My children train at excel. They have been part of the recreational classes and now team at excel. Coach Dayna and staff have helped my kids grow and develop on the mats, and the lessons they have learned have helped them off the mats.

Highly recommend the academy!

We had my daughters birthday party here and I payed a decent amount of money so that the kids could use pretty much the whole gym but instead the kids were so limited by the coaches that they ended up just using the trampoline and the foam pit very disappointed

Rules for thee but not for me... unbelievable they will make your kids wear a mask but the the staff doesn't bother. This is the last session I will ever pay for here.

2 kids 2 different ages. Class quality is significantly different based on age, instructor and gender. Children with short attention spans are left alone. No instruction. Constantly reprimanded, but not praised if they do do something well. Very frustrating as a parent. One child still goes here and other is elsewhere getting the attention she deserves.

Best place ever for a winter birthday party. Parents worry about nothing, because the staff is incredible and in complete control. Our daughter turned 4, we had over 50 people, it was affordable and everyone had a great time! Thank you Excel!

Amazing place for little kids and older children. My daughter has learned so much since coming here a few years ago and is really developing into a good little gymnast! The coaches are friendly, patient and know what they are doing. We have been very pleased with Excel and will continue to bring my daughter here to hopefully compete one day!

Great place for classes and parties! Both of my children have taken classes here when they were 2-3 years old and they loved it. It helped them with climbing and confidence which showed when playing at the park. Also we have been to a few parties here and they have always been a blast. Basically the kids get to run jump and have fun for 1hr. They also have open gym time which is good if you want to just check it out with your kids.
