I initially reached out to Donnie just looking for a few tips on how to navigate new machines and training techniques, but here I am, nearly two years later, still training with him!
What kept me coming back wasn’t just the noticeable physical progress, but also how mentally strong and energized I began to feel. I’ve hit goals I once thought were out of reach and surprised myself with things I never imagined I could do (like mastering nordic curls!).
Donnie’s impressive background in both fitness and healthcare allows him to craft personalized programs that are not only challenging but also incredibly efficient.

I decided to search for a person trainer when I hurt my back multiple times at the gym. I found Donnie through word of mouth and now have been working with him for a year and a half. Donnie listens, takes notes on what you would like to accomplish, and is cognizant of your past injuries and limitations. You leave his workouts with a sense of accomplishment and probably some soreness the next day.I particularly like that he does not look at his phone during the workout, he's 100% engaged on your workout and maximizing your results. Highly, highly recommended to all looking for a top class trainer!

Donnie is an exceptional trainer. He is methodical, organized and incredibly personable. He is diligent about providing a safe experience and between his full body warm up routine and his medical background, I truly appreciated how I could train harder and heavier than I ever had before and yet not have any injuries. Donnie pushed me beyond my perceived limits. He is passionate about what he does and very knowledgable about nutrition, health and physiology. I have been training with Donnie for about 5 months now. I will preface this by saying I have had my fair share of trainers before. I’ve had several really good solid people, and some not so solid people. Donnie’s knowledge and skill level is literally unmatched. Top to bottom. From the knowledge of anatomy and physiology, to the skills needed to be an effective trainer, to the words of wisdom that only come from someone who is in tune with health and wellness on another level, Donnie is all of this and more. I can’t say enough about this human. Each session I am challenged and leave feeling like I’m one step closer to my goals. Programming is on point and effective. Most of all, it’s just a solidly enjoyable hour spent with a great person in a great space and you will leave feeling amazing and motivated. Where to start with Donnie! I’ve worked out with many personal trainers and Donnie is different! He is the first trainer where I have both felt and seen physical and mental changes.
Through thoughtfully crafted workout sessions, nutrition advice, etc. he has helped me build lean muscle and incorporate weightlifting into my routine, a historically elusive goal.
Donnie is incredibly knowledgeable in all things health and fitness. Donnie is a true coach. I could not recommend him more!

I have been working with Donnie for about 8 months and he is wonderful. The workouts are not your same boring workouts. He creatively thinks about how you can use all different kinds of exercises to get results and tailors each workout to your specific needs. I highly recommend Donnie. I've worked with him for a year now and plan to continue. Over that time, he's developed a series of workouts tailored to my fitness goals and preferred sports, and also taking into account a previous injury of mine. He's also made many useful recommendations about nutrition generally and recovery after my workouts. Donnie brings formal nursing training, knows the body well and goes above and beyond for his clients. Plus, he makes the workouts fun. I feel better and stronger. Definitely worth the investment versus simply working out on my own.

If you're looking for a grueling workout tailored to your body, look no further than Donnie Larson. Donnie is tailors your workout with your goals in mind. I'm wanting to lean down but also strengthen my legs for cycling and quick start/stop motions on the tennis court. He'll also work with you on proper nutrition giving you the correct macros to follow to suit your body's demands. The space is also great and the one-on-one attention allows for better form correction that I then take with my to my own weight lifting sessions at the gym.
