I absolutely love CorePower Yoga! I never miss my workouts because of the incredible teachers here- Stacee, Parna, Isaac, Kerri, Maria, and Kimberly are all amazing (maybe I missed someone which doesn’t mean I didn’t like it, I just forgot the name 🩷). Every class is full of positive energy, motivation, and genuine care. The staff is always friendly, professional, and so helpful, creating a truly welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
I also love that there are so many different classes you can mix and match! Hot Power Fusion, CorePower 1, CorePower 2, Sculpt, and more. You can literally build the body you want with the classes they offer, and just by coming three times a week, you’ll start to feel stronger, more toned, and flexible.
They have classes every single day, including weekends, with a super flexible schedule- the earliest one starts at 6:00 AM and the latest can be as late as 8:30 PM. Their booking policy is so simple and clear- you can reserve or cancel a class anytime with no fees or hassle, which makes it so easy to stay consistent.
The studio itself is always spotless. Mats, blocks, and all equipment are sanitized regularly- I see it every time I’m there! The showers and changing rooms are always clean, smell fresh, and look great. It’s crazy when people say otherwise, because the staff is always cleaning and maintaining everything so well. Not everyone thinks about how much effort that takes, but I truly appreciate it!
Since I started practicing here, I’ve become stronger, more confident, less stressed, and overall feel amazing. It’s such a positive, judgment-free space where people of all levels come together to move, grow, and feel good. I’m so grateful for this community. It’s truly one of my favorite places to be! 💛🧘♀️

The studio was nice and clean. The instructor Claudia was incredibly gracious and patient with me and my mom. Can’t thank her enough for a great experience.

I absolutely love the location, classes, and instructors here. I’ve been attending this studio for years. However, recently there has been zero attention to cleanliness which has prompted me to write a review in hopes they do something about it. People sweat a lot and in these rooms and there is no evidence of any routine cleaning done. The floors have a layer of grime and the mirrors are foggy from how dirty they are. I won’t stop going because I do love the classes, and I will gladly change my star rating when changes have been made.

Yikes—I’ve visited quite a few CorePower locations, and unfortunately, this one does not meet the standard. I took my first class today and was thankful it was only 45 minutes. The air AND the floors REEKED of sweat and never let up throughout the entire class. It’s clear the floors aren’t cleaned as often as they should be, and the same goes for the weights. The entire studio feels like it’s in need of a serious refresh—especially their ventilation system.

This was my first time here, the place was very unhygienic and sticky. I wish they would air out the sweat smell and clean in between classes. I wasn’t aware that the C2 class was heated and had to step out 45 min in. The instructor, Parna was not accommodating or friendly. I wish they would keep up the cleanliness, I feel gross afterwards.

Very unhygienic. You can see the sweat from the back to back classes still everywhere and they do not wash the mats. The smell of sweat not being aired out is crazy and to have carpet everywhere especially in the locker rooms after taking a class that’s meant to be sweaty, and it dripping on the carpet… they don’t clean that everywhere I’m sure. Very disgusting. You’ll get an infection…

The place seemed incredibly unhygienic. They had back to back classes and I was surprised that there was nothing to conceal the awful sweat smell from HOT YOGA. I also was surprised no one noticed all the sweat that was on the floor that no one cleaned between classes. Also the mats that people used were put back and not cleaned. Maybe it was just me but I thought something like this would have extra hygiene precautions.

I attend, mostly, Hot Power Fusion classes. Absolutely love my monthly membership, the class styles and the teachers, especially Stacey and her teaching style. Wonderful instructor! The manager, Nanda, is very kind and welcoming.

I love being member here! They have a good variety of class times and formats. All the instructors have been great but mainly attend classes with Sam, Seanna, Meredith and Nikki and they are amazing. The manager, Nanda, is very kind and personable. I came in with very little yoga experience and have grown to really love it. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

Gotta say...I love this place! Started with the free week and then bought the class packs. I go to every time we visit from Michigan. I've gone several times and have had an opportunity to do the different classes with various instructors. All have been great! Elena and Stacee are amazing and fav's!

Signed up for my free week of yoga classes here and I can absolutely say that I’m so glad that I did! I’ve really enjoyed being in yoga classes again, and all the teachers have been so genuine and helpful. One week of unlimited classes is generous and definitely worth it if you’re a beginner in yoga or want to continue your flow journey! Can’t complain about the clean locker room with showers and amenities either! I took a hot power fusion yoga class with Ms. Hope and really enjoyed the fun and encouraging energy!!

Do NOT sign up for classes here at Core Power Naperville South. First of all, all of the classes that will fit your schedule are “Members Only” , so you will need a membership and cannot use classes from a class pack or a single purchase. Also, nobody answers the phone here, so no one can or will help you if you have questions. This is so frustrating and such poor customer service. Go somewhere else that offers a better class schedule and has better customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here!!

Instructor wasn’t on time for class. Not enforcing mask etiquette. Overall rude experience and then they cancel your scheduled sessions when you verbalize the poor professionalism.

The classes are a hit or miss depending on the instructor, it’s about 20 good, and 80 bad experiences. There’s something about the way they hire their staff. The staffs feel like their entitled and just straight judgmental and rude, it feels like we’re catering to them depending on the weather of day when we pay overpriced amounts to relax. It used to be that calming place where you come to unwind and “take care of yourself”, now it seems like it’s a judgment zone where they look you up and down and pick whether you’re qualified or not... this isn’t the place for that, but you guys somehow made that happen
