Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to view my page. My name is Ethan Rubarts. I am the Owner/Founder of Future In Fitness established in February 2022. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years now. However, I have been strength training and interested in the fitness industry for much longer. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

I've been training with Ethan for 3 weeks now and have been very happy with my experience. He created a custom training plan specific to my strengths/weaknesses and goals and has increased difficulty each week and I've already started noticing improvement. He's very receptive to feedback and able to modify the plan as needed should you want things to change. Highly recommend!

Ethan is a BEAST. Super cool, laid-back dude who always customizes workouts to fit what I want to focus on. He makes it fun with exercises I wouldn’t typically try on my own, and he explains everything so you really feel the mind-muscle connection.

Ethan is wonderful! Ever since joining him, my muscles and joints feel so much better, move much better and I am overall much stronger! I was paying so much money for physiotherapy for lower back pain and was not seeing proportionate results. Strength training was unbelievably effective for my lower back. 10/10 would recommend Ethan, his knowledge and his style of training.

Ethan is the absolute best! Working out with Ethan saved my life! Yes, that might seem a little dramatic, but while working out with him I really focused on my eating and cardio as well as strength training. I lost 55 lbs and my core, legs, and arms were really strong. I found out I needed rotator cuff surgery (which everyone says is terrible) but since I was so strong at the time I was easily able to get in and out of bed without struggling and little pain. I recovered much quicker and was in the gym doing my spinning classes within a few weeks (even if it was one armed and in a sling). I was almost back to normal with my cardio and had a pulmonary embolism due to a long international flight. I had blood clots in my lungs that were right next to the heart and part of my lungs was damage (reversable thank god). The doctors didn’t need to do surgery because my blood pressure and oxygen levels remained normal. I’m sure without the weight loss and the expansion of my lungs because of the cardiovascular exercise I was doing I could have died. I could not have done either of them if I did not do the strength conditioning work with Ethan. Sometimes we work out to look good, but with this experience I realized that we all need to workout because we want to be alive! Thank you Ethan!

I first got connected with Ethan following my hip surgery, after which I was looking for some guidance in easing my way back into strength training for my lower body. Ethan was very attentive to my goals and worked with me to curate a lower body exercise regiment that I could use as a supplement to my ongoing physical therapy throughout my recovery period. Ethan was great about finding a way to challenge me within the confines of my post-surgery limitations, without putting myself at risk of reinjury. Ethan really is a great coach and someone who truly cares about the needs / wishes of his clients. Highly recommend.

I’ve been training with Ethan for 4 years now and he’s been so supportive of achieving my fitness goals.
