Great workouts, great people, GREAT trainers!! This was perfect for me as a busy mom. There are no class times and the workout is always posted so you come in whenever you can and get it done without having to think about it. For the first time in my life I can say I enjoy working out! 🤣

The workouts just fly by! Before you know it, you're at the last station and just got a killer workout in! And it changes up everyday! No boring repetitive workouts. The best part.. The coaches are top notch! They coach you, push you, and cheer you on!

I absolutely love this crosskicks! Every workout is different, which keeps things exciting and challenging. After two babies and gaining some additional cushion, I got to the point I KNEW I needed to get back to the gym… but was scared. I decided to try CKF at the encouragement of a friend and MAN This place has not disappointed me yet. The coaches are amazing and truly care about the people here. The people are amazing - and the fact that there are no class times gives me zero excuses. I feel stronger and happier when I workout and THIS may be the only place I’ve kept up with for as long as I have (just over 1 year and many more to go!). This isn’t just a “Bruh” gym nor is it a “girly” gym. We have both sexes with different things driving them but we are all here to be better versions of ourselves. And the community and hugs and laughs and goofiness is just icing on the cake.

I can’t say enough good things about CrossKicks in Batavia! From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed by both the coaches and the members. The energy is always high, and the environment is incredibly supportive, no matter your fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. After a successful bypass surgery I accidentally wondered into this gym near my house. Best thing I could have done for myself. The workouts are very intense and challenging but at the same time the staff is very concerned with your well being. Only been going for 1 month but look forward to it. They are great at modifying the workout to meet your personal level of fitness while keeping it challenging and beneficial. I'm currently going 2 days/wk and hope to increase to 3 days in the near future

Amazing, incredible, the perfect fitness haven! Cross Kicks Fitness Batavia is an absolute 5-star knockout. I've been looking for a gym that pushes and motivates me like I had when I was a collegiate athlete. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff set the tone for an incredible workout experience. The workouts are never repetitive, offering a variety of kickboxing techniques, strength training, and cardio exercises, ensuring that every session is fresh and engaging. There are no class times! As a busy person, this is a lifesaver. I can drop in at any time during their operating hours and jump right into it. It's incredibly convenient, ensuring that I never miss a workout even during my busiest days.

Such a fantastic gym. I recently moved to the state and have visited many different gyms looking for a similar feel to my former gym and Cross Kicks is by far the best. The workouts never feel repetitive and the flexibility of not having class times is such a godsend. The staff and members are also incredibly welcoming. Can not recommend this place enough!!

This is an amazing gym the owner John has been one of the kindest mentors I have had throughout my journey. The staff truly cares about their customers and wants to see them all succeed and be great on their fitness journey. I highly recommend people sign up at this location specifically because of the staff and the way they take care of the gym and customers themselves. Good atmosphere to push yourself no matter what your fitness goals are; coaches are engaged and always available for questions or suggestions. This gym is AMAZING. Having been a past member at the Algonquin location, thrilled that they opened a location in Batavia. The workouts are incredible- challenging but great for any fitness level. Trainers always there to help and guide but the best part is no class times- just show up and get in a great workout. Each day is different - this is the best shape I’ve been in in such a long time. The other gym members are also fantastic- super welcoming and supportive. You won’t regret giving this gym a try.

I have exercised and worked out my whole life but i have never enjoyed it and looked forward to workouts as much as i do now at Cross Kicks! The workout is so different each day, there is always a trainer (or several) there to motivate you, the people are great and it is an amazing workout! Updating my review from last year. It’s been another year at Cross Kicks Batavia and I still can’t say enough good things about this gym! Since joining I’m down 70 ibs and the strongest I have ever been. The community that Illona, Gary, John, & Zach have built is awesome. The workouts keep me motivated and the programs they offer for nutrition are top notch.
Love this gym! Having a structured workout but no class times keeps me motivated and the coaches are fantastic!

I love Cross Kicks Fitness Batavia SO MUCH! I’ve been a member for almost 8 months and LOVE the coaches! Ilona and Gary are so upbeat and positive every single day! They make you want to be there! They are always encouraging you to do your best and make every member feel important! The energy is insane especially on a Saturday when Gary blasts QUEEN😂 Zach & John are also amazing but I don’t see them as often since I’m a 5 am client. Where do I even start on how great this gym is. This isn’t your typical gym but so worth it. The biggest thing being that theirs technically no class schedule. Yes, they have a workout/ routine for the day but it’s up and waiting for you to just walk in and get at it. Once you get the workout groove. You’ll never want to stop going. A big part of that is the coaches. All four of them are great! The two main coaches that are there in the morning (I’m there when it opens) are Ilona and Gary. The days you don’t feel up to it. Just walk through the door. They have energy to share. Break you right out of that funk. Now since I’ve been going. Just a little over a year now. I’ve lost over 30lbs, gained 3lbs of skeletal muscle mass, and lost 10% of body fat. I’m not stopping either. You’ll get the gains and losses you’re looking for. Trust them and the process. Can’t wait to see the growth they have over the years.

I've only been a member since June '24. The owners and trainers are very encouraging to me and everyone who works out at CFK-Batavia. They will change up the rotation to fit me if I can't do something but always show me the right way to do the workouts. I would highly recommend everyone to come and try it out. This has now become a part of my weekly routine and I enjoy going. The laughs and encouragement are what keeps me going.

This gym has been life changing for me. I have been a member for about a year and am the healthiest I have been in years thanks to the fun challenges they put on and the help from the trainers. Ilona, John, Gary and Zach are all awesome and keep it fun! I love that there are no “scheduled” times and the workout is different every day! And especially love the boxing that helps take out aggression at the end of a bad day!!

I recently went to my Dr and she told me to “keep doing whatever I am doing at this gym.” To me this was the best compliment which also should be to this gym staff! I love going to this gym, the staff is a family and accommodating if you feel like going hard or just at your own pace. There are many options out there but this group of people push you to be the best version of you. They are patient and passionate, they love what they do and it shows. Super happy with the workouts and the coaches at this location....Great variety in the workouts and the coaches are extremely fun, helpful, and supportive. Lots of flexibility in the workouts so you can choose your own level of effort which works for you. Also really enjoy the punching bag exercises. A great way to work off any stress!

I cannot say enough positive things about Crosskicks Fitness! My husband and I were members many years ago at the Roselle location, and I struggled to find a gym I enjoyed as much as Crosskicks when we moved. When the Batavia location opened we did not hesitate to sign up. The owners are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and meet you where you are at with your current level of fitness. I have tried for a long time to lose weight with no success until I found crosskicks batavia ! I am 3 weeks into my diet and exercise program and I am down 10 pounds already!! The cross training and cardio boxing has been a real difference maker for me ! The trainers have been awesome and there knowledge guidance and encouragement has been the key for me ! As a type 1 diabetic getting exercise tends to be more challenging with the constant worrying about going low from hitting the treadmill at the gym. At CK fitness, the programs are absolutely a perfect combination of Cardio and strength training workouts. I can get in good exercise without worry! It’s also a bonus that there is always a personal trainer I can talk about my fitness goals and medical worries. With that being said, it makes it so easy to go at a pace that’s comfortable for me and makes it the best gym near me!

I found Cross Kicks while going into GNC and decided to check it out . I was greeted immediately by the owner and was really impressed with what I saw. I decided to do the first work out and I must say the full body circuit training and the cardio boxing was a great workout start to finish ! It was very organized and hit all the spots I was wanting to work . The equipment was awesome and the coaching was top notch ! I found my new gym !

I've had a fantastic experience at the new Cross Kicks gym! I was originally looking for a personal trainer, however CKF was EVERYTHING I was looking for! I used to attend LifeTime, but wasn't quite sure what to do outside of the usual treadmill, and biking, but I have found everything I was looking for here! An incredibly friendly gym that is perfect for both beginners & fitness-junkies! The coaches are phenomenal! The workouts are intense, and you feel incredible after! This is genuinely the best gym near me!! Incredibly grateful I gave them a shot, I refuse to exercise anywhere else now! I'm already losing weight at a fantastic rate!
