E-town has been great since I started with them 1.5 yrs ago. I love the programs they put together which are both creative and challenging. Getting a change to my workout routine really helps me stay on track and avoids the stale old workouts I was used to. Their communication and tracking also helps me hold myself accountable even for the 5/6 am classes.

I started at E-Town four years ago and for the first time ever I’ve been able to stick to a fitness routine. And although I never thought I’d say this about working out … it’s actually fun. I usually go at the same time each day, and love the camaraderie in the class.
The trainers are encouraging, they design workouts that are thoughtfully structured and also offer variety. And importantly, I appreciate knowing they’re keeping an eye on me to ensure I’m getting the most out of each exercise without injuring myself.
I’m delighted with the difference I’ve seen. Overall, I’m stronger, I’ve lost weight (while gaining muscle) and have better stamina. Ultimately, our health shapes so much of the rest of our lives and it’s worth prioritizing. E-Town has motivated me to do just that.

I love E-town!! Both the trainers & the atmosphere are relaxed and approachable, yet knowledgable in their craft. Joining Etown back in 2017 was necessary for my overall health. I needed to lose weight and become stronger. Ryan, Tommy and Morgan along with the other coaches have helped me do both. Has it taken time? You bet! But they help keep me on the right path and encourage me all the way. Luv, luv, luv, ETown. My friend and I joined ETown when Ryan was just taking over. Back in 2017!!! Gyms are a dime a dozen so it says a whole lot that we are still there. It’s the only place and program that I have ever stuck with. The team is top notch, they keep it interesting so results are achievable and most importantly they are beyond helpful.

For the year+ that I've been at E-town, I have been more regimented with my schedule. I very much enjoy starting my day with a workout there (and I was never a morning person). The trainers are helpful in suggesting modifications to the various exercises and ensure accurate form. Changing the workouts each month is impactful. Their app to book classes is user friendly as is their workout app to use during the class, or even outside of class. Overall, thanks to e-town, I feel stronger and look forward to the classes each week.

I’ve been in and out of fitness studios since moving to Elmhurst, but eTown is a keeper!! Flexible schedules, kind and motivating trainers, class setting but personal training results. I’m impressed with the series of strength training routines and how it’s refreshed frequently so you don’t plateau (or get bored, whichever comes first). E-Town is an excellent gym for strength training and HIIT classes. I’ve been a member for 2+ years. Their coaches are super engaging with each individual throughout the daily workouts. They’re very encouraging and recognize when you’re getting better. I really appreciate their focus on form and fundamentals over weight so you’re working out the right muscles that are meant to be worked on based on that circuit, but also to reduce the risk of injury.
In addition to the variety of workouts they make in a 4-5 week rotation, they provide a diet schedule with meal recipes based on what you want to do specifically. These include monthly check ins to discuss your progress as well as a scale that provides a view over your running metrics over an 8 period length illustrating your weight, body mass, and body fat %s.
The community of the folks who are working out is also encouraging to keep coming back and working hard to improve yourself.

I joined about 6 weeks ago and can't believe how fast the time has gone. Each strength session is well thought out and the trainers are really focused on helping the whole class. If I have a question or concern about any lift, they are able to direct me how to do it or provide the best alternative exercise. Been going for over a year. Have not typically been a fan of group classes but at E-town fitness the instructors/trainers made each workout appropriate for my level whether it be to use different equipment or change the exercise all together. They also watch to make sure you are doing the exercise properly which is very helpful! So any level can workout at the same time in the same class. They have a variety of class times and the one hour cancellation policy helps with crazy kids schedules. They’ve made it easy to keep it up for over a year.

This group of people, concepts, wisdom, and knowledge that resides in this community is exceptional. I joined from the 6-Week program. Within that time frame, I was able to rebuild great foundational strength THEN go beyond that to unlock the strength I once saw in my collegiate years where got into weight lifting on a more serious level. Every trainer was amazing. Tom (Co-Owner) was the first person I met and I felt comforable enought to be H.O.T. (Honest, Open, & Transparent) with him and it only yielded interal and external growth physically, mentally, and spiritually for me. My Health, Fintess, and Nutrition shifted me from utilizing all of their amazing services so I decided to discontinue my membership. There was no love lost. I was welcomed to returned and I actually see myself doing so in the near future. All and all, I'm down 12 pounds and counting, clothes fit way better, and people are seeing the drastic holistic changes from the impact E-Town Fitness has had on my life. Join their family. Because a family is exactly what it felt like for me.
A couple more things:
Being in the room with people regardless of race, cultural background, or belief having one purpose, to get best out of life is one of the greatest qualities of E-Town Fitness.
My Accountablity Coach Morgan was gem. She is an amazing listener and really made me feel that my success mattered to her. Which I believe it did.

Whether you are looking for more personalized coaching or group fitness that allows for daily FIIT or strength focus, the coaches accommodate what makes sense for you and your desired outcomes. A major selling point for me is the ability to jump into numerous class options as well as open gym slots if you simply get tied up with work and/or kids.

I was given a scholarship for 12 weeks at E-Town Fitness, including meals and supplements.
My first few weeks I did a cleanse and workouts, coming from a diet of gummy worms and soda, it was rough for a few days. By the end of my cleanse, I've started to feel better than I had in a long time.
Even at 2 weeks in I had a noticeable increase in energy, gained muscle, and felt great.
During my time at E-Town, I felt very encouraged and cared for. Mike and Jenn were amazing about modifying my workouts due to some limitations I have. Tommy is the BEST at encouraging and supporting.
Morgan and Ryan taught me so much about my body type and gave me solid guidance on how to reach my goals in muscle gain and weight loss.
The team at E-Town all care and encourage everyone. They take the time to learn your name and get to know what you are capable of.
The other gym members are kind and encouraging as well. Everyone wants to see you do well and no one is judgemental of where you start. It felt like a family.
Being able to participate and do something just for me made a huge difference in how I felt day to day. I was less crabby, felt more energized, and overall just happier.
My scholarship has since ended, and I'm adjusting to a lot of changes in my personal life.
I hope to come back to my E-Town family as soon as possible and continue to improve my health.

Etown is a neighborhood gem! All of the coaches and gym members are super friendly and welcoming. I was nervous to join as it had been years since I had done any real strength training, but I quickly realized this is the perfect place to get back into a good fitness routine. I joined E-Town to be held accountable for making the time to work out and because they are local. Yes, they make sure you are held accountable. If you don’t make the time to show up, they’ll reach out to you and remind you they have not seen you in the gym. Sometimes we all need that little extra poke - at least I do. The group classes are fun and motivating. You have your choice of strength training or HIIT, which is a nice combination if you don’t always want to do one type of training. The classes are small which is bonus because you almost feel like you have your own personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.

I joined E-town this past January and I’m loving it! This was my first time doing strength training workouts. The team at etown fitness is amazing!!! They take the time to understand your goals and lay out a plan to help you achieve them every step of the way. This is the first time I have had this experience at any gym. And I’ve tried quite a few around Elmhurst. On top of it, I loved how customized the workouts are at the group classes. The trainers are aware of newcomers like me of my ability to help select weights and or modifications. Also they are very keen at the members form and making sure everyone is doing the exercises appropriately to help prevent injuries. I definitely did not except that at group classes as that has not been my experience at other facilities. Perfect place for people who are new to fitness or long time fitness fanatics. I highly recommend E-town, I’ve seen major positive changes from coming here. The staff make all the difference- I’ve been going for about 18months, 2-3x/week and it is a big part of my weekly routine- I look forward to each session and the workout program changes often enough to keep it interesting and target different areas. The trainers make it easy to keep with the program. Mike, Tommy, and the rest of the crew keep the workouts moving, but also take the time with everyone to answer any questions, ensure good technique and push the limits without compromising safety. I’ve done some nutritional consults and goal setting that is part of the program, but for me the real benefit is getting in all the workouts and team pushing personal accountability in a positive way. The gym is always clean and equipment well maintained and the app is a big help to keep track of exercises and weights- the app can also be used outside the gym when you’re on the road or miss a workout. E-Town Fitness is the BEST place and they have the BEST coaches to work with. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all motivating.
Morgan (my accountability coach) takes the time to understand my goals, develops a comprehensive plan to include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds me accountable to myself by talking with me every chance she gets & by having biweekly in depth check ins where we evaluate my body fat & muscle %, workout routine, recovery and nutrition. We look at how I am progressing and make any necessary changes.
I highly recommend trying E-Town Fitness if you’re serious about improving your fitness and overall health! I’ve been having an incredible experience :)

I love going to E-Town! I am clueless when I go to the gym on my own. They provide a program and the coaching to go with it, that has given me more confidence and strength. The workouts are varied everyday of the week and the program changes up monthly, so I never get bored. I have been going to E-Town for over a year and have felt huge improvements in my health, daily life, and athletic performance. The biggest factor that keeps me coming back is the community. The coaches and members make it a welcoming, family like environment. Thank you E-Town, you have changed my perception of "going to the gym"!

Kept having knee and ankle problems. E-town put me on a strength/mobility training program and have been injury safe since. Dropped body fat and replaced it with muscle throughout the process too. Very happy with the results 💪🏻

My wife and I have been coming here for a little over year and I can't recommend them enough. The trainers are all awesome and help keep us accountable to our workouts and motivated. All the equipment is brand new and the classes provide a lot of unique exercises and workouts to keep it from getting stale.

At age 52, i was hesitant to join another gym. I have been to so many over the years, but e-town is my forever gym. After one year, i am stronger and more knowledgeable about my body and what it needs. I feel great, and most importantly, my back and neck are healthy. Tommy is my guy, and e-town is my gym until Im 100 yrs old.

Living with MS, I needed a gym that could modify my workouts to get me stronger and keep me walking. The trainers kept me accountable and worked with me over the past year. I've gone from working out 2 days/week with physical therapy twice a week to now just working out at eTown 5-6 days a week. Plus with the nutrition coaching I have been able to lose over 40 pounds, and I am not done yet. I have found a workout home. Well worth the investment in yourself.

E-Town is a fantastic place to begin, continue or restart (as I did, after a much too long “hiatus”) your fitness journey. It has a great mix of functional fitness workouts with options for both strength and high intensity interval training. All workouts are individually challenging, and organized to vary over time which expedites the process of reaching your personal goals. In addition, nutritional guidance and regular “check-ins” with the trainers provide not just accountability, but encouragement to get you to the next level. All the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and interactive. They motivate you to do your best while always making sure that you are using proper form to get the most of each movement. The gym also has a great vibe, which promotes comradery among the members and helps me get the most out of every workout. I would highly recommend checking this gym out.

Great gym & community. I migrated here post-COVID for a gym closer to my home. I was coming from CrossFit, so I wanted something HIIT-oriented, with weights, but also a focus on conditioning, mobility, and overall health. I’ve found the eTown regiment to be a great fit accordingly. The classes aren’t nearly as demanding as peak CrossFit, but I find their overall health/body approach to be more balanced. There’s also tons of class times, great coaches (ty Timmy, Mike, Morgan, Aaron, etc), high-quality equipment, and optional nutritional coaching. And their workout style/culture is moderately intense without being high-pressure, intimidating, or sales-y. I would highly recommend eTown for almost anyone - i.e. whether you’re looking for a full-scale health reset to just looking to find a little more consistency.

Love ETown! When I started here, I had never lifted heavy weights. But with the help of the instructors, small group classes, accountability, and personalized programs, I'm very confident when lifting. My favorite benefit from lifting is I'm able to do more in my daily life like rough-housing with the kids and carrying them around. I've been going to E-Town for just over a year now and have nothing but nice things to say. The trainers all create a very relaxed atmosphere with the small group sessions, and there is even open gym time every day in case you cannot make one of the scheduled classes. This is more than just a gym, as the trainers hold you accountable with recurring individual check-ins while also providing a nutrition plan. E-Town may be pricier than other gyms, but you get your money's worth with customized workouts and individual attention that you can't get at other gyms. Highly recommend!

E-town is the best gym experience I’ve had since college. I had previous experience with organized athletics but trying to manage my own workout plan once I had a family was impossible. E-town makes it simple, uses all the latest apps and technology to make it fun, and has a dedicated team of trainers that wants to see you improve. The coaches and other members have become part of my circle of friends and missing workouts just feels like I’ve missed part of my week. They also helped me recover from major surgery that had me on my back for too long. 6 months later and I feel the best I have in 20 years!

I joined E-town over a year ago needing a place that made me feel comfortable after several years of not working out. After many failed attempts at larger gyms, I have finally found a home at E-town Fitness. I started out going twice a week and have worked my way up to 3-4 times per week. The workouts are incredibly challenging but can be tailored to any fitness level which was key to my success. The instructors are knowledgeable and make the classes enjoyable. Specifically, Tommy, he brings incredible energy, seamlessly shows proper form and gives cues without missing a beat. He keeps it fun with variety and humor while still challenging us. E-town changed my life! I was battling with myself because I didn’t have the confidence to go to the gym after gaining 100lbs after college football. I meet with Ryan and he helped me find my confidence and lead me on my fitness journey. He made my workout plan and help me create healthier eating habits that fit me and my journey. Great place! Ryan and Tommy are able to determine where you are and help your reach your goals. Their acceptance and encouragement kept me engaged and on track thru the pandemic. I’ve been able to work out consistently 3 times a week since May 2020 using FaceTime. I’m 66 years young and have arthritis in both knees. I’ve learned proper form and feel great! My knee is feeling better due to the coaches at e-town modifying exercises based on my pain ( or lack of pain) and focusing on strengthening my legs and core. I’m getting stronger, and hope to continue pushing my knee replacement surgery till I’m older.
