It is awesome! I am older adult male and J. Hits parts of me never worked out! I live in the present as a healthy guy… the stretching is really key! U need a coach to do this and she is great! I am committed to continue after the first month! A life of weight training running biking etc but this is what I need right now!

Great workout! The instructor was so helpful and paced the class perfectly. In my first class I kept getting lost and she was always there to guide me while somehow still keeping the rest of the class moving. Highly recommend!

Let me start with I normally don't like exercise classes...at all. I absolutely love and look forward to going to these classes. Jenny is so supportive, attentive and suggests modifications to allow each person in the class to challenge themself to their personal level. The community she is building is very supportive and fun to be a part of.

I have been coming to classes with Jenny for a couple months now. I wasn’t sure how it would go since I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain for several years. I had tried physical therapy but wasn’t very good about the daily follow through. I decided to give this a try and allow myself to take it easy from the start. I have really enjoyed the classes and the friendly, helpful instruction. I actually look forward to going . And here’s the amazing part- My shoulder pain is pretty much gone! I can hardly believe it. If you think you’re not ready for Pilates , I recommended checking this out. Jenny will help you go at your own pace and you might be in for some great surprises.

I’m so happy that Core 10 exists! I’ve done traditional gym memberships and home workouts, but the workout provided by reformer Pilates is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I really enjoy the workouts and the challenge of the reformer and how even small movements can have such an effect on your body. Core 10 specifically is an intimate setting which allows for individual attention by the instructors which is so helpful for this style of workout. Jenny does an amazing job of walking you through the movements and keeping your breath work honest. Every session has left me feeling like I accomplished a great workout!

As much as I would like to gatekeep - I've been going to Core 10 Pilates, and I can't say enough good things about it. The instructor and owner is incredible- knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive to everyone's needs. It feels like having a personal trainer by your side during every workout. The classes are tailored to your level, and the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend!

I've been wanting to try Pilates for quite some time. I finally scheduled my first class and had a second one scheduled the next night. I loved it! Jenny made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. The workout was challenging and fun. I would definitely recommend Core Pilates.

Core 10 is such an asset to the Byron community! The classes are designed to accommodate people of all skill levels. Jenny, the instructor is such a kind and caring person. She offers modifications to moves that some may struggle with and is always willing to assist in any way. I started going about 6 months ago, and can't believe how much stronger I am and feel great after attending a class. I leave class feeling refreshed and relaxed, even though I just worked out! Pilates has been a blessing in my health and wellness journey! You should really give it a try! (First class is FREE!)

These classes are amazing! I initially signed up for the free class to just give it a try and absolutely loved it! Ended up purchasing a membership immediately after class. Jenny is awesome at offering challenges throughout the class without making you feel pressured to try them.
