We provide kickboxing and resistance training classes 6 days/week. We provide nutrition coaching and accountability through our 10 week program! We have 4 10 week sessions per year beginning in January, April, July and October. We do have enroll anytime options to get you started on your health and fitness journey! We do our very best to support members at whatever fitness level they are at. Whether you've never worked out before, or your marathon runner, we will work with you to make sure you get the best workout possible! Our team is supportive and excited to help you in your health and fitness journey!

I have only been coming here a few weeks, but it’s been amazing so far! I have tried several gyms in the past, but never stuck with it. The class format is very motivating. At 6am, the last thing I want to do is try and think of a workout. It’s nice to be able to just follow an instructor. Everyone has been super helpful and nice as well, with sharing tips and other helpful info! I definitely recommend this place!

Only five weeks in to the ten week challenge and results are being seen and felt! Atmosphere is awesome, everyone (coaches, trainers, other members) is amazing! You truly are on your own journey and no one is judging you but really only wants to be supportive. I’m glad I finally signed up!

Joining FXB has been one of the best decisions for my health and wellness. The facility is spotless, the equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the overall vibe is super motivating.
What I love most are the group classes—they’re a game changer! The Kickboxing class is high-energy and always leaves me feeling accomplished. The Strength Training sessions are perfectly structured to push limits while keeping form in check , and to unwind and improve flexibility.
The instructors are top-notch—encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your progress. Tony , Cathy will always keep you motivated and will make sure you are working out the correct way , Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your fitness, FXB offers something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Farrels is a great workout and an even greater environment. The classes are fast at 45 minutes- either kickboxing or strength training- and they work you hard. The staff/instructors are amazing and uplifting and really encourage success. I love the alternating kickboxing and bands days- and I love that it’s not my choice, it’s what I have to do that day :) I have strength I never knew I could have- I have endurance I didn’t know I had in me. I actually think bands are cool. It’s been a whirlwind of a year of mighty success.

Farrell’s Peoria is a special place to workout. There are plenty of gyms out there but Farrell’s provides a very supportive community that becomes like family. Everyone is in it together and looking out for each other. Various class times for anyone’s schedule and you can personally adjust classes to your fitness level with modifications. Great place to workout and gain a whole bunch of friends.

I am so glad that I joined FXB Peoria. I have loved every minute of it...even the soreness later. I have gained friends. The instructors make classes fun. During this time, I learned of my cancer diagnosis. This has become my saving grace. The ability to relieve my stress, anxiety, and anger on the bag has really helped me mentally. Check it out!

Thank you Ferrell's Extreme Bodyshaping for helping me to get back into shape. I followed the program and it worked. Ferrels is a complete healthy and challenging program that I followed and I received what was promised, more fit, healthier and as a result, weight loss. The ten week program is a great experience. Everyone there is encouraging a positive, teaching and cheering you on. Who knew you could kick box? It's a lot fun actually, but, those 50 minutes they push you. But you feel so good when you've accomplished your goals.
