Has a wide variety of equipment for a great price. I am on a 3-month plan because I go to college out of state, and the plan was only $99. Background music is played at a reasonable volume—quiet enough not to drown out your own if you’re wearing headphones while loud enough to still be heard. I also appreciate the app and how it allows me to access my barcode from my phone so I can enter without needing to carry around my keychain.

I’ve gone to this gym since I was in high school. (Having lived elsewhere I’ve gone to many different types of gyms. None of those compare to this one.) The staff has always been friendly. Perfect small-ish gym. Plenty of equipment for an experienced lifter like myself, but very welcoming and relaxed environment for beginners too! All the staff/trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Even the others working out there will assist you if you ask for advice or a spot. Love the gym, no nonsense, everything you need and nothing you don't. Real weights with only one Smith machine. Real bench presses available. Some customers ego lifting, but what can you do? Not overly staffed, we are all adults... most of the time. I've been a member for about 5 or 6 years.
