This workout facility is wonderful! I’ve been working out here for about a year; the workouts are challenging and effective, the instructors are supportive and professional, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and everyone is respectful and nonjudgmental. There are special programs for older folks and frequent motivational incentives. It’s a welcoming space for people of all sizes and abilities. Kyle, the owner, works tirelessly to help each member achieve their goals and to create community. It’s changed my life!

I was a member here for 2 years before I moved away - one of the best things I did for my health and fitness! Kyle (the owner) is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and he and his team of trainers are super friendly, welcoming (of all fitness levels), and knowledgeable, and the studio is clean, spacious, and well maintained. Fit Body Bootcamp is the best place if you want to get your health back in order. It might look intimidating at the start, but the kind of support you get from peers and the trainers, easily make you feel a part of their team. You can do all the workouts at your own pace if you want but the way the trainers host these classes, the atmosphere around makes you want to push yourself harder. They provide you with nutrition resources and check-in with you as they focus a lot on accountability. The trainers there also tweak the workout according to you if you have any health issues or injuries. They also have a smaller strength training class that let's you focus on your form and strength training.

UPDATE: I’m going on 5 years now and still loving Fit Body workouts. I’ve lost a few pants sizes, gained muscle (without bulking up) and lost body fat. You have to try these workouts…they’re GREAT and the people I’ve met there are even better. What a fantastic community! Try it now!!!!!

Let me first say: I HATE gyms!!! They seem full of posers and people that want to look good (fashion wise). I want fitness! Fit Body Boot Camp has been a game changer for me. I LOVE it! Everyday the workout is different but still provides a full body workout. I get cardio and strength training and I'm done in 45min? WHAT? Great workout with trainers that really care about your goals and needs....and the facility is fantastic! My doctor says this is the best thing I've done for my health ever. I highly recommend trying it for at least 3x. It's as tough as you want it to be but will definitely get you in great shape and you will make new friends!!!

I love it... they are all inspiring (I thought I wouldn't get through it). I have major health issues. At every class I have staff and peers that has helped me to get through it. I love that I can modify and get the same results. Giving up is not an option. Unlike going to the fitness center by myself I have no one to show or help me. The work outs go by fast however ,They are effective.

I started with the free trial back in December 2022. I’ve been doing the fitness thing a long time. Over the years I’ve lost around 80 lbs but I’ve been stuck. It’s all about consistency in trying.
At this point in my journey I’ve learned that accountability through community is the most necessary requirement for me to stick with it. I have found that here. I love seeing familiar faces and being inspired by other peoples journeys. I’ve lost 12 lbs so far and I feel strong most importantly.

Just completed 2 weeks of boot camp at Old Town Fit Body Boot Camp. You get a GREAT total body work out every time. Old Town FBBC is the best place to blow off the stress of (or prepare for) a long day. The workouts are different every day, the music is great and the secret ingredient is the staff. They are constantly involved, know your fitness goals and coach you through the workouts to maximize them for YOU. I was a P90x believer. This is better because Kyle and his staff are there for you everyday. It’s far more than a workout, it’s a place I look forward to spending a quick 45 minutes at as often as possible. Check it out!

ONE YEAR UPDATE: FBBC is still the best. The workouts are varied and stay interesting. They keep you coming back everyday BUT the coaching staff is who keeps you motivated and energetic. I joined this gym after coming to a couple trial classes a few months ago with a friend and it has been such a fun way to revamp my exercise routine. It def helps to keep me consistent and all of the instructors are so fun and welcoming that I always look forward to my workout. They even check in on you outside of class to keep you motivated! I have been working with Kyle as a personal trainer for the past six months, and it has been GREAT. Classes weren't for me, but he came up with a program that was highly customized for my neeeds (a forty-something dad that spends too much time working and driving kids to soccer games) and not enough time in the gym. I find that the training sessions are intense, very customized to my needs, and fun. Kyle also provides good advice on nutrition, which is an important component of body recomposition. I have improved my BMI meaningfully, and am looking forward to the journey. Highly recommend!!

So happy to have found Old Town Fit Body Boot Camp. It's everything I needed in my life. The workouts, atmosphere, and most of all, the people are absolutely wonderful. Right now I go five days a week, and I never leave feeling like I didn't get a sufficient workout. Everyday is different and high energy. One thing I also appreciate are the variety of class times. I work early morning, so I needed to find a class that was around the time I get off work at noon, and this is the perfect fit for my schedule. Looking forward to continuing my journey with this boot camp class and can't wait to see all the progress I make!

I found Fit Body Boot Camp when lockdown started. They had classes over zoom which I did every day because what else was there to do? I discovered that while it kept me in shape physically, it also kept me mentally in shape because I was seeing people. When the restrictions lightened up, I went to the gym and was shocked at how great the experience is. I transitioned from over zoom to in person easily because of the helpful coaches. They don’t yell, which I do not respond to, they encourage without raising their voices. All the coaches are knowledgeable on injuries, exercises, and are always willing to help. I feel lucky to have found a gym that I actually enjoy.

If this is the company who is hosting classes on the sidewalk area behind the Police Department off of Elm St. and Howe St. in Cabrini, please find somewhere else to host your classes. Everyone in our building nearby works from home and is very bothered by the noise. The instructor's are always yelling, clapping and the timer that counts down for exercises is extremely loud. We've had many complaints and we are close by. A few of us have tried to call this gym to ask if they could PLEASE move down the way on the sidewalk, south toward Hobbie or go somewhere else, but no one ever answers the phone. We all understand that everyone wants to stay fit, we do too! But please find somewhere else that is not disturbing others, especially during business hours while everyone is working, or early weekend hours in the AM while people are sleeping. Our neighbors have all made complaints as well, so I took the initiative on everyone's behalf to be the one to write a review because none of us can get through to someone. Please respond to let us know that you received this. We are glad y'all are working out, that's great.. Just please move somewhere else! Thanks in advance.

Love, love, love! Fit Body Boot Camp is the best! I initially started with the 21 days for $21 trial. After just 7 days I was hooked and signed up for a monthly membership! Not only is it fun, engaging and addicting, but after just over 5 weeks of workouts I am already seeing results and definition - not to mention feeling stronger and more confident! [Added bonus that it is right in my building (now I really have no excuse)!]

All of the instructors are so motivating and genuinely care about their client's well being and comfort; they even tailor exercises on the spot during the classes to anyone who has had a knee, shoulder, etc, injury so you can still get the most out of your workout.
