Do not order from Crown Gym Mats / Nottaline You will lose your money. Now wasting money in pursuing legal recourse. Charges will be filed for 720 ILCS 5/16-1 , theft over $5000, Class 3 felony. DO NOT ORDER FROM CROWN GYM MATS.

VENDOR BEWARE: Has an outstanding balance of $2957 for 6 freight shipments. Tells me checks went to wrong PO Box and is being reissued however it's been almost a year since and no payment received. DO NOT LEND ANY CREDIT TO THIS COMPANY. Tammy Milbratz is the culprit

I gave them a one star cause you have too. We placed an order in Nov 2023. they have a pay in full and no return/refund policy. Which should have been a red flag. We only received 2/3 of our order 9 months later, only cause we had to constantly called, emailed,reminded and have them miss multiple timelines. Been calling for two months with no answer, i believe they are out of business.

Extremely unprofessional. Mats/cleaning supplies were ordered in June. Mats have been fine and delivered late October/early November, however cleaning supplies have not come yet (almost 7 months, about $250 worth of materials).

My AD has called multiple times over the past few months, left multiple messages that were left unanswered. When they did pick up, they kept saying the cleaning supplies are β€œon back order.” I personally called 3 times (2 voicemails which no one called me back, 1 time they picked up saying something similar).

I actually drove down to Crown Mat and talked with someone in person about the supplies. I asked to cancel the order being it was 6 months at the time and wrestling season has already started, but was told that there was a β€œno cancellation policy” (which in itself is ridiculous, there should be a limit for how long someone needs to wait for supplies). She then said she would look to see if we were charged for them, if not she would cancel the order and sell them to someone else.

I was told that I would get a call the following day after that discussion...that was over 3 weeks ago, and still no call to follow up. We are looking to potentially order more items in the near future, but it will not be through Crown Mat.

I have one word for you if you're considering this vendor: DON'T. We placed a government order on 6/20/17 and just received the remainder of this order, on October 23rd! During these FOUR MONTHS, I called & called, left MANY messages, was victim to the continual "we'll call you back with an update"....one week later I'm calling again!! When I got lucky, I'd speak to Tammy -who is nice & friendly- but this is quite irrelevant when the service is soooooo god awful! All I got to say is NEVER AGAIN.
