When I started working out at Fitness & More I was a bit skeptical of the approach of a 15 minute session a couple of times a week, but I was proven wrong within the first month. I could tell my strength was improving, my core was stronger and I felt better than ever! The workouts are intense but the one on one training sessions provide you with the encouragement and the guidance you need to keep working harder. I didn't have to think about a thing...the trainers had a plan prepared for every workout session. They kept track of my progress and continually worked toward my fitness goals. I would highly recommend Fitness & More...it's never too late to start working out. Their approach makes it easy to fit in to a busy schedule.

As a sedentary 54 year old woman, my doctor had been insisting that I include strength training as part of my routine for the last few years. Fast forward to February 2025 and I had no excuses left. I was going to Amsterdam for two years and my muscle tone had never been poorer. My doctor gave me her own virtual trainer’s email address and said to give Steve a try. After hearing all my excuses, she knew who would be a good fit for me and thankfully, I listened.
I have been working virtually with Steve now for over six months, for two fifteen minute sessions each week. There is a 7 hour time difference but he always makes it work. I already feel stronger, bouncing up the stairs instead of holding on. He pays great attention to how my body is feeling each workout, and his teaching manner is calm, yet fun and effective. I would absolutely recommend Steve and Fitness and more - my only regret is I wish I had started strength training with him sooner!

I’ve trained at Fitness and More since 2019. I started just before Covid and Steve worked with me to customize an at home workout over zoom to keep me moving. I think this speaks volumes to the staff. They are flexible and listen to questions and feedback often times adding exercises to work specific areas. I’m also balancing a family, job, and a schedule that often starts at 5 am so their quick hit approach makes keeping my appointments easier! I’m not training for the Olympics, but it feels good to see results and some increased muscle as payoff. I feel great and owe a lot of credit to Steve, Jackson, and the team for their fantastic 15 minute workouts. Do yourself a favor, especially if you’re hitting that mid 50 drift, and set up time to talk with Steve. You won’t regret it!

I have never done strength training before and had no idea where to start. Fitness and More takes the guess work out it. They plan your workouts, walk you through them, and adjust exercises and the weights to continually challenge you.
After 2 short weeks I was feeling better. After 4 weeks I actually seen the changes. All of this in just two 15 minute workouts a week! I always feel great after a workout!

Over the course of my life, I have attended alot of gyms and tried many different fitness programs with varing degrees of success. I started training with Steve at Fitness and More about a year ago and from day one have seen consistent growth in my strength, cardio and endurance. Steve has helped me work through physical injuries and has created a consistent fitness program, specific to my age and physical condition, that allows me to consistently push through any plateaus that I have faced. A year ago I made the choice to work on my strength and weight. I always felt too self- conscious about my weight to join a gym working out with a crowd of others. I am so happy to be working out at Fitness and More where I have one on one personalized workouts in a private setting with knowledgeable trainers. Workout sessions are fifteen minutes twice a week. Don't let the short sessions fool you into thinking won't be effective....you will feel the effects and also the results. I know as a female in my fifties that I am much stronger now as a result of this program. I just finished up the 2nd workout of week 3 in the 12 week Transformation program and I feel great. I am already noticing a difference in my strength and my weight.
Starting weight was 150.4
Goal weight is 170
Current weight is 157.2

Once you start the workouts, you can tell Steve put a lot of knowledge and research into this program. I am hitting muscle failure at the end of the workout and recovering 30 minutes later. My cardio is getting a lot better along with my run times. 3 mile runs I am able to stay at a decent pace, keeping my mile times very close to each other.

I've had 3 neck surgeries and so far I haven't had any problems with my neck for any of the workouts. Highly recommend this program.
