Kiki is an excellent fitness trainer. She is highly focused during 1:1 sessions, carefully observing, guiding, and assisting with every rep. Her dedication and ability to motivate make achieving fitness goals much easier. Each session helps you progress and scale your fitness level toward your target state. I strongly recommend her for personalized training to reach your goals. One more thing—she never uses her phone during sessions, ensuring every second is valuable. From the very first consultation call, Kiki impressed us with her professionalism, warmth, and clear communication. She took the time to truly listen to my wife’s goals, concerns, and what she was looking for in a personal trainer. Training with Kiki has been a life-changing experience and one of the best investments into my health that I have ever made. She is so encouraging and makes me feel like I can do anything. She is very firm and pushes me to completion, yet is kind and understanding. I have already seen stunning results and have been training with her for just three months….. I can only imagine what I will look like in a year! People keep coming up to me and making comments on my weight loss all the time now. Again, we are just in the beginning stages!
I love that she focuses on the complete package: proper exercise techniques and dietary modifications to reach your specific goals, getting enough sleep, techniques to reduce stress, and prioritizing self-care so you can excel in all areas of your life. I have learned so much about macros that I never focused on before. I feel like what she has taught me about making healthy dietary changes and proper and effective whole body workout techniques- that I can maintain these changes for a lifetime. Leading to lasting physical health as well as mental health benefits.
Also I just love her beautiful spirit: she keeps it real, and has a strong and fierce personality, but she at the same time is so kind, easy-going, a delight to talk to and you can be honest with her and confide in her. You feel like she is your friend from day one!! I even take my kids to her and she trains them in an age-appropriate manner and they are motivated to exercise and actually beg me to go and workout with her.

I took my time in writing this review because I didn't have words to express how valuable kiki is for my fitness routine and my overall well being. I started with kiki two to three years ago and couldn't continue shortly after because of my pregnancy. At that time and even now when I started back with her, I thank God for blessing me with a trainer like kiki who knows exactly what you need. I get very anxious overall and especially when it comes to my physical being. She understands my concerns but doesn't let me limit myself. She pushes me to do better each session. After each workout I feel even better than before. Although her schedule is busy she still works around to give me the times that work for me. I am currently doing partner work out with her which is cheaper than one-on-one and she still gives both of us full attention and makes sure we have a great session.
She is also very knowledgeable about nutrition needed to achieve your goals. It's easy to communicate with her. The best thing is that she trains you in a way that you are able to do work out on your own as well. I can keep writing about her. But if you are thinking to sign up with her don't wait. You will be amazed with your decision if you sign up with her.

I’ve been working with Kiki for the past three months, doing the online training sessions with her and it has been going amazing. We do weekly check ins and is readily available whenever you have any questions or concerns. I saw a major change in weight over the course of a few weeks with just some tweakments to my diet which has completely changed my course on what I put in my body. The recipes are awesome. When it comes to the fitness, I send her videos of my workouts, especially when I’m unsure of form and Kiki will review every single one and provide excellent feedback in order to improve. She really takes the time to provide you the best information possible regarding your fitness goals and overall just a wonderful person to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested.

Kiki is the BEST. I've been with her on and off for years. Currently, I am doing the online program with her. But if you really want to, I recommend it in person.
Her online program is smooth. She checks in with me weekly through a phone call or text. But I can text her anytime and she answers. I've been doing the online program since May. She does not give up on me ever. She is soooo patient. Also, very knowledgeable.

I have been working out for many years. It wasn’t until I met Kiki that I understood the “why” behind each movement and the body part correlation. She focused on areas that were causing pain or discomfort and helped me improve how I am approaching my workouts. If you are looking to improve your relationship with exercise, look no further than having Kiki as your mentor! Her personal training style is TOP NOTCH. She truly goes above and beyond for each of her clients: answering our questions about certain aspects of exercises, ensuring that we are taking care of our physical and mental health, all while remaining professional. I look up to her discipline, compassion, strength, and intuition. Since starting with her, I learned SO much and continue to EVERY session. Working with Kiki has truly been life-changing — and that’s not an exaggeration. I’m 53 years old, and before I found her, I was stuck in a frustrating cycle of overdoing cardio, starving myself, and still watching the scale go up. My energy was low, my self-esteem was even lower, and I honestly felt lost.
I wish I had made the decision to find someone like Kiki sooner. I used to think a personal trainer just showed you how to lift weights — but with Kiki, you get so much more. She *educates* you. She takes the time to explain not just the “how” but the “why,” so you’re set up for long-term success, even outside of your sessions with her.
Her knowledge of fitness and nutrition is unbelievable. Instead of handing me a generic meal plan, she had me track my eating for a week to better understand what would work *for me*. The meal plan she created is easy to follow, satisfying, and my cravings are basically gone — and for the first time in a long time, I’m not walking around hungry all day.

I was working out on my own in the gym but started training with Kiki after a brief hiatus because I needed a training plan and accountability. Kiki delivers on both! I'm so lucky that I met Kiki! Such an amazing, beautiful, fun, knowledgeable and supportive person.
She's training me for the last 5 months for now and what a difference in body composition I have already is insane. I cannot believe that it's actually my body.
Before I met Kiki, l've lost most of my weight on a calorie deficit, but then the process just stopped and wasn't going down at all for a long time. Imagine my surprise, when Kiki told me that I needed to eat more calories to continue loosing that stubborn fat.
So, if Kiki tells you eat more, you eat more! Nourish your bodies, and it will pay you off. Increasing my calories goal, building muscles and seeing the scale numbers going down is just incredible. Later on during your cut you will be begging your couch to increase your calories, so enjoy it now!
I'm unconditionally grateful to kiki for helping me to reach my goals and become the best version of myself! I couldn't be there I am without your support.

Kiki has been Payal’s and mine personal trainer for over six months. Kiki is an expert trainer who keeps us motivated. She is very engaged in ensuring we achieve a very healthy lifestyle in a long-term sustainable way. She is inquisitive and personalizes her program based on your level and current needs. The results over the past six months have been nothing short of amazing; my resting heart rate is down by 10 breaths, my HRV is up by 20 points, and my blood pressure is back in the normal range of 80/120. Our clothes fit us much better since we have gained muscle and lost weight.

I’ve been working with Kiki for a few months now, and she’s an incredible trainer.
Beyond the basics of showing up on time, developing programs and walking you through correct technique, she does way more. She develops queues for exercises specifically for you. She’ll help with meal plans, macros, food options and the entire nutrition side of the equation. She’s always available via text with anyone questions, and updates her schedule regularly, so it’s always possible to get a make up session scheduled.
Lastly, she’s really flexible and understanding of schedule. If you need to cancel, she doesn’t charge you, and is extremely accommodating for setting up a make up session. She’s done power lifting and body building, and has great advice and tips for both. Can’t recommend her enough whether you’re a beginner looking to learn, or more advanced and trying to take your workouts to the next level.
