Pulled at Pavlo Derbenyenyevs gym “the forge gym”. Had an amazing time. They had multiple bathrooms, plenty of seating. Gym was open and they have training available for arm wrestling. Tournament on schedule and ran very well. A lot of big names showed up to this event this place is high class. Great place to learn the sport.

Forge gym is a great place to go if you want to take armwrestling to an elite level. Personal trainers and more equipment than you know what to do with. You’re training with some national/global level athletes here and it’s a kick ass time!

The owner of the gym, Pavlo, did and amazing job. This gym has every piece of equipment you need to get the goals you want. Get a strength training session in, cardio, and even unique arm wrestling equipment you won't find anywhere else. He welcomed me very warmly and I enjoy the 24/7 access

Absolutely top-tier armwrestling gym and the only one in the area! 💪 Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced puller, this place has everything you need to train, grow, and dominate on the table.

The atmosphere is electric for a serious training, supportive teammates, regular table practices with a true sense of community. The equipment is specialized for armwrestling: professional tables, grip tools, pulleys, and everything in between.
