Josh was a great personal trainer! I was nervous when first starting out but he made the environment super welcoming. He kept me motivated through out our sessions and helped me stay on track the days I was training by myself. I was able to push myself more because of his support. He’s helped me reach goals and see results that I otherwise wasn’t seeing on my own - I would highly recommend him!

I would recommend Josh to anyone. He is there every step of the way. He pushed me but also shows that it doesn't have to be so difficult. You just show up and put in the work and the results will come. No crazy fad diets, no crazy workouts. Just consistency. He makes you realize that it doesn't have to be so difficult and intimidating. A very positive influence. And someone I can now also consider a friend who has made a real difference in my life. He makes working out less of a chore and more something that is fun.

Josh is a STELLAR trainer and works WITH you. You can easily tell he loves this market and helping others reach their goals. That is a point, as every person has a different goal and different path to reach those goals. Josh will coordinate a program that works for you.
In general, I have been minimally fit and have always wanted to truly grow in fitness. Every time I start a program, I drop it and failed to continue. After starting with Josh, I have found a love and life need to stay fit and improve my overall health. The program (both exercise and food) I need to stick to became a program I cannot live without. The task of exercise is no longer a task. It is now a lifestyle. Without Josh, this lifestyle change would not have happened.
If you need someone who can create a healthy lifestyle that focuses on your goals, then see Josh. That’s a must.

I’ve been training with Josh for almost 4 months now and I can tell you that not only will you get a dedicated coach but you’ll also get a great friend. Josh has stuck by me during my journey 100% of the way and motivates me to want to come back each and every day! I was extremely nervous taking this first step and signing up for personal training but I can tell you it’s something I only regret not doing sooner. Josh is everything a personal trainer should be. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and nutrition and takes the time to understand your specific fitness goals. He truly cares about his clients and creates personal workout plans and meal plans to help you meet your goals and adjusts them accordingly to your progress. I came in with minimal knowledge about working out and Josh was able to guide me through each workout while also educating me on each exercise, what muscles it works, and proper form. During the hour training sessions with Josh, his focus and attention is completely on you the whole time to make sure you are safe and pushing yourself to the best of your ability. Since training with Josh, I have improved my stamina and strength while also gaining more confidence at the gym. The nutritional plans he creates are realistic and easy to follow. If you really want to get serious about your fitness and nutrition journey, I highly recommend Josh. He is a great combination of professional and fun. He keeps you accountable by reaching out throughout the week and asking how meals and cardio sessions are going and is always encouraging. Josh has made a big impact in my life. I was never a gym rat, ate whatever I wanted because I thought that working on my feet all day was enough to outset my see-food diet. Then my health started spiraling down and my doctor advised me to hit the gym.
Josh was patient with me and helped me with my diet. He is very knowledgeable and really knows how to motivate me to do better. Constantly checking up on me to make sure I stick with the program. Going to the gym was intimidating to me but he was there every step of the way, making sure my posture was right and all the little things that’s important for someone like me that’s just starting out.
It’s been two years now since I had Josh as my trainer, and happy to say I lost 60 pounds and have kept my ideal body weight at 128 for a year now.
The thing I like the most about Josh is that, he really worked at my pace. He has truly made a difference in my life!!
