It's a great gym. Had fun going there. I moved in January so I haven't had an opportunity to get off of work to meet someone in office. Just went to cancel and I have to pay an extra month so that's why I'm upset. Wishing to pay that extra membership fee when I haven't been and a good 5 months. I think the gym is a gym I just wish I didn't have to pay that extra membership fee when I want to cancel especially since I haven't been there for 5 months.

I went there early in the morning. The facility was spotless, bathroom is clean. The showers is perfect. All the equipment was working and there was a variety of free weights and Smith machines. I will definitely be coming back ASAP. Thanks for having me guys!

Great gym, smooth equipment. Could use another Smith machine and a bicep curl machine that has pads above the head and can curl past your head for a great squeeze. The only issue I have are.that people do not unload the machines. I am rehabing a k nee and 2 45 lbs plates on each side of the machine should be stripped.

I have been to many different gyms in my lifetime. I really like this place (GYM). Mostly because of the equipment and the convenience. The equipment is a very high quality like I have never seen before in a gym. They're open 24 hours A-day. You can't get any more convenient than that. The facility has a equipment room for ladies only. It doesn't affect me but I'm sure they appreciate it The facility is also very clean. I see a lot of people wiping off the equipment when they're done using it. I feel comfortable to me here. It's a good place to reach your goals and change your life.

The gym itself was nice to workout at, but ending my subscription after I left Illinois was such a pain. I called every week for months during their office hours (while I was at work) and every time it went to voicemail. Only after I started leaving messages did they get back to me. There was no refund for the 2 months they charged me after I had left Illinois.
If you want to cancel your subscription, plan to go in person.

Excellent gym. Been going for a while now. Today though, the woman in the hoodie that walked in around 9am, your flashlight on your phone was on in the middle of the day or you were recording all the guys on the cardio machines as you walked by. Really enjoy the gym except for that woman. Light was aimed at my face, it's bright.

This a clean gym with friendly staff (not always available) the equipment is well maintained, and I have found the members to be polite and appropriate. There is a room to put your kids in to watch TV which has a door visible from most of the gym, as well as a smaller gym for ladies who might feel self concious. The month to month payment option is really great for someone who takes extended travels, and the cost isn't bad at all. My only complaint is the small locker room with few lockers.

I am a certified personal trainer who no longer lives in Illinois, but I use this gym whenever I'm visiting home in Washington.

It is a smaller gym, but don't let it's size deter you. This gym lacks nothing and has machines I've never seen in a regular gym! It is spaced out to give you plenty enough room, but there is more than you'll ever need. There is a female only section as well, if you don't want to lift in the main area.

The staff is so accommodating and friendly. I recommend GYM to everyone who asks. The prices are phenomenal and the add-ons are very cheap for the value they give!! It's cheaper than everywhere but Planet Fitness, honestly! But the quality of the gym should make it cost double the monthly price!!

If having to choose between GYM and 5 Points, GYM wins hands down every single time.

Absolutely love this gym. I’m so thankful to have a 24-hour facility just 5 minutes away from my home. This gym is always clean and the staff is always helpful and kind. There is PLENTY of space, so even if a lot of people are there at the same time you are, you don’t feel crowded. I have also really enjoyed the GYM Bootcamp classes taught by Alisha! If you are looking for a change or just to get back to it, I HIGHLY recommend GYM Washington.

Love this place! Clean, busy, but not insanely busy, and the staff is super nice. Couldn’t be happier with my gym membership. As a heavy person, it is sometimes difficult to find a gym that doesn’t make you feel embarrassed for being in there. GYM made me feel welcomed.
