Had a very bad experience with the. Day care lady in. FS2 today where she didnβt allow me to sit with my 8 month old baby in the lobby and kept on coming back at me like a pest even though the folks from the reception allowed me. I had to talk to the manager where she mentioned the same but going to bring it up in her CEO on having few chairs in the reception where we can sit with baby while my parter does the workout. Trying to follow the rules blindly without understanding the need of the customers is not a good management. If I someone is trying to take it inside where there are gym equipments, it makes total sense to stop them, but not to the lobby space, it doesnβt make any sense.

Four Seasons is the best! I've been a member for well over 20 years and would be totally lost without it. It has the best of everything including each of the staff members! Four Seasons is located at 904 Four Seasons Rd in Bloomington, Illinois and is the very best!!

Kinda screwed over all the OGβs that went to four seasons one. A lot of good people very friendly @ four seasons 1. Four seasons two is the complete opposite. A lot of people are stuck up. Gym is very nice but doesnβt make up for how the people treat you.way to crowded. I used to work out every day. Iβm switching gyms because how people are and getting kicked out for doing squats with out shoes on. I will always be straight forward and honest when it comes to gyms.

BE PREPARED TO NOT FEEL VALUED!
I have been a member of the club since Jan 2020. When we first joined we were paying $70 a month for a family and now it is $105. So over the years I have spent at least 5k at the facility. I understand inflation and costs of services going up. Everything was good when we just went to the gym and worked out. It's when you have to deal with the staff.
In August 2024 I was called by a member service rep and asked if I wanted to lock into a VIP membership for 12 months. I said yes. A month later I went to sign up for swim lessons for my youngest child. I was told I couldn't even join THE WAIT LIST. Previously my younger children took lessons thru the club. They now had a "partnership" with a separate company and members did not get priority since it was open to the public. Supposedly it is out of their control. Which I think is a horrible excuse seeing as four seasons signed the partnership agreement making the policy this way. So my rate has gone up and I am getting less services? I couldn't even take him to open swim in the evenings since lessons were taking the pool up every evening. I was frustrated and took him to lessons elsewhere where I had to spend more money. I couldn't cancel my 12 month VIP membership. During the year my husband is having some shoulder issues that he is not able to lift. I used the space from time to time, but am training for a big race and usually run outside.
9/10/2025 I called to cancel our membership and I was told that I could cancel but I would have to pay my 9/30/25 fee for the whole month of October. A year ago it was a 5 day cancellation policy and now it's a 30 day. So I have to now pay $105 for October when I am trying to cancel on 9/10/2025.
A manager called me back to restate the policy and overall I am frustrated and disgusted with this organization. We would have maybe rejoined and they offered to "freeze" my membership for 3 months. If and when we go back to a workout facility I will not be supporting this gym.
Thanks for reading this review. This is more then the money, but the gym not treating your members like valued clients. This gym is a premium price and I don't feel like they cared one bit about us.

Over the years, Iβve belonged to 5 gyms in 4 cities, and Four Seasons II is the dirtiest Iβve ever seen. The menβs locker room seems to go weeks at a time without being cleaned, and the smell of mildew could knock you over. Theyβve now installed a floor fan to address it (instead of improving the cleaning). The showers rarely have soap, and theyβre often filled with flies and mildew. The toilets are frequently covered in urine and brown stains. It would be easy to go on. But I finally decided to stop changing at the gym because itβs so gross.

Four Seasons is a well-equipped, well-maintained club with both a variety of equipment and enough equipment so people aren't waiting for a piece to become free. Towels and wipes provided help keep the equipment clean and sanitary.

I am not a member, but a neighbor. From dealing with the CEO of the 4 seasons II, Iβm impressed and moved by how a company leader deals with a complaint. A tree fell on my fence. And the tree remover is hard to make their schedule due to the rain fall. But Mr Maier was open, friendly, great in keeping communication open. He does not need to be this nice. And I am not even a member. From this business unrelated event, I say this company got a wonderful leader. Donβt you agree that nowadays, a business leader with great characters are harder to come by? This company is trustworthy in my eyes.

When I first joined the club, it was great. Price was reasonable, gym was never too crowded. Staff and trainers were friendly. That was a long time ago.
Now rates seem to climb higher and higher each year. Cardio equipment at Club 1 continues to fall into disrepair. Trainers at Club 2 have been dismissive and rude on 2 separate occasions. Access to the "Pit" is an extra charge.
As much as I hate franchise gyms, I might have to save my money and start going to Crunch.

Four Seasons is such a family-friendly gym! They have great options for all ages. My husband and I considered a few different local gyms, and ultimately decided Four Seasons had everything we needed from cardio and strength equipment, to the friendly staff! Highly recommend Four Seasons!!

Membership price is a little above average, providing value only if you have a reason to utilize both locations. Not the best gym for weightlifting; gaps in exercise equipment, such as no hip thrust machine for years. They recently put in a hip thrust machine and it's an odd wobbly machine with not enough depth, might as well be a back extension machine.
Would have given 4 stars but the recent increase in membership prices, with no change in value from a member's perspective, prompted the 3 star.

My wife and I have really enjoyed our membership experience with Four Seasons! The recovery area that they have is great, and the normatec boots are a gamechanger in terms of recovery! There are certainly busy times at this gym when it gets crowded but if you know how to time it there is always plently of equipment available!

Just about everything you could want in a gym: plenty of options, and a fairly low-cost membership that also grants access to the sports facilities at the older location south in town.

Worst service ever... front desk don't know anything . Its hard to even cancel...they are asking us to come in-person to cancel if not they just say that they will be sending an email to their supervisor. We will never get a response back from them or supervisor. We have to wait until our covid isolation is completed and go to the office to cancel. We were charged for next month even after calling them many times for cancellation and clearly told them that we cannot come in-person as we got COVID positive. Till now we did not receive the refund back, we did sent multiple emails, called and even went to the office they always have only one answer "we will be sending an email to our supervisor".

I wish the weight room wasn't so cramped. The equipment is old and rusty, the benches make a loud squeaking noise when you move it. I wish they had a smith machine with enough room to do hip thrusts.

This gym is fantastic. My wife and I switched from another gym in town and couldn't be happier here. Dave Vale is an amazing fitness instructor. His classes are top-notch. In fact, you really can't go wrong with any of the classes/instructors here. I believe there are around 140 classes in total throughout the week, so many different options for you to choose from (classes are included FREE with membership). You also get points every time you check into the gym that you can redeem for free stuff.
The equipment is well-maintained. I have not encountered an issue with the equipment. The gym consists of nice free weight areas (1 big area downstairs and 2 smaller ones upstairs away from the crowd). There's also plenty of cardio equipment, a sled track, classrooms for classes, an SLX studio, spinning room, and the PIT.
The people also make the difference here. Shout out to the front desk, especially Liz and Rana. All the front desk staff is friendly and will greet you when you walk in. Plus, free coffee in the morning after your workout (and sometimes in the afternoon too). There's also a smoothie bar open from time to time, and childcare services.
Each gym has it's own vibe. The vibe here seems likes it centers around working class folks and families. Sure, there are some big powerlifters and high-end athletes, but nothing compared to a "meathead" gym. I highly recommend this place for working professionals, busy parents, and mature younger adults to get and stay healthy.
