I decided to join FFC Lakeview location about 6 months ago and Iโm so happy I did. The location of the gym is a super quick walk from my residence so that is a huge bonus. But, what really stood out to me is the staff at the gym, the cleanliness and the elevated amenities that are offered. I met Sarah the GM and she leads a great team. Kelly and Nanda who handle memberships are always so welcoming and checking in with me to get feedback. Emmanuel, Raven, and Lou are THE BEST @ the front desk. Thereโs also a ton of amenities including eucalyptus towels, laundry service, massages, amazing group classes, etc.
I high recommend you check it out if youโre looking to switch it up.

Love FFC. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, who works there is welcoming and professional. I have worked out with several of the personal trainers (my regular one goes away for three weeks each summer) and they're all great! To my absolute surprise, I have gone from never setting foot in a gym to sometimes going more than once in a day. I am WAY stronger. At 70, I can deadlift 200 lbs and leg press 360. When I started, the heaviest anything I could do was 40 lbs.
Join. It's the best gift you could give yourself!

Kelly was rude and dismissive of my issues. When you pay so much for a gym you would expect for the business to come through in tough times. Instead they want to keep charging fees and screw over the client. Iโm very disappointed.

I highly recommend FFC Fitness Club for anyone seeking a well-rounded fitness facility. The staff at FFC are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping members achieve their wellness goals. The variety of resources available, including equipment, diverse fitness classes, and training options ensures thereโs something for everyone, regardless of fitness level.

Been going here for over two years, and itโs been a mess the whole timeโpre and post-COVID. Youโd think with the amount they charge, they could bring in someone with a clue to rethink the layout. But nopeโitโs still set up to cater to overpriced personal training sessions and the retiree crowd from the condo upstairs.
Thereโs barely any usable training space on either floor. Want to hit legs? Good luckโthere are maybe three machines total, awkwardly stuffed on the second floor... And the ventilation? Feels like youโre working out inside a humid sock.
At $130โ$150 per person, itโs basically a donation to chaos. Hoping CAC, Lifetime, or literally any luxury gym moves into the areaโthis place needs the competition.

Hours in FFC app are not accurate unless you click find more clubs. FFC lakeview east is stuck with "today's hours" from 5AM-11PM but they are closed already, which the door and website confirm but their own app gets wrong.

I was a long time member of FFC
I originally belonged to the one on Halsted and then stuck with them when they moved. I had gone into the hospital unexpectedly and wouldnโt be able to work out for a few months and had thought I cancelled my membership (I was on medication so I am not sure if I missed something or whatnot)
They kept charging me late fees and basically wouldnโt bring down these excess costs so I cancelled. Didnโt realized I owed them more then they sent me to collections. No idea whoโs it even got to that point, but they are definitely not worth the cost. Iโm at a different gym now and they are definitely better and more understanding when things donโt go as planned.

I had such a fantastic experience signing up at FFC, thanks to Kelly! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in. She took the time to thoroughly explain all the membership options and answer my questions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

It's gotten a bit to expensive to see the hot tub this dirty and they clean it during business hours very often. It takes 4 hours to heat up. It will bubble like a bubble bath lol
The steam room has been broken for about two weeks and no idea when it will be fixed.

What defines a system is not the issue it faces, but its response to it.
The last problem with a 2-week breakdown of the steam room showed that this complex system - FFC Fitness reacts poorly to the problem.
On the coldest days of Chicago, the steam room breaks down and they can't fix it.
I'm getting it.
But for me, this fitness is becoming useless, I already have a fitness in my building and another one - Planet Fitness for $10 a month.
You have lost the key element-steam room, that differentiates you from Planet Fitness but you continue to charge people 14 times more, how can this be normal?
I don't want to pay 2 weeks for a very expensive fitness where what I need no longer works.
But the manager replies that they can't freeze my membership for 1-2 weeks, especially for free.
Why can't they? They don't want to or don't know how?
In any case, this is a poor reaction to the problem.

This has been my gym for 16 years now and it's great! They have good equipment, classes are included, and the trainers/instructors are helpful. The facilities are nice, including pool, hot tub and steam room. It's particularly helpful to have access to the other FFC gyms around the city because I can bike downtown, workout and shower and attend client meetings.
My only disappointment is that they used to be open 24 hours and now they are not.

From day one, Sarah and her team have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs, diligently working with me to explore the best membership options. Their professionalism and eagerness to help truly stand out, making my transition much smoother. While everything has been top-notch, my only wish is for a sauna upgrade to match the premium nature of the membership. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a gym with stellar customer service!

Went to check out the gym to see if I wanted to enroll, my partner asked why they needed a picture for a test and what they are going to use it for. The desk attendant had no answer and left us in. We actually enjoyed the time at the gym and we're thinking about signing up. Well today we went to sign up and apparently they "had case notes of us being rude" when asked for specifics of what was rude the manager said my partner not wanting to take a photo. When asked if it was so rude, why did they let us continue to have a test day she had no answer. When asked what more the "case notes" said she wouldn't elaborate. When asked if she wanted our money for a gym membership or not, well I'll go spend $100+ on membership else where. If asking for data privacy and asking what they plan to use the picture for is so horrible it warrents rejection AFTER being allowed a test day, so be it. If they want to discriminate that's on them, becasue I'm sure it was more discrimination than him "being rude" since they couldn't even answer what happened and what was rude.

As an FFC member who has tried multiple locations, this is one of my favorites. On the smaller side but always have machines available and not very crowded. Could get a full workout in without stopping or having a machine taken while repping on another. Downside is no sauna (that I could find at least) but the steam room was plenty. Pool was top notch as well!

Note: I've revised this review after speaking with Sarah who is the general manager at Lakeview East and they were honestly nicer than they had any right to be about my complaints. I'm a very distrusting person of most companies and I think they went above and beyond to calm me down about an issue I previously experienced which doesn't bare extensive mentioning now.
I've been a member on and off (mostly on, minus some oddness with the FFC Halsted location shutting down after the pandemic) since ~2017 or 2018.
The trainers and staff have always been friendly and it's general quite clean despite the high traffic. This location feels a bit busier than I'm used to at places like Gold Coast and South Loop, but is manageable enough you can find space for variations on most types of workouts even during higher activity periods. It is part and parcel for what comes with a gym in the area.
As a night-owl I miss the bygone eras of late night fitness clubs, but I'm also not sad to see the days of people having to work those shifts gone by. You won't get the hours that some gyms nearby like Planet Fitness have but the crowds definitely look more manageable here (I can't speak for other gyms in the area like UFC or Quads).

Reducing my star down. Over the 3 years I was there, I felt like maintenance was slower and then they started buying equipment that didn't seem to make sense. At a $140 a month, this is not a high end athletic club and switched gyms. The value wasn't worth it.

I only visited this location once and during that one time I was left with enough of a negative impression to never return. I agree with one of the recent reviews regarding terrible hassle of trying to exit the garage. I was forced to wait and speak to some distant attendant and provide them with a bunch of personal information before I was permitted to exit.
I visited at 5pm and had to wait 15 minutes for a spot in the freeweight section, then had a woman accidentally hit me because the space is so cramped.
For over $100 per month I expected the overall experience to be much better...
I also noticed on a lot of the reviews the gym's response seems primarily focused on crafting some type of excuse to try to invalidate the feedback instead of accepting it and stating what they will do to improve, which seems really unprofessional to me.

I will begin this review by saying I have been a member of 5 different gyms over the last several years (due to moving among states for work), and not once have I considered writing a negative review. I don't take negative reviews lightly, and have waited to actually submit one for over a month since I first thought this location deserved it. I joined 3 months ago. The gym charges $129 or $169 a month, but I fail to see any substantive difference between it and LA fitness which charges a fraction of that. To justify a rate like this, the gym should be going way above and beyond, but they just don't.
Positive:
-Offer huge discounts to certain groups
-Good selection of stairmasters which can be uncommon at many gyms.
-2 "free" 1-on-1 sessions with new membership (though of course not really free and just lumped into the "enrollment" fee).
Negative:
-Facilities are just alright, nothing special. Again, feels more like a $30/month gym. Can't imagine what they are doing with all their profit from the people who pay full price.
-The sanitary wipe containers are often empty. So simple to keep them all fully stocked, but I guess customers should be expected to peruse the entire gym to find a basic necessity.
-The only water fountain on the main floor was "out of order" for legitimately a month. How is that possible? The only possible answer is that it was not a priority; they don't think the customers are worth a little extra effort to get this resolved in a reasonable amount of time.
-Way too cramped in the main free weight area. People genuinely brush up against you trying to do basic exercises when it is busy. This effectively forces you to visit only during off-hours. Which brings me to the next point...
-The hours of operation are already the most restrictive of any gym I have ever attended. I would love to hear why that is (3 days a week closing at 9pm or earlier??).
-Parking. This is what ultimately forced me to write this review. On their website it is 1/6 "perks" specifically listed. 5 of the last 10 times I have visited, I have had problems using their "free" parking. When you enter, you are forced to pull a ticket that you must validate at the front desk. No big deal, until the tickets consistently produce errors that the front desk has no remedy for and that force you to call and sit on hold going over 5 different unnecessary personal details with somebody who says they can't hear you multiple times and thus consumes 10-15 minutes each time you try to exit the garage. I have sat behind another gym-goer and listened to his frustration go on for so long that my validation expired and I was forced to pay to exit, as there is only one lane. I have had other times where the front desk apparently failed to properly validate my ticket which resulted in me being charged an outrageous $19 for 90 minutes.ย But I should at least give them a chance to fix this, maybe they aren't aware? As was conceded to me today, manager Sarah (who I understand likely has zero control over the issue herself) informed me that the gym has been aware of the problem "for years." Thus, FFC's owner is either too incompetent or too lazy to actually address it. I have heard every excuse you can imagine, such as "It's not actually our garage we don't control that." In 5 minutes I can think of multiple permanent solutions, such as having a stack of validated, functioning tickets to hand to parking gym-members, or simply demanding that the entity (landlord?) that "controls" the parking garage solve this continuous issue or pay damages to the gym for breach of contract (as I assume the gym has a lease for the building that includes unrestricted use of their portion of the garage).ย It is a simple problem with a simple solution that has costs to me, both directly in terms of cash outlays, and indirectly through wasting cumulative hours of my time, which I value much greater than the cash.
In summary, if you don't have to park and you don't mind paying premium prices for a mediocre product, you might enjoy this gym.

I was going to Planet Fitness for 5 years (except for the year when all the gyms were closed due to COVID). After 5 years, I decided that I was going consistently enough to warrant a larger investment in my health pursuits, so I came to FFC East Lakeview. I LOVE this gym! Hereโs the honest review of this club you are going to get. No one-off, spin stories about some trainer that is probably no longer there.
You join a club for the gym, amenities, classes, etc. While many reviews here have a response from the club, theyโre basically lying through their teeth.
First of all, this clubโs capacity tracker is an outright lie. Go at 6-7pm when the tracker shows โ13%โ. You will not have room for anything. 13% of what?? The 10,000+ members at this tiny location??? Iโd love to see what it looks like when it is actually above 23-25% on the app, but again we will never probably know.
Secondly, if you do not care about amenities working properly, do not mind locker room closures or issues with water, and love a pig sty, then this may be the club for you. It is very rare that a month goes by at FFC East Lakeview without some kind of closure. *HINT* If you are consistently experiencing problems, whatever you are currently doing IS NOT WORKING.
Also ridiculous amount of cruising at the club. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere because when you want to cancel, they are going to make it a VERY BIG PITA. Took 3 hours of calling to get someone to send me the email cancellation confirmation LOL kinda sad actually!

FFC East Lakeview is a neighborhood gym part of a chain of local gyms in Chicago and a couple of suburbs as well. Its a "mid tier" gym that's comfortable. When I signed up on 2018, it was $79/month, today its $109/month without a discount. The gym is very clean, and I appreciated this, especially during covid. Aaron (manager) is helpful and a lovely person, Hilary assisted me with my membership when I could no longer go consistently due to a relatives health, Joy and Ruth are the best, Joe is an awesome boxing instructor/trainer, and I miss Matt's Zumba class.
There is legit towel service here. I definitely took this for granted, especially the eucalyptus towels. I never had issues with the equipment nor any of the classes. I would happily return here, just wish that my money wouldn't be played with so often. Having to call their finance team more than three times a year in the last two years (with me even disputing a charge), trainers departing one after the other, as well as the increasing prices, are what drove me to leave.

I joined the gym thinking itโs the right fit. You cannot go wrong enrolling in a gym with relatively high membership fees. WRONG! The staff is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. The training fitness director promised me to reassign me a trainer, and when I was following up with her on it; the general manager told me to be free to cancel my membership as both of them wear too many hats around the club. In other words, they are too incompetent/lazy that they cannot do their jobs. The training fitness director has reassigned other members to trainers, but not me. I guess my background of being middle eastern doesnโt agree with her! This gym pretends to be inclusive! Beware!
It is overpriced for the services provided and level of trainers. They charge different rates for different trainer levels, but then they contradict themselves by saying that all trainers provide same level of service. I have email proof of the general manager rude responses justifying her employee is too lazy to do her job. Sarah Fassett and Jennifer Dahl pick and choose โwhoโ to serve as long as you look like them.
The gym is extremely crowded, and laid out as a maze! Very uncomfortable. Personal belongings also tend to disappear at this gym! The club should be renamed โLOST NEVER FOUNDโ. I canceled my premium membership as soon as I could. Good riddance!

Came here on a lark because my usual pool was closed and I needed to get a swim sesh in. Pros: Staff was nice, gym was clean and had lots of new, well-maintained equipment. Cons: the pool was small and not as well-maintained as the park district pools; also didnโt get very good direction from the front desk about where to go. The maintenance part is surprising to me just based on the day pass fee + the monthly dues.
Final impression: Outside of the fancy Pilates studio and Equinox-like locker room, the emphasis at this gym is picking things up and putting them down and not much else. Probably not going here again.

This gym is always overcrowded and the wait time for equipment is insane. I think they closed another location and merged with this one while keeping the same capacity and funny enough shortened the hours.
Getting a squat rack is like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow (chances are almost non-existent).
They have been saying they'll be extending hours for almost a year now. Certainly does not look like happening soon. I would avoid if I want a serious/non-interrupted workout.
Seriously extend hours if you are just gonna keep increasing members!

This gym has great amenities (both this location as well as other FFC sites across the city), and I will say Iโve had great workouts here throughout my time as a member since 2018. However, I would recommend anyone interested in joining to be extremely careful and track your own expenses here (dues, fees, any gift card purchases, etc), as Iโve caught countless mistakes where Iโve been inaccurately charged, duplicate charged, requested to downgrade my membership but continue to be billed the wrong one, etc. Several employees have been amazing (former trainers here who have since left; Rich seems committed); however, I get a sense that both corporate and location wide, thereโs lack of emphasis on customer service. The system they use seems to be lacking also since it seems like they could better be tracking these errors, since I often get excuses or theyโre unable to tie things out. I understand mistakes happen too, but itโs been a recurring theme for many many months (and seems other reviewers mention the same thing even). Additionally, this doesnโt account for countless follow up emails Iโve had to send, and constant pressing, since getting a response has been hard to come by and requires lots of follow up/ spelling out the details on my end. Itโs been quite a financial headache to say the least, and outweighs the nice amenities here for me.

Be careful when you consider opening a new membership, or whatever you wanna purchase here! Their staff are not responsible and may not know their thing, and they blame you for their fault. One of their best trained skills is to how to argue with customers when issues like this happen. I'm a member since 2018, however:
1) I purchased a $500 gift card when their front desk said I can used it for the monthly membership fee (Tbh I blame myself I'd trusted their front desk staff and didn't read what's on the cover of the card). Later I found I couldnโt use it for the monthly membership fee, sure they wouldnโt refund me but simply gave me $500 credit. And their customer relation staff said they did it as a courtesy. Ok, I paid for your front desk staffโs fault, and you considered it a courtesy. And take a lesson from me, just donโt trust what their staff said.
2) During COVID I asked them to suspend my account until I felt safe to renew it, but later I noticed I was charged a $30 each month for 2 months. They refuse to refund it due to their 'policy'. Their system doesn't have an option to freeze your account until you want to renew but can only set the freeze to a certain time, and you won't be notified when it automatically renews itself and swallows your money. Definitely they won't give you a refund if you did't notice your freeze expires. Also remember 'freezing' your account will still cost you $30 per month.
3) Their pool is broken for a week already when Iโm writing the review, not sure when it can be fixed, and the pool is the only thing I use here since covid. They refuse to issue any credit.
Iโm screwed because of the $500. However, think again if you want to spend $100 per month, and be told theyโre doing you a courtesy when they blame you for their fault.
----------------------
Update after the owner's reply:
The pool is broken Jan 23, and fixed Feb 1st. Sure you won't get any refund or credits.
Yes I talked to two FFC staff, they don't mind I leave bad reviews or cancel my membership, but I'm screwed with the $500. If you call this the resolution, that's up to you. Pool is the last thing I wanna mention, see 1) and find out how they will handle issues when they're at fault.

I lost my belonging at the gym so I called and found it. he said he would leave the memo with my name. After two day, mine was not there and no one was informed of. They told me to reach out to me again. No one did it. I had to call them a few times for two weeks. Gave me dodgy responses. Had to visit in person. A person at the front desk said that they threw out my belongings and gave me the manager's email. I wrote the email. The manager called me next day and said they do not have any responsibility and they kept it only out of courtesy. No apologies whatsoever. I do not understand this kind of customer services and I don't know if they can even say Courtesy when they threw out my possession when I verbally communicated and promised that I am going to pick it up.
It was extremely unpleasant and very disrespectful. Willing to share my bad experience so people know that the lost and found cabinet in East Lakeview is going to be emptied every two days even if they know the owner is coming for it.

Had to cancel my membership toward the end of August due to the closure of the boystown location and a job change, yet I was still charged for an entire extra month. This was not explained to me at all when I cancelled. Felt like a poor way to treat a paying member since 2019. Safe to say I wonโt be returning.

After FFC closed their boystown location, this location got way too over-crowded and it's hard to work out since July 1st. It's been weeks of waiting for equipment and as of 8/3 once i got there i had to turn away due to lack of equipment, which i have never had to do before โ at either location.

Weird, the boystown location was "merged" with this one but it looks exactly the same as before. I think most people might call that "closing" one location but I don't work for a gym so who knows. This is a great gym if you have a backup plan for when they decide to shut it down with two weeks' notice and then do everything possible to try to make you avoid noticing the gym you're going to is closing, while providing nothing in return.

When I moved in to the neighborhood, I had intended on going to Planet Fitness, mainly because it was cheap. I'm glad I took a chance and toured/signed up at FFC. Sure, it was certainly more expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for.
Yes, the layout of the facility can be viewed as odd - but the accessible club hours, pool, cleanliness of the workout areas and locker room, availability of equipment and (most importantly) the staff were all excellent. I am not a "gym-person" by any means, but they kept me motivated and I felt that they personally cared about my health. I highly recommend working with a trainer. It was an expense I would have never considered previously, but well worth it. (shout out to Louie!)
Lastly- while I did unfortunately have to terminate my membership due to monetary concerns and a move out of the area (both as a result of the pandemic) - I'm happy to report that they were understanding and facilitated the cancellation with painless up-front communication. Club Management handled everything flawlessly, which is rare in my experience when trying to cancel a membership/service.
Thank you, FFC East Lakeview for an overall positive experience.

I signed up at different location about 2 months ago I loved it! I came to this location just to check it out. The sales rep Alan gave me a tour. I loved the layout. Going to the gym in a pandemic can be very scary. The cleanliness was pretty impressive and I felt very safe. Definitely will start using this location more often. Thanks Alan! ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ

Have been a member for 3 months and have been very impressed with both the facility and the gym's commitment to keeping things clean and socially distanced. Every member wears masks consistently and wipes down all equipment consistently
Have also been working with Kyle as a personal trainer 2x per week - he's been phenomenal in both structuring / maintaining a program to meet my goals and coaching / motivating me through the routines. Highly recommend!

After 3+ months of being forced to close due to the global pandemic, today was first day members were allowed to re-enter the club.
Allow me to say thank you to the dedicated team both at the corporate and local level who have been in regular communication with members regarding the re-opening plan along with what changes may be present as we adjust to some of the new norms. Upon return, members were being warmly greeted and welcomed back by staff, presented with an opportunity to ask questions, and to also get a quick overview of some new rules. The club was immaculate, well-marked with signage, and clearly ready for business. During the temporary closure, I was provided with an array of online fitness options from the club (for free in most cases) to help maintain fitness.
I continue to be impressed by FFC's commitment to their clients, and appreciate their hard work and dedication as they re-open.

It's a great gym with lots of facilities. However, I do think paying $450+ initiation fee, $55 membership fee each year and $80 a month is way too much than the gym has to offer. I also had very bad experience from the managing level when I asked for a student rate as a Northwestern student. I applied for student discount back in Aug 2017 and FFC staff asked me to hold off until Sep. I kept on asking whether the application got through, if not what's the next step for almost 3 months, but no one got back to me and I was paying normal rate. I felt scammed because the staff told me to hold off when I was eligible for a student discount and never followed up with me. The manager also pushed the responsibility onto me for not filling out proper forms, which I did fill out with my friend the same time together. And indicating the only record they had was on 7/30 when they emailed and called me with information about how to apply, which I never got an email from FFC on that day. I also talked to two staff members in person and on phone regarding the same problem, but they have no record of it and I never heard back from them. I did not get an appology for the poor communication on FFC's behalf, the manager was only sorry for my frustration. I asked to get two months worth of credit back or any compensation for the time and mony I lost, and they say they can't offer it because it's not their problem when I simply followed what the employers told me to do.

I so wish this place was better. It's closer to my new home, but they honestly need better maintenance. The machines frequently don't work. They are always out of disinfectant wipes. The TV's on the machines are apparently just a decoration because they NEVER work. The personal trainers have people doing push-ups in the isles where the machines are - which just seems like a bad place to be. The showers are often out of hot water - and there is mold on the ceiling. I've also gone to the club on Halsted Street and it seems like it's in MUCH better shape.

Such a great facility with everything I could want available at most of their locations. The ability to use their clubs throughout the city is a huge benefit for someone who works in different parts of Chicago on different days of the week. The facilities are clean and the locker rooms are spotless. The pool is great, as is the hot tub. I LIVE for those eucalyptus towels after a workout! I wish the hours stretched just a little farther in the evenings on weekends....but that is my only gripe. My next plan is to utilize some of their spa services, which come pretty highly recommended.

With one of the best power lifting gyms in the country 2 blocks away (Quads gym) and Planet Fitness 2 blocks away ($10/mo), it is a wonder how a gym like this gets away with charging what they do. I tried signing up online but their payment portal was broke. I came in to give them a layup of a sale, card in hand, but they couldn't sign me up because the salespeople don't get in for 2 hours. Their only way to get me in for a workout today because of their own issues was to charge me a $20 workout fee and to come back another day to signup. Amateurs.

I love this place. I moved to Chicago two years ago from the northern suburbs and was searching for a fitness club for months โ one that didnโt smell like filthy carpet. Though I looked at higher price clubs, this club stood out among the rest as really clean and well-managed.
Thereโs loads of work-out equipment, a nice pool, and an highly personable staff. I donโt know how itโs possible, but the staff consistently seems happy, which makes it enjoyable to go there, particularly at the end of a long workday.
The locker room is clean, and the folded hand towels are a nice touch. I also like the music choice in the locker rooms, which seems to aternate between classical and jazz. Itโs relaxing at the end of a workout and helps me wind down.
If my husband and I ever decide to move, it would be hard to leave this club. Thankfully, they have other locations around the city, but I especially like this one.

I've never been treated worse by any other corporation. I had my credit card stolen & had gotten a new one..they failed to notify me that they were missing payments since it was routed to the CC number, not my checking account like all my other bills..and even though I had checked in numerous times, they never even mentioned it to me, then charged me tons in late fee and sent it to a collection agency?
When i called to resolve it, the billing manager was SO rude..I gave two years of business to these Terrible people who don't understand a single thing about customer service...when asked to provide me with a copy of the emails they "claimed" they had sent, they had no proof...This is not the way to treat your members! also after nearly 2 years, noone switched my email.to the east Lakeview club and i had asked a few times. I was only receiving emails from old town with their special events etc. there are some nice trainers and staff here but overall the most disappointing experience I've ever had anywhere.

Nice staff, good hours, bit expensive but then again it definitely provides value for the $$. Much more than just a gym too, has a bunch of hidden amenities I didn't expect to find. Fave feature is the secondary gym on the 2nd floor which is more secluded and less popular, as opposed to the normal cardio room on the first floor, which is usually pretty populated.

Everything is clean, the staff is nice to talk to and work with. There is a ton of variety in classes to take, and fitness programs, like weight loss challenges that even the field by using heart rate monitors for points instead of lbs lost. You do have to pay extra for some of the programs, but they do help keep you motivated. The pool is generally set to a good temperature to lap swim. The updated locker rooms are great, and look really nice. The Pilate's instructor Justin is really great at working with you to meet you goals in Pilate's or personal training. I look at a fat lady crying in the lady`s bathroom, and it is not the only time I let a worker know and he told me that she was an employee. "I think that she is not supposed to cry at work ". Please...! leave problems at home; not in work.. There are customers who go out and in that deserve more respect ."I hope this year not to listen her.... no more crying" !.I just got tired of it..!Serious people to work for your gym..!
