I am a frequent traveler and often do Drop-Ins at CrossFit gyms. This was the most welcoming box I have been to as a drop in! The gym has all of the equipment you could want at a CF gym. BUT no worries if you don't CrossFit, in another private part of the same building is a "typical" gym that is available as well. Best classes as a drop in that I have experienced as a guest in their gym. Special shout out to Kaylyn & A.J.! 11/10 overall experience!

Great gym and culture. Friendly and competitive atmosphere for all ages and the coaches are a wealth of knowledge on techniques and variations. Thanks for keeping me motivated and getting me back up.
