group personal training - BOTH in person and remote.
Our small group training is broken down into 3 tiers (Committed, Focused and Relentless) which allow you to not only start but maintain your efforts so you can progress safely and efficiently.

We offer affordable membership access to our community online and 42 day fitness challenges that ensure you start strong on your journey.

Personal plans, wonderful small group classes, at home workouts/zoom available. Nutrition programs and recommendations. Never do the same routine. Always something different and fun! I've been a member of Commit Fit for three years, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The community here is incredibly supportive and friendly, making every workout enjoyable. I’ve made friends, and working out is FUN (which is something I would never ever say before starting at Commit Fit) Sarah, the trainer, is absolutely fantastic. She takes the time to work with each member individually, tailoring workouts to fit your specific abilities and goals. Where do I begin! It’s had been years since I stepped foot into a gym many reasons behind it. Scared, didn’t know where to start, didn’t know what exercises to do, nervous about people looking at me. So I never went. I seen Sarah post in Plainfield Moms on FB and was curious. I am so glad I took that leap and sent her a message bc I finally found not only a gym but a community. The workouts she has designed for me (the group), the nutritional help she has given me and not to mention the motivation she gives me. When I want to stop she’s right there to keep me pumped up. I’ve been going since July 2024 and have no desire to stop now! I finally found “my gym”!

It’s my HAPPY place! I love the programs/workouts I love the instructor she is there to not only guide you with the workouts but help with your diet and mindset. The group that works out there comes from all different fitness backgrounds and Sarah is there to personalize the workout to everyone’s level. I can’t recommend Commit Fit enough! I was told I’d never be able to exercise because of my injuries. That my life was going to be constant pain from my pelvis and knee injuries. I went through years of physical therapy, my pain and mobility never improved.

I’m now doing things I was told I would never be able to do! For the first time in over 4 years, I don’t wake up with horrible pelvis pain. After the 6 week challenge my pain was gone! I eat WHATEVER I want. I do get nutrition coaching and they set my macros. I barely hit them and I’m still losing weight. I can only imagine the weight I’d lose if I was strict with my macros.

Sarah Merkle is the personal trainer and she’s always right there making sure I’m not doing the exercises incorrectly. There are times she’s had to modify an exercise 2-3 times on the spot so I could do it. If I was at a regular gym, I would have just done it and hurt myself. At the beginning of my 6th week, I texted Sarah that I had injured my knee at a waterpark and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to finish my challenge. She reassured me that she could give me exercises that I could do with my knee injury. I showed up with my knee feeling much better but she still made me do the limited exercises to make sure I didn’t reinjure my knee. She really does care about making sure you’re safe and don’t hurt yourself!

My biggest regret is that I didn’t join sooner. I let fear hold me back. Sarah reassured me that all exercises and workouts could be modified to my injuries and limitations. I really didn’t believe it was possible and I’ve never been so happy to be wrong. I’ll never join a “normal gym” or workout anywhere else. I suffer from several mental health issues including agoraphobia, PTSD, depression and anxiety to just name a few. It’s been over 8 years since my mental health has been as healthy as it is now.

I’m losing weight and inches. I’m GAINING muscles, confidence, happiness, freedom and friends.

Can’t recommend Commit Fit enough!! Trainers are so helpful and the community of people is the most welcoming I’ve ever been a part of! Trainers know what they’re doing and it’s proven by the multitude of success stories.

People are always willing to help and to celebrate each other. It is SO nice to be able to show up to the gym and have your whole workout planned (and customized) for you!

Excellent gym!!! Personalized workouts in a group setting. Trainers are knowledgeable, goal orientated and most importantly, there is accountability! I absolutely love commit fit! I’ve always lacked motivation when it came to working out. At home workouts are too repetitive & going to the gym just seemed like a waste of time because I didn’t really know what I was doing. When I started at commit fit, I was so impressed with the trainers, Bridget & Chris & the attention to detail they have. We do several group style workouts & yet- the individualization they give to each member - to ensure they are successful, safe & achieving results they want- is unreal. Not to mention, no two workouts are ever the same! I don’t ever get bored because I never know what we’re doing, until we do it! & I never have to worry that I won’t be able to do it, because Bridget & Chris will always make sure I am able push myself outside of my comfort zone without overdoing it. I honestly look forward to all of my workouts. I highly recommend Commit Fit to anyone looking to take control of their fitness or health!

Over the last 2-3 years I let stress get in the way of taking care of myself. As a result, I gained 45 pounds. Since starting at Commit FIT at the end of April 2018, I have lost 37 lbs. I can't tell you how much I appreciate having Bridget and Chris as my trainers at Commit FIT. They have pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and do more than I thought I could, while paying attention to my physical limitations. At Commit FIT, the workouts are tailored to the individual and, even in group class settings, the trainers modify the workouts to each individual participant. Amazing trainers and personalized attention to the client is what distinguishes Commit FIT from other gyms and fitness studios!

Commit Fit is a great place for mind, body and spirit. I am a member of a group of business leaders that took part in Commit Fit's Escape Room. The staff at Commit Fit are beyond amazing. They push you past your limitations and make adjustments for your particular needs. No matter what your goal is, there is no reason not to get stronger, leaner and healthier when you have this dedicated team on your side. I love Commit Fit! The trainers (and fellow Commit Fit members) are so supportive and enthusiastic! The workout routines, contests and events are always creative and fun! They also have metabolic testing and healthy eating groups to keep you on track. I have been doing Pilates with Bridget for years and she is the best - always pushing me and encouraging me to take it to the next level. Plus, she plays great music! I've been a client for over 2 years and every time I walk in the door, I am always presented with a new challenge that the trainers have specifically set up for me. I am very grateful to Bridgett, Chris, and Jesse for everything they have taught me. When I joined, I was supposed to have back surgery after exhausting all medical/physical therapy/pharmaceutical avenues. I couldn't walk without pain. 2 weeks after joining, my surgeon cancelled my surgery because my range of motion had improved so much. Now, I'm running, weight lifting, and doing Pilates moves I could not do before with zero pain. The staff is experienced, professional, and very supportive!!!
