Loved Jen’s bootcamp class! I was able to keep up the pace and Jen was so encouraging throughout class - it was over before I knew it!! Overall I really enjoyed Jen’s class, and highly recommend for others to give it a try.

Jen Blair has been my trainer for over four years now! She is the best! I was always terrible at committing to any sort of exercise until I started with her. Training with her has helped me to care more about every aspect of my health. I was always the person only wanting to jog or get on a treadmill. She helped me learn how important lifting weights is in addition to cardio. Jen is also a nutritionist and is always happy to give advice, share recipes and all sorts of health tips. Her gym is also very clean! She offers one on one small group and boot camps. Kylah Rolfs offers an EnCORE class for athletes 6th-12th grade that my 16 year old daughter and 12 year old son attend 3x/week and love! Highly recommend Core Fitness!

I have been working with Jen at Core Fitness for about 8 years. I have had tremendous growth in muscle building, defining and weight loss through Jen’s workout sessions. Jen really cares about her clients. I am grateful to her, for her care, planning, friendship, hard work ect...... If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable, cared about and get great work outs, Core Fitness is that place.
