Fitness Hero is a motivating and welcoming environment. My trainer, Michael Hanover whom I have worked with for the past eleven years has helped me stay fit and active as I have gotten older. Michael who is also the owner of this facility has grown to include many professional trainers along with other sources of wellness professionals to compliment the needs that enhance personal training. I have incorporated many of their services. I recommend stopping by to check it out.
