I have been with CrossKicks for over 3 years. The workouts are great - I come in when I want and the workout is on the boards at each station. Love that I don’t have to think or be on time. In 2020, I did the Shred followed by their 90-day challenge which included a nutrition plan. During that time I went from 29% to 15% body fat. From Dec, 2020 to May, 2021 I gained 7lbs of muscle while maintaining body fat. Now I participate in fitness competitions and and am the healthiest I have ever been in my life. It has been an incredible, life-changing experience. In addition, the members are amazing - supportive and challenge you. Highly recommend you check it out.

Kelly and her staff are amazing. They are very encouraging, supportive, and will push you without being too over the top. The great thing about this gym is it’s truly for everyone. Whether you are a beginner, pro, or causal gym goer, the workouts will get you great results. I joined this gym in January 2022, after several other shutdowns and hearing about this gym from a friend of my girlfriend. Taking a chance on this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Since mid January I have lost 18 pounds (of actual fat) and gained 6 pounds of muscle. Try this gym and you won’t regret it.

I am an daily gym goer and always looking for a challenge. I decided several months ago that I needed something extra in my workouts besides weights, machines and cardio classes. I tried several gyms and Cross Kicks was exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are challenging, definitely different then I do at my other gym and I have been very happy with the results. I would have never done a burpee, flip tires or pull a weight sled, but now I am and so much more! The workouts are never the same and they are as hard as you make them. Kelly is great, she is always walking around offering help and encouragement. I enjoy the morning workout members, they are very welcoming, helpful, energetic which really motivates me. In addition to the daily workouts, they offer challenges, Friday night boxing club, and weight loss programs. Something for everyone! It’s been a great addition to my workout routine.

Truthfully my mom pushed me to join and I am so glad she did. I’m not a big fan of working out or of having to think about workouts for that matter, but I was initially intrigued by the idea of no class times with a workout written out with a trainer on hand to guide you along. What I found is more than just a place to exercise. I found a community. I love the coziness of the gym and that no matter the time you walk in, someone knows your name and is happy to see you. Kelly, the owner, is always welcoming, upbeat, and supportive. She’s knowledgeable not only in the area of writing amazing workouts, but nutrition as well. I’ve now been going consistently 5 evenings a week for some time and love love love it! I’m currently student teaching in a kindergarten classroom, and as cute as those little ones are, they exhaust me, but after leaving Cross Kicks I feel invigorated.

I love this gym! Kelly and her staff are so kind and always happy to help with anything you need. Since I’ve started they have gone through almost the entire circuit with me to make sure I know what I’m doing. They encourage all of their members to be just as friendly. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym.

I have been reluctant to go to a gym for quite a while. I am pretty out of shape, and have no endurance. I signed up for a special Kelly sent out as a gift for my 30th birthday. I am so glad I did. Kelly and her staff are so encouraging and welcoming. I have never felt like I am being a burden by asking what a certain exercise looks like. I don’t feel judged by the staff, and to that degree, the other members either. It is such a friendly place to be. The workouts are fun and balanced, so I never feel bored with what I’m doing. The music is great, it’s very clean, and I am always looking forward to the next days workout. It is great to see people of all fitness levels working out together. I feel much better mentally and physically since I started going to Cross Kicks. And you can’t beat the price.

What can I say about Crosskicks Fitness, that they treat you like family! Ever since I started back in 2018 I thought it would be like other gyms, and it is not!! I love the workouts and how they work with you not just to reach your goals, but they make sure you are doing everything correctly! I started my journey back in 2018 by joining their 90 day program and came in first place by dropping about 35 lbs, which I have been maintaining since! No class times, but morning AND evening hours. Wonderful coaches who are knowledgeable and can give you one on one help or modifications if needed. Great atmosphere and camaraderie! Challenging workouts that are NEVER the same. Optional challenges and competitions if you want a little extra something. I love CKF! 💜

This place has been life-changing. The trainers are great and the flexible workouts and hours are perfect for my schedule. But most important, after a decade of working out on my own and sorting out my own nutrition with yo-yo like results, I tried the free sessions in August, joined by the end of the week, and six months later my body fat has gone from 24% to 11%. And also… Everyone there, employees and members, are all spectacularly nice.

Horrible. I joined this gym paying the maximum fee month to month and entrance fee so I did not have to sign a contract. I went 5 times in 20 days to try the gym for the 1 month that I paid for. I did not like the gym. It was always full and I got no training advice. I decided not to continue with this gym. As I paid the full price for a single month membership, there was no contract. I even spoke with the gym management and it was confirmed that I was “all good to go” and they would not charge me for the next month. Well, they still charged me for the next month regardless and we’re not at all helpful when I called to complain. They even said that i needed to give 30 days notice to cancel (I signed with no continuity) when I had only been attending the gym for 20 days! Thankfully my bank was able to assist me.

This is an amazing place, it has great trainers, wonderful energy and provides real results. I did their 45 day shred challenge and ended up loosing 20% of my body fat and increased muscle mass. The circuit format with no set class time provides for great flexibility.

This place has been great. Trainers are knowledgeable and push you to work your hardest and get the most out of you. The 40 minute training sessions are perfect to get you in and out in a reasonable time and still get a great workout.

After trying every exercise class and gym along with every diet there is out there and failing - I decided to check out Cross Kicks mainly because it has no class times (that was a big plus for me as I am usually running late). OMG what a transformation... I went from someone who rarely worked out and when I did hated every moment of it to going pretty much 6 times a week!!! Tony and his gang of trainers make the workouts so much fun, every day is different, I wake up now looking forward to going to the gym. They make you realize you can succeed!
