My first impression of Go Athletic Club started with a phone call with Brad, one of the owners—and I could tell right away this place was going to be great. When you walk in, the gym is super clean and set up nicely with top-of-the-line equipment.

I’ve tried all of the classes, and they are all great! The workouts are fun and challenging, with adjustments made to fit your fitness level. Each class focuses on different aspects of fitness, giving you a well-rounded approach.

The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and clearly passionate about what they do. This truly is an incredible gym with incredible people running it!

Ive struggled with ‘sticking’ to a workout routine and diet my entire life. Ive tried every them all - whole30, keto, carnivore, personal trainers, etc., and I lose the weight quick aaaaand would gain it back quicker.

Working with the head trainer, John, who is also a certified nutritionist, got me focusing on macros, which has given me the energy to stay consistent with workouts at Go Athletic. The days of ‘negotiating’ with myself on getting in a workout are over!

I go 2-3 times per week, and combined with the nutrition plan, I am down 37 pounds since February - and even better, Im stronger than Ive been….ever. This place gave me freedom and my life back.

Life-Changing Experience at Go Athletic Club

My primary goals were to get off blood pressure medication and lower my body fat percentage. After just one month of training, I’m already seeing real progress—and I’m excited to keep going.

I had my blood work done through the club and reviewed it with John, and honestly, it was more in-depth than anything I’ve received from my doctor. He took the time to walk me through every result, explaining what was high or low and why. He gave clear, actionable advice on what foods, vitamins, and supplements to take or avoid. It genuinely felt like he knew more about my health than my own physician.

The classes are top-notch. John doesn’t just run you through the workout—he teaches you the movements, explains the purpose behind them, and helps you understand how to do them correctly. I used to think AI-generated workout plans were enough and that hiring a trainer wasn’t necessary. I was wrong. Having a knowledgeable trainer push you, correct your form, and activate muscles you didn’t even know you had makes all the difference.

This place is FANTASTIC! People of all levels can workout together and not feel like they're dragging the class down. Everyone is SO nice and welcoming and the instructors are very involved and help work around your injuries or weak spots. The workouts frequently change and keep your body from getting comfortable. Traditional weights were killing my joints and I thought my strength training days were over until I found GO Athletic Club and finally feel like I'm getting my strength and confidence back! Highly highly recommended for all ages and genders!

I can’t recommend Go Athletic Club enough. Being in my early 50s and having tried a variety of programs, gyms, nutritional approaches, etc. I am so happy I found this place and coach John. He takes a very hands-on approach, providing a thorough, comprehensive nutritional program with ongoing, support and guidance.
The structured workouts are awesome. They are small group classes that are constantly changing with hands on coaching and support.

I joined Go Athletic Club to get stronger. I’ve never been into lifting weights—CrossFit? Nope. Drill-sergeant coaches? Hard pass. But I’m almost 50, and watching my kids push themselves made me realize: I want 50 more years to see their journey unfold. That means getting my act together—physically and mentally.

I knew the owners by their incredible reputation in sports and training, so when I heard they were opening a gym, I couldn’t wait. Six weeks later, here I am, writing a 5-star review and saying something I never expected: I actually like strength training now.

If you’re looking for a fun and challenging work out, Go Athletic Club is your place. I did a boxing class with Kevin - it was fun and he obviously knew what he was teaching. He explained everything and made it fun. I couldn’t believe an hour had passed when class was over. I definitely recommend it!

Awesome equipment and personalized attention to proper form. The gym is brand new and very clean. I’m enjoying the classes and being pushed to lift heavier and work harder.
