Great place to work out. Usually busier on the weekends. Being a veteran you get a free membership. But even if you're not, $25 monthly is a deal with the amenities and classes!

Decent gym with a range of different activities offered. Usually not too busy compared to other gyms and it has different rooms so you can easily have your own space to work out. My only complaint is that this gym seems less beginner-friendly because many of the machines use metal weights (harder to hold) and do not have instructions on the intended motion or proper form. If you are not already familiar with lifting weights it can be difficult to learn how to use same of the equipment here.

I've been a member since Nov 2022. The Child Watch is one of the main reasons why I joined. The staff are/is amazing with daughter. The other members are amazing they help encourage you on your journey. The front desk staff are amazing no issues.

The gym floor is horrible I’m paying 20 dollars a month for the gym floor to have a layer of dust over it and we have asked for the floor to be better for months.

This was a great gym. I was in the area and needed a place to workout. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and they offered day passes for just $5, The weight room had multiple units of a full compliment of equipment (squat racks, benches, free weights, leg presses, row machines, etc.). The cardio rooms were also very well equipped with standard treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, bikes, adaptive motion trainers, etc. The gym was very clean and also offered basketball courts, racquetball, classes and more. There were probably about 20 people there at the time I visited but it still felt empty. Don't hesitate to give it a try if you are in the area and need a place to workout.
