My goal is to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness ((Mind/Body/Spirit)). As someone who has struggled with weight for most of my life, I learned the importance of nutrition, strength training, and releasing trauma to attain my own goals. I was eager to share my knowledge and in 2016, I became a Certified Personal Trainer. Over years I’ve added under my belt the qualifications Somatic Therapist , Motivational & Accountability Coach , And Assisted Stretch Therapist. I was even an amateur female boxer for about 6 years until a life changing accident happened. I live by the Mantra “ You can rise up from anything. You can completely recreate yourself.Nothing is permanent.”

Narzell "Zee" is one of the best trainers I have come across. She helps you understand your inner strength and you will become the best version of yourself. She will work with you and modify your workouts to your level of fitness. The workouts with her are fun she will keep you laughing. Boxing with her is one of my favorite workouts. She has a lot of patience which a lot of trainers don't have. Book with "Zee" you will not be disappointed.

Oh my God!!!!! I love Zee trainer!!!! Zee takes training her clients very seriously and is very thorough with each and every one of their needs! Everyone’s need is not the same and she understands that! She meets you at your level and pushes you to become your best you! Highly recommend!!

Through the years I have used many different personal trainers with various training styles. Zee is the FIRST trainer that focuses on the total well being of the client. She understands that to transform the physical one must first tackle the mind. Zee’s unique training style begins with understanding your goals, meeting you where you are and then encouraging you to do the work. I say encouraging, because she puts a strong emphasis on YOU, reminding you that this journey is yours. The results you receive are because you set them and worked for them, as she says “I just guide you.” I have finally found a trainer that checks all the boxes and has exceeded all my expectations. Zee is attentive and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. She consistently introduces new techniques and challenges that have you anticipating your next session. From the positive vibes, the bomb music, a twerk in between or the loud “yesssss boo” that you get when you hit that weight goal. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. In a lane of her own, more than trainer and worth every penny. 🥰

It's the attention to detail for me! Focused and Fit Training cares about your ENTIRE you! Z Trainer wil push you when she knows you have a bit more let to give and also knows when yo tell you to rest. The transformation my body AND my mentality has had since working with Z has been amazing. The group classes are filled with different levels of skill but the COMMUNITY is UNMATCHED!
