Flex and Flow's new studio is so cute, and the class was the perfect balance of challenging and intentional — I left feeling stronger, more flexible, and energized.
Terrance, the owner, is truly special. He brings so much passion, knowledge, and positivity to the space. His cues were clear and supportive, his playlist was motivating, and his attention to form made the class feel personalized. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a welcoming environment and building a community where everyone feels comfortable and inspired. I’m excited to come back and explore more classes. Highly recommend checking out Flex and Flow if you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, and move with purpose. Five stars.

This was a planned private Pilates session for my friend’s birthday, and it was such a great surprise! Everything went perfectly we had an amazing time. The instructor was fantastic and super patient with us newbies. The class was a bit tougher than I expected, but it reminded me how important it is to stay active for both my physical and mental health. I left feeling challenged, refreshed, and so glad I did it! 💪✨

About a month ago I came across Flex and Flow Fitness Studio on Class Pass and have been loving it ever since! I go about twice a week, Terrance is a great instructor and helps you wherever you’re at in your Pilates journey! It’s such a nice a clean environment, good music and vibes. There’s only 4 people at a time which I love because I struggled in the bigger Pilates classes. I would highly recommend this place if you’re really wanting to take your fitness journey seriously and see results! You will feel the burn after each class!

Love Flex & Flow! Terrance provides a great mix of core, lower body, and upper body workouts that leave you feeling strong and accomplished. The small class sizes allow for individual attention and corrections which have been super helpful as a newbie to reformer Pilates. I keep coming back and have recommend the studio to many people!

Terrance is an excellent instructor who strikes the perfect balance of gentle encouragement and pushing you to give just a little bit more to see what you're capable of. Taking a reformer Pilates class with Terrance was an absolute game-changer! From the moment I walked in, his energy was welcoming and encouraging. Terrance has a calm yet motivating presence that makes you feel both supported and challenged throughout the session.
He explains each move clearly, pays close attention to form, and gently corrects you when needed — all while making the class feel fun and empowering. I left the class feeling stronger, more centered, and already excited for the next one. His knowledge of the body and Pilates technique is obvious, and he tailors movements in a way that works for all levels.
Whether you’re new to reformer Pilates or looking to level up your practice, Terrance is the instructor you want guiding you. Highly recommend!

My friend and I took advantage of the two free new client classes at Flex & Flow Fitness yesterday and were genuinely blown away. The studio is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light and high quality, well maintained equipment. Terrance is super personable and made us feel very comfortable and like long time clients, asking about our goals and guiding us through each movement with personalized adjustments and expert coaching. I walked out feeling strong and confident, and I’ll be signing up for a package soon!

So me and my daughter took advantage of the 2 free classes our 1st time taking Pilates. I must say going to Flex & Flow (Terrance) we have determined that we will be joining. Terrance pays attention to details and your breathing, we also did some of machine work. My main goal is to tone. Excited to be taken this new journey.

Terrance was awesome and he guided us through a Pilates class with reformers and had a great mix of core and leg workouts. He also incorporated a lot of stretching and gave each of us individual attention and feedback. He came in with a positive attitude and was very encouraging. His studio is clean with a lot of space and lots of natural light. We had a great time and would recommend to all our friends and family

I took Lace’s mat class and absolutely loved it! It didn’t require any equipment, which made it really accessible and easy to jump into, but it was still a great workout. Lace was such a great instructor, her cueing was clear and she gave really helpful personal instruction throughout the class. The whole vibe was super positive and encouraging. I left feeling strong and energized. Would definitely recommend!

This is the missing link to my holistic functional fitness training routine. Lace leads a workout that provides the optimum nexus between mobility, strength and endurance, for both upper body and lower body. She doesn’t hurry the process and focuses on form over speed. Everyone can go at their own pace but must test themselves to the max. What more can you ask from a trainer? Must try at least once. I’m hooked!

Just moved from LA and have been shopping around to find a new Pilates place. Terrance is amazing and ensures you are getting a good, full body workout, followed by a solid stretch session. I especially liked the smaller class size. Will definitely be going back!
