Donna and her team offer personal training and personalized small group circuit training in South Naperville. They have experience working with people with a wide variety of fitness levels and health concerns and can work with your physical therapist or physician if needed. All exercises can be scaled for various fitness levels. Come and try out a complementary class anytime!

I have been working out at Donna’s Home Fitness for almost 10 years now! Exercise has become an important part of my weekly schedule. I enjoy the fun, challenging and positive atmosphere that Donna and my fellow workout partners have created. Donna does an excellent job with educating her clients on proper technique, muscle groups and modifications when necessary. Donna has a wide variety of equipment that we use to rotate through a circuit that she creates each class we attend. No two classes are ever the same! Donna’s space is an inviting home workout facility. She has a range of machines and equipment that are conducive to clients of all levels of fitness.
Additionally, I’d like to mention that I’ve been very impressed with Donna’s ability to adapt to the current environment of social distancing. I have been participating in Zoom classes with Donna and our workouts have been creative and invigorating. I encourage you to try one of Donna’s classes and help support a small business owner!

Donna provides a personalized, motivating and challenging workout in a small group setting. Every class provides variety and new challenges, so I never get bored and truly feel an accountability with my workout. Donna has a great demeanor and is wonderful with modifying any exercise to accommodate the personal needs of each individual in class. This is personal training at an entirely different level, and fun too!!

Donna is an outstanding trainer! In my life I have belonged to big gyms, small gyms, and worked with personal trainers. In all of my years and experiences I have never worked with someone so knowledgeable and caring as Donna. She knows her stuff, but more than that she knows how to push you to the limits in a positive way! I cannot recommend her enough!

Donna is the best! Her classes are small enough so that each of us gets personal attention. She is knowledgable about health and exercise. She has a variety of exercises for various parts of the body. Her fees are reasonable. She allows one to drop-in on certain classes for a minimal amount. No monthly membership!

I've been going to Donna's circuit training classes for about 3 years now. I love that each class is different and that you never know what to expect--it never gets boring! I'm not a big gym type of person, so I love the small group setting and everyone is so friendly. You can truly go at your own pace as well. In addition to regular training, Donna is very supportive in helping people reach their health goals whether it's weight loss, toning or just creating healthier habits. Highly recommend!

Donna is extremely competent and motivating /encouraging while never being judgmental. She pushes you hard but understands limitations and injuries and works around these issues adeptly. She has a great personality and a terrific sense of humor which makes working out much more fun than it otherwise would be. I highly recommend her for personal training and circuit training group classes.

This is the perfect place for me. Donna is very interested in my goals and helps me to work to achieve them. She's extremely knowledgable and has a Master's Degree - she knows so much about exercise - why certain ones work well, how to modify an excercise to accommodate for any reason. She has given talks at conventions about health and excercise topics as well. The small group circuits are amazing because, not only do I get to meet other people with similar goals, they groups are small enough so that each person gets attention in terms of correct form and coaching (and encouragement). I highly reccoment Donna's Home Fitness for people who are new to excercise or very experienced, as she works with a wide range of individuals! Can't say enough good things about DHF!
