For anyone looking on starting your fitness journey, this is the gym for you! I’ve been with Connect Fitness for a couple of months now and have completed the six week challenge; the guidance and accountability was key in how successful this has been for me. The coaches are amazing and are always pushing you even when you feel like giving up. You build a community here, everyone is supportive, and welcoming! I appreciate this gym and the LGBTQ+ representation 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ en la comunidad!

Hands down the best gym experience. The coaches are attentive, serious about challenging you while being energetic and silly. I had no idea I liked lifting and here I am making PRs and vying for more. Oh, and the music —the music is perfection, a nice mix of hip hop, cumbia, reggaeton, rancheras, rock, and you can't help but dance between sets. The community is welcoming and genuine. The vibe is always on point. Super happy to have found Connected Fitness.

If you want to start your fitness journey/ healthy lifestyle, Connected Fitness is the place to start!! All coches and members are so welcoming and supportive. The work outs they have are brutal (in a good way). Honestly, this small business gym is wat better than the big corporation gyms out there!. I did the 6 week challenge and I am surprised at the results I accomplished.

I lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks which was amazing. I had been struggling to lose weight but when I was introduced to this gym and its 6 week challenge program I started eating healthier and actually going to the gym consistently. I definitely recommend u check it out. Also everyone's friendly and supportive which is nice.

about 4 years ago i was in a different body. i couldn’t hold a squat, push-ups were a big no no and overall i wasn’t taking care of my body. i would look at friends who regularly went to the gym and wished i was one of them. however i didn’t go to the gym bc i felt intimidated by the hetero/ masculine culture of most gyms i tried and i knew i would benefit from 1:1 coaching. something most gym memberships do not offer at their base membership. when i found connected, i found community. they are a gym that has created a culture of kindness that extends from its coaches to its members. everyone who i met had welcomed me with open arms, and become coaches to me—an ultra beginner to lifting and general working out. the gym has classes daily led by an enthusiastic and experienced bilingual coach who will guide you through lifting and other exercises. exactly what i was looking for!

as a lifelong introvert this community has helped ease my transition to this new lifestyle. i’ve been here a year and i’ve seen massive improvements to my energy levels and strength. i’ve also taken the 6 week challenge that added another layer to my wellness journey: nutrition.

people come from all over chicago for this quality gym. words cannot fully encompass what this gym has meant to my life. you have to check it out!

Connected Fitness is an amazing gym!

Connected Fitness has great and supportive coaches! I love the community aspect of the gym, everyone is really supportive. I did the 6 week challenge and was able to lose 11.5 lbs and lost 3 inches on my waist. I followed the 6 week challenge diet, went to the gym 3 times a week, and did cardio on my own time. I also got physically stronger and became more confident with weights.

They also have many events that we are able to participate in which is good to continue building the community. One of my favorites was the community bike ride. We went to Working Bikes and learned so much from coach Xail. I would highly recommend especially if you aren't comfortable with weights. Thank you all for all the support. 😊

No encuentro palabras para agradecer todo el apoyo de los coach. De verdad que que gran manera de trabajar que disciplina, no duden en inscribirse me encantan los retos que hacen los retos que te motivan yo en seis semanas bajé 13 libras y no lo hubiese echo gracias a ellos de verdad lo recomiendo deberían de asistir a las pruebas gratis pqra que ustedes mismos se de. Cuenta de las clases, también te dan un plan de alimentación. Es expelente 🫶🏻👌👌👌

Es un gimnasio donde pura buena vibra entra 🤙🫶. Los entrenadores son muy amables y son los que siempre te animan y te echan porras, te hacen sentir motivad@ y te ayudan a salir de tu zona de confort dándote ese empujoncito para ir al siguiente nivel, las clases empiezan puntualmente y el lugar es limpio y organizado. Acabo de terminar mi reto de 6 semanas en Connected Fitness 1000% recomendando no se arrepentirán.
Estoy muy contenta de los resultados obtenidos gracias a los súper y excelentes entrenadores Fernando y Ricardo personas agradables, motivadoras, amables etc.

Connected fitness no es solo un gym, es una comunidad y es familia.
Los entrenadores son súper amigables y son los mayores porristas en cada entrenamiento. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudar y encaminarnos a donde sea que sean nuestros objetivos y metas. Nos empujan a subir el nivel, a retarnos y salir de nuestra zona cómoda.
Se preocupan por nuestro bienestar y procuran ajustar nuestros ejercicios en base a nuestras capacidades físicas o en caso de que estamos lesionados.

Fuera de las rutinas de ejercicio, los entrenadores organizan eventos y convivios para los miembros con el fin de crear una gran comunidad y redes de apoyo. Estos eventos pueden ser en los parques, playas, restaurantes, el patio, en el gimnasio mismo, etc. aquí se hacen actividades, juegos y se come mucho 😋🍗!!

En otras ocasiones, los entrenadores forman equipos o grupos para participar en maratones o eventos deportivos para demostrar nuestras habilidades físicas. Los grupos se forman por aquellos que quieren participar voluntariamente.

Por último!!!! Nos ayudan a quitar estigmas que nuestra cultura nos ha hecho creer como por ejemplo: tomar suplementos de proteínas te hace más gordo/a o q solo es para gente delgada, o que hacer pesas te va hacer ver como hombre, etc… También ayudan a hacernos más seguros y compasivos con nosotros mismos.

If you're looking for an intense, full-body workout that will push you to your limits, look no further than Connected Fitness. The moment you walk through the doors you feel the positive energy and camaraderie of the members. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent individualized attention to ensure proper form and technique on every exercise. They've designed creative WODs (workout of the day) that target different muscle groups so you're constantly challenged in new ways. And the community atmosphere here can't be beat - members motivate and encourage each other to dig deep and keep pushing. I leave every workout drenched in sweat yet wearing a huge smile, excited about the personal records I'm hitting every week. This gym has my highest recommendation!

I just completed the 6-week challenge at Connected Fitness, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

The Coaches- The coaches, Nando, Ricardo, Xail and Kenji are amazing coaches. Their encouragement and genuine passion for fitness shone through in every session. They took the time to understand my strengths, fitness goals, interest and pushed me to do my best. They tailored each workout to push me further while ensuring proper form and safety. The boxing sessions with Coach Kenji are one of my favorites and addicting. Always looking forward to the next muscle burn.

I also feel like I could be authentically me in each session and they welcomed it. Plus, the coaches play some dope cumbia, reggaeton, salsa, hip-hop, rock mixes during the workouts. It helped me stay motivated during the workouts.

The Community- The sense of community at Connected Fitness is truly remarkable. I found myself surrounded by like-minded individuals who were not only dedicated to their own fitness journeys but also incredibly supportive of mine. Whether it was cheering each other on or celebrating milestones together or going on community hikes/runs, the community feel within those walls is motivating and heartfelt.

The most rewarding part of my experience were the results I achieved in just six weeks. Not only did I see improvements in my physical strength, endurance, and overall fitness level, but I also noticed positive changes in my mindset and confidence. I now have the ganas that I didn't have before. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey at Connected Fitness and see my results in the next 6 months, year etc..

This gym and fitness/health community is awesome! They supported me in gaining muscle, figuring out what foods to eat, and I enjoyed the small classes that allow a lot of personal attention from the coaches. Regardless of your fitness goals, the coaches will work with you to meet your needs. I have a shoulder injury and they were very supportive in figuring out how to build strength during my healing process.

Joined the gym for a 6 week challenge...ended signing up for 6 month!!! It's a small gym with HUGE energy where the coaches are awesome at motivating you to get out of your comfort zone, get better and keep going. Never a dull moment during the classes, which are typically 4 people or less, due to a different workout everyday...and a great playlist!

10/10 would recommend!

I finished my 6 week challenge and lost 11 pounds. Here they give you motivation and you get out full of energy. I recommend this place without having to think about it. If you have any questions or concerns they are really helpful providing you with those answers. The trainers are very nice and make sure you are doing the workouts correctly. They can also help you with guidance to getting the right diet for yourself. I am thankful and glad I found this place.

Connected Fitness is a great space to reach your health goals. I did not know what to expect when I first joined (for a 6-week challenge) but I soon learned about strength-training, stretching and healthy eating. I highly recommend connected fitness to anyone who is looking to get stronger or on a healthy lifestyle journey. I recently completed the 6 week weight loss challenge and I’m so happy with my results. I was able to loose 6.5 pounds by following a personalized meal plan and going in to workout 4 times a week. The coaches are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. We’re always learning different movements and workouts never feel repetitive or boring.
