When I travel from Nashville Tn to visit my son in Pontiac,I always come in and pay for a few days to get my workout in. Gym is clean and has some great equipment!

This gym has everything needed to start your fitness journey. Great selection of free weights and machine weight. The facility is not too large nor small, has a bit of an old school bodybuilders gym. Facility manager was gracious enough to allow me day pass free of charge which was very cool!🤙 I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone who’s looking for gym. That’s being a winner🏆🥇 baby!!!👏👏👏

Have not been here before but since there isn't a website listed but I was just wondering if children, not young children but like 13 year olds because my son really wants to get into shape through lifting, please respond so I can perhaps get back to you.

Been coming here for around 5 years, always been a good place, but in the last few months there’s a serious problem with sharing space. Many more children and teenagers around simply standing and being in the way of anyone trying to seriously work. Several times I have been unable to complete the workout plan I have for myself because some teenagers are standing around claiming they plan to use the equipment and as soon as you go somewhere else they walk away. I have been a loyal member for years but I have been incredibly frustrated with the limited space and other inconsiderate members.

Not very welcoming. Cares more about just getting you in the door so they can take out your membership a month. Tried to cancel and was told we had to wait .

Nice place very nicely maintained and cleaned. The only reason not a five star is because I feel like it could be expanded to have more access to more equipment during the busy hrs.

-Excellent space. Open 24/7. Children's and ladies only sections. Roomy and always clean. Good music selection playing overhead.
-Staff is professional and takes pride in their jobs.

If I could give this place negative Stars I would. Had a very unprofessional and terrible experience working out at this gym. There's a guy that tries to manage the place called brent. Absolute tool. No personality, takes his job personally. Gets people's memberships canceled for no valid reason other than his feelings are hurt. I would honestly avoid this gym, support a place that supports the community. This isn't it

Great gym. Reasonable prices.
Amazing equipment and to top it off classes and tanning! Can't beat that.
On a side note - they also have a "women's area" my fiance loves this because its more comfortable for her to workout without being around so many people, great idea.
Bottom line - This is the gym Pontiac needed.
