Full Force it's an amazing place to train! Filip is the best trainer I've had so far! He is very knowledgeable, he knows how to push you to make best of of it, but also he makes sure it's safe enough for everyone's limits! I’ve been going to Full Force since it opened, and I absolutely love it! The workouts are always different each week, so it never feels repetitive, and I’ve gotten so much stronger since I started.
The vibe is super positive and encouraging; everyone supports each other, and it really feels like a little fitness family. The trainer, Philip, is awesome, always engaging, motivating, and knows how to push you just the right amount. He’s great about modifying things if you need it too. Filip has been an amazing trainer. Filip is a great trainer and has a great personality! He will encourage and push you to be the best you can be. He quickly gets to know your strengths, weaknesses and knows what your goals are. He knows what it takes to reach those goals and tailors the workouts to fit your specific needs. I am 69 years old and probably the least fit among the rest of the crew, but with Filip's help, I am getting stronger. Make this a way of life.

This is the first workout routine I have been able to stick to long term and be consistent with. The group classes are motivating and valuable because I don’t have to plan anything, I can just show up and workout. Dedicated trainer towards your best personal results. You and him set up a plan as to what that may look like; weight loss, sport performance enhacement or starting to train post longer lay off or injury. Someone is there to do the thinking for you, what to do, how to do it and walk you thru it safely and efficiently with the appropriate level of difficulty. He will track your weights, reps and everything in between. When someone enjoys what they do, it shows in their precision. Coach Filip will remember what weights you worked with last even if you don't.
