I’ve been a consistent member here for last 4 months and has been such a great experience. I’ve been a member at other big gyms around the city and this is easily the best value in terms of results. Love the efficiency in workouts, and I can tell I’ve made consistent progress. The team tailors the workouts to your specific needs and goals. I will be a member here for a long time, couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Delos is fantastic! I joined a few months ago having fallen out of love with working out amid a very busy work schedule. I signed up to the 50 session pack and immediately felt my motivation and enjoyment return. I was initially skeptical as to whether 30 minutes would be enough time, but am completely converted and it both maximises your work out and fits nicely into a busy work/life schedule. The equipment is high end, the place is clean and well looked after, and everyone is super friendly. It is way better than getting a trainer in a packed gym which has been my training experience to date. Special shout out to my trainer Mike, who is a top class guy as well as being a fantastic trainer, my workouts are varied, he is great with keeping my form in check, and he listens to my feedback and goals. All around I could not recommend Delos enough, particularly for those starting at a lower base level like myself!

I'm a marathon runner and have been working with Brandon S. at Delos for around 6 months now. I've seen a big difference in my running and recovery since working with Brandon. In the past I've had injuries that have held me back, and since going to Delos I've been injury free and feel much stronger! Best investment you can make in yourself! I've been a client for over a year for both strength (D'Loi) and therapy (Marcus, Joy... plus Apryl and Kate at their other locations). In that time, I've overcome a mysterious calf injury that had been going on for years and no other PT could figure out, built strength to achieve ambitious personal bests in the half and full marathons, and most of all have just felt really, really good. Everyone is insanely friendly - I always look forward to coming in.

I cannot say enough about the Delos Strength program and the entire team of Coaches!

Before Strength, I spent 6 days a week/hour + long sessions taking various classes or attempting to piece together a workout of my own. Now I’m in the gym 3 days a week for a total of 1.5 hours. Yet stronger and in far better shape than I ever was. I don’t think much more needs to be said!

Delos Strength is nothing short of phenomenal. For all you sceptics who think 30 minutes is not enough for a great workout, come here. You will leave exhausted, fulfilled, challenged and excited for your next session. I've been coming here for years. I'm ancient at 64 but Delos is the principal reason for me being able to engage in sports (tennis, volleyball, skiing, biking) without injury. And I play with folks much younger than I. All of the trainers will challenge you to your potential and a little more. Started with Brandon and moved to D'Loi both of whom have made me stronger and healthier. The other trainers are great as well. So you can work with multiple trainers and they will give you the same great workout. Because it's one on one training, it's an intimate environment with all the equipment necessary for a great workout.

I am a scientist who spends most of his time sitting and thinking. With just two 30-min sessions per week, within a couple months of working out at this gym, I noticed that I was vastly stronger and fitter, had better posture, had better mental health and sleep quality, and even seemed to have a clearer, sharper mind in my work.

I also have two spinal discs that are bulging out, and whenever they pinch the nerves around them, I cannot walk for weeks due to debilitating back spasms. This is the only gym I will work out at. In addition to professional coaches and a good training program, Delos Strength also has high-end equipment designed by physical therapists or strength coaches for top athletes. The average client may not notice a big difference, but the slight difference in the thoughtful design of these machines makes a huge difference in my ability to train without risking an injury. I have tried many other private training gyms, but I was never able to consistently lift heavy weights without injury until I came to this gym.

I have been a client here for 13 years. During this time, the gym was acquired twice, but I have always stayed a loyal client. This place is absolutely indispensable to my health.

They also have worked with my doctor/physical therapist as I have recovered from a hip injury to make sure I am still getting a productive workout safely. Dan, Eric, and Adam are amazing! I've been training with Dan (Chief Strength Officer) for 3 years and couldn't be happier. His 1 on 1 weight training routine is first class. Prior to Covid, I would train with Dan during the week but he's very flexible. I now train with him and Eric on weekends due to my WFH schedule. I've gotten in much better shape in the past 3 years and they all do a great job of keeping me motivated - even with the dreaded deadlifts! As a trained dancer, but an inexperienced lifter, I was surprised by how much I've really come to love this training! I casually got faster in running, my mood improved, my posture felt more aligned, and my movement just feels better in general. The coaches have great timing, they know when to cue you to push harder, and continuously work with you to find the limit of what you think you can do.
