Mark gives a great workout in a small, fun group class. My health and physique have greatly improved from these workouts (along with a clean diet) Positive, challenging but fun environment! Highly recommended!!!!

Iβve been going since I was in fourth grade, Iβm a junior in high school and I still go. Itβs Super fun, has great coaching, and they make sure you are tired by the end of your session. Just a great workout every time I go!!

Absolutely love β€οΈ Foundation Fitness. It is small but mighty! Coaches are great, motivating and experienced. Cardio, weights and boxing π₯ all in one hour. The best workout Iβve ever had.

Foundation Fitness is a great gym! Itβs very clean, quality equipment, flexible times with controlled participation size. Mark and Rizz are the best. They provide intense personal training with a focus on cardio, strength and boxing. Itβs been a great place to workout during COVID and I highly recommend FF for your workouts.

Foundation Fitness is a great place to train. Mark really pushes me harder than I would on my own. The equipment is first rate, the space has a great energy. Boxing enhances the cardio and upper body work (I can barely lift my arms when we are done) and it challenges your coordination and athleticism which keeps things interesting. I strongly recommend trying with the guys at Foundation Fitness.

This is the place to be! They tailor the workout to you, as well as your goals and ultimately help you achieve them. The workouts you get at Foundation Fitness Club are the best in town. The equipment is all new and in great condition (and VERY CLEAN), one of the many reasons I love to come here. The transformation I've seen since coming here is remarkable, thanks to Coach Mark and Rizzo. No better place than FFC!

Highly recommend this gym! Love the tailored personal training with an option for small groups (and the hourly rates are SO reasonable!). Mark is THE BEST coach, keeps the workouts fun and challenges you to the fullest. Going to this gym/personal training is something I look forward to each week!
