Ron, one of the personal trainers, is amazing. He works closely with his clients to give them the best workout & diet plan to get the results they want. Definetly as for him if you're looking for a trainer! He never gives up in his clients, and always pushes them to be their best!

We have been members since it started last Fall. Used to be a great place to work out with all the basic machines. Lately since February, they have changed management and employees like every month. I dont think this place will stay open for more than 3 months. Yesterday I went to work out and my surprise was that nobody was working there plus A/C was not working and one of the walls have a big hole too. Instead of a gym , this place was like a sauna with the temperature inside of 85 degrees. Too bad that management hasnt kept this place running smoothly.

This gym is just absolutely wonderful! The staff are friendly and helpful, the equipment is kept clean and organized, and the 24/7 access is great.
I also signed up for a personal trainer, Ron Peccia, who I cannot say enough good things about - his workouts are rigorous and targeted, and that combined with the diet plans he sends are a huge help in maintaining progress. He has a great attitude and is always happy to help with any questions or concerns I have. I highly recommend this gym!

This place has all the essential equipment to get a great workout. The staff is very friendly and informative. One of the coolest features is the device that acurately scans your entire body and gives you a readout so you can see the areas you need to work on. It also gives you a complete readout of your body fat percentage as well as other parameters. Not to mention the unlimited Hydro Massage and Tanning. Very nice to be able to come to a gym where you know everything is clean and maintained regularly.

Good gym but no towels!! You gotta be kidding me. Not even in the locker room. They use paper towels for people to clean the equipment. Not good. At least have hand towels, and ditch the paper towels

A small yet quaint gym. No judgments if you are one who worries about that. Plenty of machines. Staff are very friendly. Clean towels. Open 24/7. I personally would prefer a bit more open space for more body weight exercises but with the space available to them I understand how that might not be possible. I come here four times a week and have never had a single issue or complaint.

I have been a member since the gym opened. Overall I really like the gym.
There have been great employees that work there. The main reason I'm positing here today. Is that over the last couple of months the interior of the gym hasn't been cleaned regularly. The lady's locker room doesn't look like it's been cleaned in over a week. There is salt in all the lockers and on the floor. The spray bottles with sanitize solution at times are empty. There were no towels today. I haven't seen Amy ( great employee) in weeks. She was always keeping the gym interior clean. Recently the desk staff seem uninterested in hearing that the gym needs to be cleaned. In the past, the staff members were always cleaning the gym. For some reason that has stopped. I'm hoping by posting this information that potential new members consider the condition of the gym before signing up. As the gym isn't being maintained.

My issue is with their deceptive billing practices. Went in for a 2 week "free" trial". Ended up putting like 80 bucks down. Personally, I need more machines then they have available at the times I like to workout. So, I went in and cancelled. I was told to mail a letter in to the corporate office. I did so, thought that was the end of it.

In May, I saw on my card that they were still billing me. So I went in there to cancel yet again, stating i sent the letter in. The gentlemen told me that "this wasn't the first time that he heard about contracts being continued". I filled out yet another letter, mailed it, and called the corporate office at approx. 1:30PM on a Tuesday. The messaging service stated that I called during their closed hours.... OK great...

Cancelled my card, now im getting calls and emails asking for payment. When I finally spoke with a Sarah Kolodziej, she stated that no letter was ever received and that they would not refund my money, even though I went in there only 3 times in the period of 6 months.

TL;DR

There is no free trial -- IF you sign up you'll need to hound them to ensure it is indeed, cancelled. Customer support is not working in your favor. You're better off going to Anytime Fitness in Downers Grove. More room, more equipment and WAY better service.

I go here pretty much 5-7 days a week and the owners and staff are some of the best people. They truly care about the gym and helping you grow as a person. Always extremely helpful and never rude. Place is super clean too. You'll find that most of the gym-goers here keep to themselves and are not obnoxious. Busy hours are around 4:30-6:00. The 24/7 aspect is definitely something to consider over other gyms. The doors are always locked after staff hours, so you feel safe working out late at night too. Can't beat the price either!

I haven’t been yet, but this locations keeps putting flyers on the windshields of the cars where I work. They get tossed on the ground, and blow around. Customers come in, complaining about them too.
