Signed up on ClassPass to try one of his group classes, and ended up with a session all to myself! Because of that, he customized the workout for what I wanted to focus on (more upper body strength). Nick was awesome—he explained and demonstrated everything thoroughly, was very open to any questions I had, and made the environment super comfortable and welcoming. The studio was really nice too! I will definitely return!!

A well structured and challenging workout that works on whole body fitness. I appreciate the smaller class sizes and the instructor’s guidance and feedback on proper form during the class.

I’ve been training with Nick for the past three years, and I couldn’t ask for a better personal trainer. He’s incredibly supportive, consistently tailors workouts to my individual needs, and keeps things fresh with something different every session. Nick is also extremely flexible and has always gone out of his way to accommodate my schedule—even on very short notice. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and motivating trainer.

Nick provided a thorough consultation before our first session and took into consideration the need of strength training for my age and safe use of weights. His gym is not only in a great location but also includes all necessary equipment needed for any type of workout. It’s clean and spacious and Nick is a wonderful trainer who explained in detail the purpose of each exercise. Easy exercise routines you can use at home also. Thank you Nick- I felt the burn! but in a good way. Oh and slept so well afterwards.

I have been an old client of Nick`s, and it is my pleasure to recommend his beautiful gym to anyone who is looking for personal training, small group training (with friends or new gym friends), and especially for people who are on the lookout for personalized approach, and a convenient place to work out at. Nick is a very creative trainer who accommodates to the client's personal needs, so if you are looking for a great trainer AND a cool spot for your workouts - this is the place!

As an older guy, I found that Eccentric Fitness is just what I needed. Maintaining muscle mass and tone, strength, balance, and flexibility. Nick listened to what I hoped to accomplish with my fitness program and then designed the appropriate exercises, weights and reps for my specific needs. He gives close attention to see that I get the most out of each exercise and the whole hour. I wasn’t concerned about other people being way above or below me. Just me and a good instructor. This is so much better than trying to workout on my own.

Nick is an awesome trainer, and the gym is pretty well setup. We do semi personal training with nick (couple of us), and there is flexibility. He works with you on you goals and designs workouts that suit you, also considering any injury. The gym has weights, rowing and cycling, machines, and is very clean.
