I can’t say enough great things about this coach. Their energy fills the room from the moment class starts, setting a tone that’s both motivating and focused. Their deep knowledge shines through as they carefully break down each movement, explaining the mechanics so it’s easier to understand and perform correctly. What really stands out is their attention to detail - they don’t just watch from a distance; they move around the room, observing each person’s form closely, offering personalized corrections that make a real difference. Whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years, they make sure everyone feels supported but also pushed to reach their potential, which keeps me coming back.
The programming at CrossFit Adversis is always thoughtful and well-structured, with a clear progression that challenges different muscle groups and skills without feeling random or overwhelming. I’ve never been one to enjoy working out. I get overwhelmed and overthink what I should or shouldn’t do when I go to the gym. I would push too much and hurt myself and then stop going. CrossFit has definitely been great for me because someone sets the plan for the day, explains/demonstrates the exercises, tells me alternatives I can do if I need something adapted to my skills, and helps with correcting my form if needed! I’m so glad I pushed past all my misconceptions about CrossFit and decided to join!

Awesome! I loved that we can modify workouts if need be, especially for beginners like myself or replace a workout with another. The explanation, reassurance, and ease of conversation helps. The environment wasn't uncomfortable, so I felt like I've been doing this for months. Really appreciate it.

Three words….take the leap!! Crossfit is an intimidating word in itself but Coach Matt and his crossfit community are absolutely wonderful!! Today my fiancée and I tried out crossfit for the first time and absolutely loved it. I’ve only attended class three times so far, but they were all great —working different muscles in different ways every time. Plus, even though it’s a group class, everyone’s movements are personalized so that they get the best workout at their own level. There’s also a great sense of community —with everyone supporting each other & really seeming to enjoy the time there together. I’m really enjoying this gym/program so far!

I visited CrossFit Adversis during their friends and family week to workout with a friend. It was a great experience. Everyone was very welcoming. The coach was knowledgeable and helped each person in the class with a scale that was best for them. The gym was well organized and had all the equipment you would need. They even had a pull-up bar short enough for me.

I have always avoided working out and sweating at all costs… but after turning thirty and my husband and I wanting a life change we decided to join Matt’s & Megan’s gym. Cannot believe how much we have enjoyed it. Matt is so good about TEACHING us, and guiding people of all ages in making adjustments in their form that make a world of difference.
