I have been training with Lyndsey for 3 months now and am feeling strong and more confident! I came to her as a new mom postpartum - her attention to detail and care about my form and posture is much appreciated. She truly cares about how I’m feeling and is always up to make modifications for my body. I am in the small group training but she still focuses on each one of our individual goals. Highly recommend Commit2Fit training!

I trained here for a little over a month & the experience pushed me past my comfort zone (in a good way). I was able to deadlift WAY more than I thought I was capable of & it was a huge boost of confidence for me. Lindsey is strict on proper form which I appreciate tremendously. Lindsey is amazing. I’ve never stuck with or enjoyed a fitness routine before her and I’ve tried for almost 20 years. She is so knowledgeable. I’ve worked with her in person and remotely and I have seen results through both methods. I’m going into year 4 (with a couple breaks in between) and I feel like even if I fall back, she always gets me back on track. I have a much healthier and optimistic outlook on fitness now because of her. She isn’t cocky, she is down to earth, encouraging and fun. I can’t recommend her enough!

For someone who had been lost in a sea of fitness confusion for years, Lindsey provided clarity like never before.
Her years of dedication to understanding the human body and how cardio, strength training, and proper eating effects the way it performs gave her the ability to help me navigate getting into the best physical condition of my life. She set up a nutritional program for me to follow, a weekly strength training program (including one on one training), and a weekly progression evaluation. I’ve been with Lindsey for 2 months. When I started, I had severe knee pain due to arthritis and torn cartilage. After 2 months, I can squat with zero pain. My muscle is building in my legs, which has helped my knee tremendously!!! If you are looking for a trainer, it’s Lindsey!! She has more knowledge of the body, and the form in which you train. She truly works for you and personalizes a program based on you!!! I have been to several trainers, and by far she has been the best!!!

AMAZING, non-judgemental, motivating, caring, and passionate are just a few ways to describe Lindsey Beers with Commit2Fit! I’ve worked out and lifted in the past, but I really needed the accountability and personalization to steer me in the right direction and Lindsey Beers delivered! She was constantly adjusting to my needs, my crazy schedule, my capabilities, and my injuries. She was always checking in to make sure my knee could handle certain exercises and if I couldn’t, she adjusted my regimen so quick and was so knowledgeable on how to accommodate my injury without sacrificing my fitness goals. I am active duty military and my main goal was to pass my upcoming fitness assessment. I knew I would pass, but Lindsey’s exercise program, accountability, and motivation allowed me to absolutely CRUSH my assessment. I was able to complete 38 push-ups in 1 minute (the most I’ve ever done being in the military for 13 years), maxed out my sit-ups (47 in 45 seconds), and hit the 1.5 mile run in 12:50! This gave me a score of 95.7!! Throughout this 3 month program, I even hit several PRs on bench press (145lbs), deadlift (210lbs), and hip thrusts (315lbs). A plus to all of this, I lost 20lbs!! At this time I also lived in California while she lives 2 time zones ahead of me. This didn’t hinder my program at all. I will absolutely be reaching out again to take on another fitness goal and it’s an absolute no-brainer to pick Lindsey as my trainer!!!
