At CrossFit Six Points, our first priority is helping people live longer lives. We offer fitness classes 7 days a week and 24/7 access. We utilize personalized strength training to accomplish individual goals. Our vibrant community is made up of all ages, shapes, sizes and athletic backgrounds. Can’t say enough amazing things about this gym. Outside of my home gym this has been the best experience I’ve had not only in a CrossFit gym but any fitness facility. As someone who’s been doing CrossFit for over 10 years I have to say the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. The programming by Tim was excellent. Rachel made me feel home with her authentic and genuine energy. Cleanliness is top notch and the members were all extremely friendly. This can be a competitor’s atmosphere or just is you want a quick workout. They cater to all levels of fitness. The level of care and attention to detail is what stood out the most. Would recommend when in Chicago.

Started CrossFit at the beginning of 2025 with zero experience. Ive had chronic shoulder issues and the coaches at Six Points are incredibly helpful with learning technique and modifying where needed. All members have been incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to be friendly. 10/10 enjoy this gym in all aspects

I switched to this gym because of the more convenient location closer to my house, and do I wish I had done this earlier. CrossFit Six Points has an extremely welcoming community, a clean environment, well cared for equipment, and most importantly, knowledgeable coaches and an effective training program that is designed to help you improve every day.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for a little over three years, and CrossFit Six Points is by far the best gym I’ve been a part of. Rachel and Tim are incredibly knowledgeable about CrossFit and truly care about each individual athlete, no matter their skill level. They take the time to coach proper technique, push you to improve, and make sure everyone feels welcome. Beyond just great coaching, the community here is what really sets this gym apart. I can’t recommend Crossfit Six Points enough! Rachel and Tim are incredible coaches who genuinely care about each athlete’s progress. They are incredibly diligent when it comes to technique and are always available to offer guidance on how to improve. Their focus on helping each person reach their individual goals has made a huge impact on my fitness journey.
The community at this gym is something special—everyone is welcoming and supportive, and it truly feels like a family. Rachel and Tim are also very open to feedback and are constantly adapting the gym to ensure it’s the best experience possible for all members. As the gym grows, they’re always looking for ways to improve and make it even better.
With a variety of class times and 24/7 access, it’s easy to find a schedule that works for me, which is a huge plus. The programming here is top-notch; I’ve seen real improvements in my lifts and skills just by showing up consistently.
The gym itself is always clean, and the added bonus of having showers available makes it even more convenient. Overall, this is hands-down one of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve ever been to!

I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 10 years and have trained at dozens of gyms across the Midwest. I can confidently say that Six Points is the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. While the brand-new equipment and top-notch programming are impressive, what truly sets this gym apart—and continues to impress me daily—is the welcoming, helpful, and encouraging community. There are no cliques here, which can often be a challenge when joining a new gym. At Six Points, it’s incredibly easy to feel at home right away, thanks to the many scheduled (and unscheduled) gym hangouts that help members build connections both inside and outside the gym.
They have an excellent coaching staff led by the owners, Tim and Rachel, who bring a wealth of fitness knowledge, energy, and passion to every class. They truly care about the progress of each member and make sure everyone feels supported, whether they’re brand new to CrossFit or have years of experience.
One standout feature is the Olympic Lifting class every Sunday, which provides a full hour dedicated to drills and techniques that help take your lifts to the next level.
If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll feel at home while pushing yourself to improve every day, Six Points is the place to be!

I've been a member of CFSP for 4 months, after 6 years of being in the CrossFit community: I can confidently say it's the best CrossFit I’ve been to. The facility is clean and spacious. The owners Tim & Rachel, and the coaching team are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and supportive your goals (whether you’re new to CrossFit or an experienced). I didn’t know programming could be this exceptional. And the community makes me enjoy it while working hard. I look very much forward to going to every single workout.
Update 8 months in: After being in CrossFit for 6 years, I finally have Double-unders! I strung 30 together just last week and I’m still improving. I have always wanted to conquer DU’s and I’m finally there… feels awesome.

I started CrossFit 2 months ago and I’m so glad I started at CrossFit Six Points! Rachel and Tim have been great coaches, making sure I felt comfortable in my training and scaling up and down depending on my needs, skills and physical strength. While I was a little apprehensive to start CrossFit, the team there made it a breath! The members have been absolutely lovely and welcoming, it’s such a delight to work out there!

I’ve tried them all and this is the best CrossFit gym in Chicago. You won’t be disappointed. Everything is brand new. Great amenities, free laundered sweat towels usage, showers, etc… The programming is perfect and Rachel/Tim are awesome coaches and such great, genuine people. The best part is the culture of the gym. Lots of kind and welcoming athletes, no matter your fitness level. Walking in to SixPoints is my favorite part of the day :)

Five stars for CrossFit six points. The programming has a good mix of strength and cardio, with varied movements throughout the week. All of the coaches are positive and provide constructive feedback to help each member progress on their own fitness journey. There are a good range of class options throughout the day as well. Class sizes are kept manageable to have room to move, and the gym community is very welcoming and encouraging to old and new members alike! (Also sometimes there are dogs!)

CrossFit Six Points is one of the best CrossFit gyms I have ever been a member at. They really take the community aspect to another level, being extremely supportive no matter your goals.
Additionally, the coaching (especially Tim) focuses on form, injury prevention, and technique, outside of just getting a tough workout in. Because of this, members are able to actually come to class every day of the week.

Crossfit Six Points has been an amazing experience! I’ve never done CrossFit and wasn’t sure if I would like it but after two months I now can’t see myself going back to a regular gym. The classes are fun, instructors are great, and group environment is something I haven’t experienced since doing team sports when I was a teenager. If you’re undecided about giving CrossFit a chance I hope this review helps with that. Tim and Rachel are the owners and instructors and they are not only great at running the classes but also make everyone feel welcome. I’ve been on the fence about trying CrossFit but I’m thankful this gym was recommended and I finally signed up!

After trying out several CrossFit gyms in the city prior to becoming a full time member and now calling CrossFit SixPoints home, I can confidently say this gym is superior to the rest and has been a transformative experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this place was special. The members were all extremely welcoming and the coaching is nothing short of exceptional. I was still fairly new to CrossFit when I joined a few months ago and from day one all the coaches have been incredibly attentive to teaching me proper form and technique, which has significantly improved my performance and reduced the risk of injury.
