Loved the vibe of that gym. Trainers are just awesome, super understanding, supporting, motivating and it feels like they know you forever. You feel very welcomed from a a minute you walk in and untill a minute you are leaving.
I enjoyed my work out there and 200+squats π.
I definitely would recommend it to anyone who struggles with boring work outs at a gym or just needs work outs with a professional guidance. You definitely will become stronger, leaner and will get into a good shape with nutrition coaching.
I will be back and actually looking forward to my next class.

I heard about driven through facebook advertisement βFit & Lean in 12 weeks transformation entry for first 15 people onlyβ . I immediately filled a form .Immediately I scheduled my appointment with Marty and explained to him that I am vegetarian that time he hasnβt said anything against vegetarian. At that point he welcomed me and I paid the 12 weeks fee which was lot of money for me but I thought if I could get my perfect body again then its fine. I am friendly happy person who love to enjoy every moment of life.
I was always regular 6 days a week. Initially it was difficult for me because I never worked with Heavy Dumbbells , Pull ups bar, Back and front squats with bars and many more things but still I was satisfied because I was trying hard and learning new workouts. Soon within 3 to 4 weeks I could do most of the things without an excuse but that time one incident happened with one instructor as she has been rude to me and I am a sensitive person I cried then and there itself . Instead of checking the fact Marty just scolded me saying this is not your fun place and I said I am here to have fun. I felt really bad since then I was working out with Bri. She is my favorite at Driven. Bri is considerate and flexible. She motivated me to finish up exercise. I just keep on working out without paying any attention to other rude instructor and I let go unpleasant incident. All this while they havenβt provide any Vegetarian diet plan, they had no clue about vegetarian diet plan and then as they failed they blame me.
After that week or so I wanted to tell Marty or Kari I wont be in state for 2 weeks. I also wrote a message but did not receive any reply. I went there to book appointment with Marty . Instead of meeting me he gave me rude reply via text saying extension cannot be given. In text message he said βlook Kate we are not the right fit for one another. I wish you all the best in your fitness journey and hope you will find great gym you can call home. I will meet you and explain why I am making this decision because I think itβs only fair that we let you know why we are not going to have you back . We are not obligated by our contract to extend it for any time missed. So if you like to meet I will gladly put you in my schedule there will be no extension or new contract " I was shocked with his response and had no clue what I did to deserve such a rude reply. I was always regular , happy , energetic person but such discourteous treatment They should know in service industry politeness is a key and no one will pay them to insult themselves. I regret joining Driven I will consider it to be my biggest mistake. Marty ended the relationship in such bitter way that I would never wish to see his face again.

My wife joined when our new born was about a month and half. During the 3 month period they require she lost a few pounds, went down in size, and started to really enjoy working out. Best of all she improved core and reduced her back pain and she really became motivated.
Then owner stopped training (replaced with an employee). Quality dropped a bit since owner was focusing expanding. At the end of the 3 months, owner literally told my wife she was a distraction, not motivated, and unaccomplished. It continued, this gym had women that are depressed about appearance and life and they come here to get fit and turn it around. She was literally told "we do not have room for people like you".
It is acceptable that a gym filters out a specific type of motivated person. I disagree that my wife is not motivated but that's subjective. I will say that was a very rude and indecent way to end the relationship. She was leaving the gym anyway due to lack of attention. The owner knew this but seems like he took his frustration from her group failing to meet goals out on the customers instead of the staff.
To the owner: we both appreciated the service you provided. You should work on how you end relationships though. Your last words tainted our memory of your service and was completely unnecessary.

RUSH is really amazing. Great trainers, great workouts, motivating people, friends, awesome spaceβ¦best of all motivating trainers who really CARE about you achieving your goals. They believe in you as much as you believe in youβ¦and even more. They donβt criticize or pull you backwards, they only focus on forwards so itβs all up to you. My changes are less than they should be because of me, not them. If I listen to them and follow them, Iβm going where I want to go. The workouts are beyond amazing and sweat more than I ever have!

I've been a member at Rush for about 6 months. I joined because even though I had lost a lot of the weight I wanted to lose, I didn't feel strong and felt like I wasn't as flexible as I used to be. I felt old and actually on the frail side.
I joined a starter program that, as guaranteed, delivered results in both weight and inches lost. More than that though, I was inspired by my own ability each week to do more than the one before.
As a previous member of the mega-gym format, the environment at Rush is personalized and welcoming. The small group format allows for the trainers to focus on each person's progress, whether that is modifying it for limitations or enhancing it for advanced moves.
The single best benefit of being a member at Rush for me, is the overarching life coaching type of guidance that is clearly the culture. Every single trainer, along with AJ, is openly willing to spend time 1:1 to develop a whole fitness program.
My mindset is being challenged and developed right alongside my body. I am healthier, more flexible and more mentally aware of my health and fitness than at any time I can recall in the last decade!

My wife and I have been working out at Rush since October and so far I have seen great results. Working out had always been a battle for me and this is the longest I have stuck with anything. I've lost 15 pounds and have gotten much stronger. All the staff are very supportive and it truly does feel like you are one big family with everyone.

Ive been training at Rush for almost 2 years now and could not be happier with
my results. Ive lost 40lbs and have kept it off. I enjoy the small group setting and
the trainers abilities to modify anything we do for all levels of fitness. You can
join any gym and get 30 day or 60 day results, but the difference at Rush is that
the owner and trainers want to help you get lifetime results. The combination of
challenging workouts and nutritional advice cant be matched. They will help you
create a plan to achieve physical, nutritional and lifestyle goals. Any time you
feel stuck or hit a plateau they will sit back down with you and help you reevaluate
and make modifications as needed. Making small changes over time add up
to permanent changes you will see and feel. I can not recommend Rush enough.

Rush Performance has probably been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Working out has always been a battle, but At Rush, I don't dread going to work out/exercise; I look forward to my sessions and seeing the trainers and the other clients because we're like a family and support system for one another. This is so much more than "joining a gym" or "going on a diet." Rush is a team of like-minded people who are willing to do whatever it takes to help you meet your goals. The support I've received from both the coaches and the other members at Rush had been life changing for me. They teach you that you are stronger than you think you are. They give you all the tools - access to excellent personal training, a variety of unique workouts, meal plans, recipe books, a support community on Facebook, accountability phone calls, and much more - to make sure you stay on track toward your goals. I'm in much better shape all around since joining them in October and I plan to stay with them for the foreseeable future. Rush is the best!

I always have a great experience at Rush. I come at least 3x/week and really enjoy the small group sessions. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The trainers (and the other members) are all very supportive and really want everybody to succeed and to believe in themselves. When I started Rush, I was at one of my lowest points with regards to my fitness and nutrition regimes. They really helped me to pull it all together, into one cohesive unit. All of the coaches are awesome and they promote this community of togetherness with all of their clients. I have been a member of this gym fir over 3 mos and have loved every minute! The workouts are still new and hard everyday yet I am stronger every week! The trainers are not intimidating and will help modify if you are not able to do a certain exercise. The RUSH community of members is an extraordinary group of people who encourage and motivate and are right there with you!

This gym will transform your body and you'll see results in around 4 weeks!! The best part is that they give you tips, strategies, and advice on how to maintain your transformation so that you're diet, weight, and fitness do not yo-yo up and down. They motivate you and the coaches push you but they also treat you as a person so it's great for all levels..beginning to advanced. I have always been a big gym member and never really got long-term results..RUSH will give you that!!! The price is amazing too for what you get..I pay only a little more than what I was paying at the big gym but I get talked to at Rush, they know my individual story, and every health plan and workout plan is tailored to each individual. It is worth every penny to join Rush and be transformed!!! I've never seen another gym experience like it! :)

If you are looking for more than just a gym and more than just a workout then Rush is the place for you!!! They offer nutritional support, specific and unique workout/fitness plans for each person, and they offer a community! They encourage positivity around each other. Each coach does a great job of tailoring sessions to a wide range of people. I thought I was pretty healthy but they have me on the best track that has elevated my energy to another level. If you are like I was where you went to a big gym before or tried specific workout methods like spin classes til you're spun out, try Rush. It's invigorating and treats your whole health! I have lost weight, yes, but I have gained so much more. I've gained muscle and an excellent overall health (thanks to the nutrition support) record. I've also gained friends in the coaches and other Rush members. They're goal oriented too so you never get 'bored' and have to dig deeper and deeper each time. Give it just one try, you'll feel exhausted but you'll want to just keep coming back! :)

Since joining RUSH four months ago I have lost 10 lbs and 4% body fat. I am stronger, healthier and more confident. But they offer so much more than an excercise/weight loss program there. The coaches are knowledgable and attentive to all of the members. The small classes allow for a lot of personalized attention. In August I was reading my Facebook news-feed and I came across RUSH Performance Fitness who was looking for people to participate in a 6 week transformation, so I responded. Within hours A.J. called to set up a time to meet!! Everyone at RUSH is very welcoming, Vanessa at the front to desk signed me up and she has been so encouraging throughout the entire program. All of my training session were with A.J. or Stephanie who are both GREAT. Stephanie was my team captain did an amazing job. She would always give helpful hints, take extra time out of here day to talk with us, and encouraged us through email, Facebook, and in person. Along with all of the great employees at RUSH, I also had an phenomenal team to train with no matter the time of day!! Today was my 6 week Challenge final weigh in day at RUSH!! I am down 10lbs. I have lost 5% body fat and 4pts on my BMI. The six weeks flew by thanks to the training at RUSH never being boring because the workouts are never the same. No matter your age or fitness level RUSH can help you reach your goals!!

I have been to different gyms, I have tried working with personal trainers as well in the past, and I have tried to lose weight by my own motivation, but I have never gained the great results I have seen so far. I have lost weight, lowered my body fat percentage, and lowered my body measurements all around. The environment feels like a family where everyone supports you. I have been coming to RUSH for more than a year now. From the moment I walked through the door (I was very nervous that first evening!) everyone has been so supportive and friendly! The workouts are challenging, but fun at the same time. The trainers are all very supportive and happy to answer any questions you may have - whether it be about exercise or nutrition. The trainers truly care about everyone and they want you to be the best you can be. It doesn't matter what size you are, what age you are, or what level you are at in terms of fitness - everyone is supportive and encouraging, as seen in the high fives all around at the end of each session. And, rather than seeing my workouts as something I HAVE to somehow get through, I now look forward to them. Thanks to RUSH I feel the best I have ever felt in my life.

I signed up for their special program "Six Week Challenge" which promises that you will drop a dress size, and I've certainly done just that! And the challenge isn't even over yet! The training sessions are challenging and fun, and the atmosphere is ALWAYS encouraging. I'm down 15 lbs in 5 weeks, and still going! When the special "challenge" is over, I will definitely keep up the training at RUSH. Check it out...., you won't be sorry!

Being a former athlete I was always looking for another team to join as an adult, to get that sense of support and training as well as competitive edge. Through RUSH Performance I have finally found what I have been looking for! The comprehensive training monitors your total fitness (exercise, food intake, etc) The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and supportive in helping you to reach your fitness goals. I would highly recommend!

This is the best gym I've been to. I love the trainers and they give you a great workout. I started with a sux week challenge going to jump start my personal weight loss but I found a home that I never want to leave. The workouts are hard but effective and you feel great after. It's a little pricey but can you really put a dollar amount on preventing disease and living longer?

There aren't a lot of options (in my opinion) in the area for gyms. I went to a personal trainer for 6 months and saw amazing results, but let's be honest, who can afford to keep that up long-term? RUSH isn't a gym like LA Fitness, it is a training gym - there are no treadmills or ellipticals in the place.
This gym is small, but mighty. The "team training" workouts are great and are different every time you go. It is as close to personal training as you can get with a group of people in the room :)
AJ and Stephanie are good trainers and help motivate everyone throughout the session. Results will be up to you, but if you follow their suggestions, you will see positive changes!
It's not cheap, but it's in line with other class-based gyms out there. Worth it to me!
