I went with Eric in 2018 for the first time and loved it.. due to life happening I had to leave...fast forward to 2024 I joined again and he welcomed me like always and I was ready! He pushes me and challenges me and I have gotten stronger and I look forward to his classes everyday as they are a variety of great workouts that I love!! He is awesome! You will not regret it

This is the best place to go. Eric is a wonderful trainer who supports you, encourages you, and motivates you to reach your goals. I have never had an easy workout here and that's exactly what you want, a workout that is different every time and keeps you and your body on your toes.

I've been going to EMC for about 2 years now and it has been tough but amazing. Eric's classes are intense but he motives and pushes you to get through the workouts. I am stronger and able to do workouts that i could barely do when i first started. The fact that every class is already planned out works so much better for me. I am the type of person who feels lost at the gym and never know where to start. I highly recommend going to EMC!

I’ve been training with Eric for a bit over 6 months now and it’s been a great experience. I had totally gotten out of shape, or rather gotten into a shape, but it was something akin to a beach ball. I was very hesitant about getting started again in a formal setting. I’ve had some training at large gym years ago, but was much younger and hadn’t done as much damage to my body.
Working with Eric has been perfect for me as I was able to do one-on-one sessions in a private setting (he does have some great group and boot camp options as well). The private sessions allowed him to customize everything to work around several different joint and physical limitations I’ve developed due to my inactivity. He was also very good in assessing where I was at and my comfort level to ease me back into becoming active while avoiding irritating my existing injuries or creating new ones.
After 6 months of just moderate training a couple sessions a week most of the problems I started with have actually gone away entirely. By building up the muscle the joint pain has largely resolved and I’ve seen significant gains in my strength and endurance and now can begin to work towards rebuilding the muscle mass I lost from years of being sedentary.
I’m still working on getting my weight down, but the training has done a great job getting some of that fat converted to lean mass. I’m finding it easier to improve my diet now that the exercise has improved my energy levels.
I love having some accountability and not needing to think about anything. Eric has taken care of all aspects of the training plan and weights, assessing my progress and making changes to keep me continually improving without ever over-extending. Definitely always ready to challenge or encourage, but never fails to listen and never tries to make you do something you aren’t ready for.
The selection of equipment and exercises he utilizes are terrific and great for squeezing the most results out of the relatively quick workouts I have with him. Plus he knows the subtle tweaks to get familiar seeming exercises challenging your muscle groups in entirely different ways. I’m looking forward to being confident enough to be on the before and after photos on the website this time next year.
