I just had my Son's Bday 3 yrs party and let me tell you all worth it. The staff was very helpful and even offered to help me bring and take things to my car which was really nice of her. It was very clean the party room and also the gym. My son loved it and also my guests enjoyed it. Thank you and I will continue to host my future kids parties there.

Decent gymnastics gym. Has a bunch of different stations. Went there for a free play session to burn off energy before a long car trip home.

Despite my kids having fun during their little friend’s birthday party, I as a parent feel obligated to give an unbiased review..
This place has no sanitary standards and the owner definitely does not care about any child’s safety.
I saw one child falling into this broken inflatable (see pic) and had difficulty getting out without having an adult’s help. My daughter and her friend could’ve suffered serious head injury as my husband who was in the same foam pool pulled up a sharp metal object.
I’m speechless.

Our son attends Ninja classes at Flying High. The staff has been amazing to him! We have seen such an improvement in a short time.

This place is so dirty. I hear the front desk lady’s talking about work drama ALL. The. Time. I hear in the back room teachers cursing loudly. I have brought my child here for classes and birthday parties both disappoint. The parties are so janky and the staff are so rude they have no filter for their words. For the price this places charges I would expect way better to be honest.

We have been going to flying high for over a year now. Everytime our daughter moves up a level I am a little sad and nervous about her getting a new instructor and starting a new class and so far every instructor has been amazing. They really know how to help keep kids motivated and feel seen. I am so grateful for their compassion and dedication.

I cannot say enough good things about their summer camp. It's pretty much drop-in, with a reasonable rate for camp & extended hours. You can pay by the day or by the week. Pack your kid their own lunch or preorder one for $6 from their cafe. The only negative is that I didn't find out about this camp earlier. It's not gymnastics focused, they do a lot of other normal camp activities, my kid did really like the ninja/gymnastics class.

Also, while everyone we've interacted with there has been lovely, Erica is especially wonderful. My daughter, Sofia, struggled a bit with the adjustment (and also starting at this camp late in the summer) and Erica really helped facilitate some friend connections for her. Looking forward to signing up both of my kids next summer. They also have camp throughout the year on days when there is no school which is also a great option to have.

Despite our daughter having a good time in her gymnastics class, we as her parents are forced to submit a highly critical and unfavorable review. She has been at the same level now for almost 2 years without advancement, which we feel she has earned. There has been no proactive communication from staff - it seems like we have to beg each week for an answer, which is different every time. We decided to cancel her account today and spoke with 2 different staff members, neither of whom bothered to ask us for a reason. It seems like more of their focus is directed toward "new" members, while losing touch with those who have demonstrated commitment and a continued desire to grow with the program.

We support our daughter in all activities she chooses, but this was a complete waste of our precious time (hers as well) and money.

If you are going to look into their competitive team program, look elsewhere. Save your time, money, and sanity. You will have more success getting an audience with the Pope than getting a response or getting information on their program. I’ve never seen poorer communication or complete disregard for peoples’ time from any business like Flying High has achieved. They should hang a banner for that.

Good for birthday parties: this is a jumping place. There is open gym on Saturday 12 to 2 pm. Register in advance to get a discount. Can be a bit crowded though.

Parents, don't waste your time with this gym. The staff are horrible and the so called Director is trash. I have witnessed biased with my child as well as very unprofessional and unkind communication. Don't waste your time.

Ignore my review from when i was nine years old, this place is a really good place and has positive vibes. I’ve been in gymnastics two years ago and because of the whole virus, i haven’t been there in a while. Recently i decided i wanted to do tumbling instead of gymnastics and it was a good decision, already re learned my back handspring after 3 classes !

I’ve been taking my son to gymnastics class since he was 18 months. He is 4 and loves his classes. Normally there are 5-6 kids in class, so he gets plenty of attention during class.

I like Fly high. Have booked birthdays for each of my children there. Sadly in my most recent visit I noticed the gym was looking run down :/. Equipment is beat up, mats were dirty, and carpet looks like it needs to be replaced. There was also a stench. . .

Perfect place for birthday parties, for kids of all ages. Events director, Erin, is absolutely fabulous, she always goes above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Thanks to her and her staff, we are year after year returning customer. Kids enjoy their time, have tons of fun, and lots of our friends started using Flying High for their parties as well.
Best place thanks to great people working there.

Upon entering the facility the greeting area is clean, neat, and organized. The party room was small but the young employees were patient and very helpful. The play areas have a lot of fun equiptment and activites for energetic children and adults with bouncy and coushined surfaces. The place also seems like it has not quite decided on a theme but that is okay. However the play area smells like dirty socks and air freshener indicating rampant bacterial growth.

Classes are too big.
Consider that this is the only review written in the last year.

Beware their enrollment policies. We've done several classes with them with multiple children but then didn't go for several months. We purchased a Groupon from them that was either for NEW MEMBERS or for CURRENT MEMBERS. We signed up for new member rate (because we haven't been active for >6 weeks). Flying High says that we do not qualify for the Groupon because we do not apply. Even Flying High said the Groupon was "misleading" and still will not honor the pricing. This is the second time we fell into the "neither" category. You either go every week to maintain your status or you get treated poorly for the rest of your time trying to enroll your kids. Poor Poor Customer Loyalty
