This is the absolute worse fitness club I’ve been to the manager is the worse in the world she does not under any circumstances know how to handle new members!!!! She tries to force you into a membership you don’t want with a $1 two week trial and when you want to switch to back to a regular membership after you tell her receptionist you want to go back, the receptionist tells you that she will inform her to call you but she is in a meeting. The assistant manager proceeds to tell you that they do not call you back to downgrade your membership because management doesn’t allow them to do that you need to hunt them down to do that but when you do they magically don’t have time for you to do that!!!! So basically they try to force a $150 membership on you that you can’t afford and proceed to tell you that you will benefit from their training regardless if you have a family that needs to eat!!!!! Then you cancel your membership and three months later are telling you you are late in payments all while the manager is calling and texting you from her personal phone!!!! This is the worse customer service worst management and most disrespectful gym I’ve been to!!!!! This manager needs to be fired and her assistant and receptionist as well they are all into it together!!!!! This is becoming a stalking case and I’m to the point where I’m going to make a police report!!!!!!!

My boyfriend paid my membership to make my heart stronger and lose weight because he doesn't want me to die yet. By I can't afford trailer. But thanks for teaching me today. I’ve been going to FP for the last 2 years since my youngest was 6 months old and have always been comfortable leaving my boys in the great care of Lynn and Donielle while I workout! They are both patient and engaging with the kids to make sure they have fun while they are there so parents can make the most of their time without the distraction of their littles. Such a great gym. I needed to get back to a gym, and they have the wonderful added bonus of the kids club. Donielle and Lynn are wonderful and my kids love going. Didn’t take long for the youngest to warm up to them and snuggle with them while I’m working out. been coming to Fitness Premier for several years and only recently through new ownership have i REALLY enjoyed the facility! It’s always clean & the vibes are immaculate. Ross has done an amazing job hiring his management- from Nathan as the GM to Donielle in the Kids Play childcare! 🤍 first time mom here, and letting my newborn be watched by a random while I’m working out was nerve wracking but Donielle has made is soooo comforting. She truly loves taking care of children and is so gentle and warm hearted. Love this place, love the people!

My experience here has been nice so far especially with the trainers and group classes.. the only feedback I would give this gym is to greet your customers when they come in and for the staff to be friendlier and outgoing. I didn’t really feel that here and I believe greeting goes a long way and appreciated to be acknowledged.

The only plus side to this gym is that it's open 24 hours. I've never been to a gym that doesn't at least have one barbell per bench/rack, the dumbbells between 50-70lbs are missing. Recently the size of the gym and amount of equipment has been downsized and the membership price raised. Nothing is ever kept clean, and you better bring your own toilet paper because even that isn't kept up with.

FP Morris has been so welcoming to our family. My sons needs are different than your typical 6 year olds needs and they had no worries at all having him be a part of their kids club team. Wow! The acceptance of those who work here can be felt as soon as you walk thru the door! Everyone has been so helpful and encouraging - I signed up for the membership and am LOVING it!! Morris location is getting a remodel and new classes come October and I can't wait!!! But you can always hit one of the other locations cause that's included in your membership. Have been to the Minooka one and it's beautiful!! Highly recommend if you need that push and accountability to keep moving. They are awesome!!!!

It's smells & is run down with old nasty equipment. If membership price was cheaper it would be OK but way over priced for nasty conditions. I hope new ownership turns it around really quick

Absolutely love the new owners of the gym! They are great people and awesome to talk to about anything (cars, real estate etc.). I’m so glad I got my membership renewed! I couldn’t be happier with this gym and the new ownership!
