He has been a personal trainer here in Chicago for the past 35 + years. He attends conferences regularly and is certified yearly in the latest training and coaching techniques. Bill's experience as a personal trainer provides him with the expertise to work with a wide spectrum of client ages and athleticism, whether they are looking for better flexibility, weight loss/gain, strength and power pertaining to golf fitness.

I started working with Bill two years ago, and was suffering from back pain while playing golf. Bill was able to quickly diagnose my issues and put together a plan to increase my flexibility, balance and strength. Now I am able to walk multiple rounds consecutively with no pain and my strength has increased significantly. Bill is able to effectively blend the latest science, biomechanics, nutrition/supplementation and motivational techniques to get the best results

Bill is a true subject matter expert when it comes to fitness and body mechanics. I started working with Bill after years of chronic back pain that prevented me from playing any sports. Bill effectively trained me to not only be able to play in sports again, but I feel better than I have in 15 years. Bill takes his work seriously by participating in on-going education in his field to ensure he is using the best methods for his clients. The gym has good equipment and is kept clean. Bill Glegoroff is an expert in his field. I say this as a surgeon who has experienced serious spine issues with chronic pain. I was first referred to Bill by the head golf pro at my country club, over 10 years ago, as someone who might be able to help me play golf without pain. Not only has Bill accomplished that but I now can operate 8-10 hours a day without pain. Bill’s knowledge of the mechanics of the body are remarkable. He is always introducing new exercises and seeks instruction on new techniques like ELDOA - a form of myofascial stretching which actually helped me with pain that I experienced in my hip associated with arthritis- I can now walk the course with no pain. In fact this past May I played 8 consecutive days in Ireland with no pain or restriction. His gym is clean, up to date and offers free parking! I can not recommend anyone more than Bill- get an evaluation and see for yourself.

As a sports psychologist I have not only had athletes with Bill but used him myself . He is wonderful. He cares for his clients. His approach to fitness is holistic. He understands fitness not only through exercise but diet, sleep, and mental fitness .
He utilizes many different domains to help the professional athlete and the weekend warriors to maximize their potential.
He is unique in that he knows the best doctors in the city to help if necessary rehabilitate the athlete as well as the working person after injury. His knowledge of movement and the body is second to none!
