I never thought I would enjoy kickboxing and strength training classes as much as I do. What makes it even better are the people. Everyone is so nice, helpful and encouraging. I look forward to coming to class. It is for all body types and you are not competing against anyone but yourself to do better.

Farrell’s has been a total game changer for me. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. My 6:45 class always has the best time working hard and cheering each other on! I would hands down recommend this gym to anyone at any point on their fitness journey.

Everyone is very nice, helpful, welcoming and encouraging! The classes go by quickly and very fun! If you stick with the program, you start to notice positive changes very quickly. They are willing to work with you on payment plans to get you in. Very fun and worth every penny!

Everyone is always nice and I have never felt self conscious as I learn a whole new way to work out.

Farrell’s is a game changer!!! I’m not motivated very much to workout on my own, but am highly motivated in a group workout environment. I can’t say enough how much Farrell’s changed my life for the better…the amazing members, staff, coaches, and incredible instructors are the reason I’ve made such a huge change. 60+ pounds overall loss for me is huge!! The 10 Week Challenge, the workouts, the nutrition, the coaching - everything is so fantastic at Farrell's! But the real stars are the people, I've never been to a more welcoming gym! It sounds scary, but walk through the doors and you will immediately see that it isn't intimidating or scary at all.

This is unlike any gym I’ve ever been to. They work hard to make sure you’re integrated, and it almost feels like a second family. The 10-week challenge is absolutely worth doing if you’re just starting out with the gym; it’s been a great way to make sure I’m learning the movements properly without feeling left behind. They assign you a coach who makes sure you have all of the info you need to feel right at home. People of all sizes and fitness levels attend here, so there’s no need to feel intimidated. It’s truly a welcoming environment, and I’m thrilled that I was told about it. Wish I would’ve found it sooner!

Best decision I have ever made. My performance has greatly improved. I was a chubby out of shape man and now I feel like I can take on the world. Great staff and they push you to the limit. They taught me diet first and finished with making me a physical machine. Great community support and unjudgmental group.
