My daughter came from Alaska and attended the College/PrePro Dance Intensive and had an amazing time. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The staff was amazing to work with. Her sisters and I came down to see an amazing well put together show at the end.

Our daughter started here when she was 5 last year. She was so nervous, and really froze up when doing anything in front of a group before. At the end of year performance, she was so excited to perform in front of hundreds of people without issue. The quality of the dance and instructing is obvious, but the growth and development of a young kid and her confidence was just amazing to see. At the performance, the older kids (12 or so), just WOW. It is a kind, inclusive, supporting, and just all around amazing place. Cannot be happy enough that we found Gus.

My daughter participated in the GUS Pre-Pro 3 week program this summer (2025). It was an amazing experience for her. Communcation about the program details was superb. She felt very welcomed by the staff and company members. The teachers/choreographers were excellent working with the high school age group and are incredible choreographers. We feel this was an opportunity of a life time to travel from out of state and participate in this outstanding program in Chicago. Thank you to Lauren and Amy for continuing the legacy of GUS Giordano!

My 13-year-old daughter spent a week in Chicago attending GUS camp, and it was an incredible experience. As a competitive dancer, it's rare for her to simply enjoy the art of dance without the pressure of competition—and GUS provided exactly that. It was a refreshing, inspiring week filled with creativity, positivity, and connection. The instructors were not only talented but truly passionate, and she loved being surrounded by such a supportive group of dancers. She’s already asking to come back for another session next summer!

This summer I attended the college pro summer intensive. I truly enjoyed my time here with the staff and my peers. In the span of three weeks I have learned so much about jazz technique and the history of jazz. I have made friendships that will last a lifetime. Throughout my time at Gus I have been able to learn not just about myself as a dancer, but also as a person. This program is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to be apart of. The instructors teach all their students about proper technique, core strength, discipline, and how to be a good person in your everyday life. I believe this program benefits everyone, and remember LONG LIVE JAZZ!

I attended the College/Pro Intensive in 2024, and I loved it so much!! I made so many new friends and took a ton of amazing classes from amazing teachers. Three weeks is a perfect amount of time to learn about all things dance and all things Giordano, without getting burnt out by the end. It’s an amazing program that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to further their dance education and career.

I partook in the College/Pro intensive because it is one of the most well-rounded programs available. I was looking for something with a jazz focus, where I could still train in the styles of hip-hop, tap, and musical theatre. This 3-week program offers so many styles: ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, contemporary, musical theatre, jazz funk, leaps and turns, and the Giordano technique!! Not only was my endurance and technique furthered, but I learned from master professors and made great connections with my fellow dancers. These are people I can learn from, and friendships that will last far outside of this program!

I came to Gus Giodarno for a new experience. One that would enable me to grow as a dancer. And that is what I got. Learning from amazing faculty, meeting new dancers, and truly enjoying dance. Being apart of the College Pro intensive teaches you how to learn fast and understand a professional dance environment. An absolute must for summer intensive experience!!!
Edit: I came back to college pro for another year and I don’t regret a thing. I am challenged in every way possible while still having fun. I am learning about new aspects of dance, the way I am as a dancer, and what tools I need to succeed. I am so grateful that I was able to come back to experience this again. Thank you to Gus!

The college/pro program is great for teaching dancers so many tips and tricks for auditions and the professional world. Being immersed in a fast paced environment, master classes led by choreographers in the professional world and performing over 10 pieces in just over an hour truly pushes each and every dancer to their fullest potential. If you’re searching for a summer intensive that focuses on multiple styles, then THIS IS THE INTENSIVE FOR YOU!💃🏻
I’d been seeking a program to keep training in all the styles I had been doing at school over the summer, and the Gus College/Pro Intensive delivered. Not only did we dive into some of the technical aspects of Giordano jazz technique, but we worked with choreographers and master teachers in the style of ballet, tap, contemporary, hiphop, and more.
Even thought I was hesitant to come because I hadn’t done some of the styles before, I’ve learned so much about myself and gained confidence is all my styles of dancing. It’s been a truly unforgettable summer!

I attended the Gus Giordano College/Pro Intensive 2023. It was so much fun! I love that they are one of the few summer intensives that are for adults and incorporate all styles of dance into their classes and rep. There were three performance opportunities, and one of those included dancing in 10+ numbers. There is a huge variety of teachers and they have all been kind and willing to help each and every student. I also appreciate that Gus Giordano Dance School aims for diversity with race, gender, size, and age. I felt extremely welcomed and would highly recommend going to their intensives!

I just got back from attending a "Parent Viewing" session at the school for my 4 year old daughter who just joined the school 3 months ago. Let me just say that I am BEYOND impressed! The teachers are qualified, engaging and fun.... are INCREDIBLE at what they do! I was struck by the attention and focus of the kids in comparison to Matilda's last dance school. Plus the kids were (most importantly) having fun and proud to show off their achievements. This made me very excited about her future at Gus. BRAVO!!

I cannot share enough good things about this wonderful dance school. Our son joined the Pre Ballet/Jazz/Acro class for the season and Thursday (dance day) is one of his favorite days! He loves Ms. Nicole and Ms. Isa (and so do we)! He comes home sharing how much he loves dance class and dancing and shows us all his moves. I love how confident he is walking in the doors on his own and have witness his independence flourish since joining dance. During Parent Observation Day we got to see the amazing teachers in action and how much fun the dancers have. Non-stop movement, fun and dance sprinkled with learning opportunities for patience, listening, and spatial awareness.
As parents we also love the level of communication, community engagement and inclusivity.

I just got back from attending the GUS College/Pro Intensive at the GUS Giordano Dance School. Cara helped my husband and me prepare for the first dance at our wedding, and it turned out perfectly. Studying at GUS for their college/pro intensive was one of the best experiences of my life! Not only did I learn so much, but I made friends for life! Getting to dance all day with incredible faculty and incredible dancers is such a rewarding learning experience. You are connected with people with real experience from the industry. I loved getting well rounded classes in Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, Contemporary, and all styles of Jazz! There are also so many opportunities to perform at the end of the intensive! We got to be in so many incredible works! The staff works so hard to make everyone feel welcome and to make sure everyone is staying healthy and happy, and as Amy Giordano told us on our first day, everything in moderation! So we spent our days off exploring the city and experiencing Chicago, which was so fun! The staff is super great with helping us learn how to get around the city and giving us recommendations on the bast places to go eat or visit. They also provided us with the opportunity to do a headshot and dance photo session at an extremely discounted price to prepare you to go into the professional world! This summer I had the opportunity to participate in the College/Pro Summer Intensive. There have been many amazing aspects of this program, but I believe the three main factors are: Staff and guest faculty, rehearsal studios and atmosphere, and the depth of training provided.
The first thing I noticed when I walked through the doors was the staff’s genuineness and enthusiasm. They are at the front desk every morning greeting each dancer by name and providing a welcoming and inclusive environment. Coming from another studio, this made me feel at home and provided a sense of comfort from the start. In addition, the Gus instructors are some of the best teachers in the world. Each has an inspiring story about their dance life and experiences and they are happy to share these with the program participants.
The second thing I noticed about the Gus is the quality of the rehearsal studios and the location in general. The studio is located in a very friendly Chicago neighborhood and I was able to walk daily to and from rehearsals daily. Once inside, the dance space and dressing rooms are amazing where everyone has plenty of room to maximize their potential in every dance style taught.
The last and most important aspect I appreciated about the College/Pro Summer Intensive is the training. Each staff member wants every dancer to achieve their very best and they are willing to help in any way possible. They are world-class teachers and really put in the time and effort needed to help you on an individual basis. Even though this instruction is amazing, they go far beyond by taking professional headshots, reviewing and critiquing dance resumes, and in helping one prepare for a potential dance career in any way they can.
Overall, the Gus Giordano dance studio is one big family. No matter how far away you go, you will always have a place here and be welcome. So many of the faculty are Gus alumni themselves and have been in professional companies and on Broadway. They have a special connection to this studio and come back each year to inspire the next generation of Gus legacies. This is all what dance is truly all about and Gus Giordano encompasses everything I desired in a summer intensive staff, facility and curriculum.

Gus is committed to training versatile dancers through their strength-building curriculum and foundational technique. As a result, I gained a monumental amount of insight from the teachers and wide range of styles taught during their summer program. This beautiful studio reflects the heart of the lovely city in which it resides and inspires artists to make their dreams a reality.

They even helped me find a place to stay in Chicago so I could go in person for the last week! The classes they provide for the students are taught by top notch teachers who share incredible dance technique knowledge as well as advise on life as a dancer. The program includes a great performance opportunity, which is very hard to find. The feeling of compassion, encouragement, and love for dance are always in the air at Gus. Overall, great faculty, great dancers, great program, great studio! Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience at Gus Giordano’s College/Pro Summer Intensive. Gus School’s mission is to create a strong well-rounded dancer, and they certainly provide the resources for this training at their summer intensives. We were exposed to all styles of dance and many different teachers as well, which I greatly appreciated. Each class provided unique and valuable insight into dance as a viable career and lifestyle. What I loved most about this particular program was the rehearsals and performance opportunities. This program focuses on being able to learn and master choreography and new skills in a short amount of time (preparation for the ‘real world of dance’). We had lots of fun learning so many different dance pieces!

Our Daughter Aspen (9) joined GUS this winter after we relocated from Canada. She has done nothing but look forward to each day dancing with GUS, and we as parents have been appreciative that they have provided socially distant in person dancing options that allow for our Daughter to get her groove on. This weekend Aspen performed with GUS at a virtual COVID safe recital , and Aspen and her grand parents in Canada were able to join. We have lived abroad for many years, and this is the first recital her grandparents were able to watch. Aspen is still talk about how much fun she had, and is dissapointed she is not dancing this week as the semester has come to a finality. Looking forward to future GUS classes for Aspen.

I visited Gus Giordano for the first time last week, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was warm, welcoming, and all smiles. In regard to COVID precautions, they checked my temperature at the door, provided hand sanitizer, and then assigned me to my own personal dance square. Masks were required the entire time. I felt safer here than I do at most grocery stores. Most importantly, the dance class was exceptional. I highly recommend taking adult dance classes here!

We really enjoy Gus! Our daughter started tap class back in September, six months into covid. I was looking for something (anything!!) that was safe and got her out of the house and moving for a bit. I'm from out of state and unfamiliar with the Gus brand, but I was impressed by the many glowing reviews from neighbors and I liked the energy I got when I was communicating with Caitlin.
Since September, there have been numerous changes with the city guidelines regarding Covid and Gus has really risen to the occasion to make sure our little ones are safe. I feel totally comfortable sending my daughter to the in person classes, however, they also offer virtual options. My daughter enjoys both and you can just really tell these women are passionate about what they do. The kids attending virtual are shown just as much energy and engagement.
Another important note, this place is AFFORDABLE! This is my first go around with dance studios and I was pleasantly surprised with the cost for eight months (I think) of classes. They also have custom gear you can purchase, which is a bit pricey, but definitely cool.
Send your kids here, they will love it.

This place is an institution. Gus Giordano is the founding father of the Chicago jazz dance style, and he influenced an entire generation of dancers around the world. This is one of Chicago’s premier professional dance programs, and the place to go if you are a young person with a career in dance and show business in mind. I studied with several of his dancers, including Marcus Alford, before I even came to Chicago, in New York and at North Carolina School of the Arts, and the classes were at least as challenging and beneficial as my advanced ballet curriculum.

My almost 4 year old loves to dance. And our family isn’t comfortable sending her to into class during the pandemic. Living in a small town in PA there wasn’t a virtual option here, and, being originally from Chicagoland, I had heard Giordano had really stepped up their online game. Now, we were skeptical about an almost 4 year old and online classes: would she actually learn things, would she lose interest, how would she connect to other kids and the teacher, etc. and it’s an investment- Shoes, clothes, and classes for a full year. It’s a legit space, run by professionals in the industry. And we soon learned that has an enormous value. Thanks to the administrative staff all of our questions were answered promptly. Our kiddo got to try the class out first to make sure the level was appropriate. There are three teachers in the room, one designated just for the online folks. And the family atmosphere stretches virtually. We wanted to find a class that would encourage and challenge, promote creativity and exploration as well as discipline. The teachers are working from a curriculum and they are balancing that physical learning with interactive questions that focus on really practical skills (right and left, tying shoes, following directions, etc). I took class with Gus, my mom and grandma took class with Gus, so I am familiar with the School and it’s long history of excellence in teaching. The class clearly upholds a tradition while making necessary modifications for these strange times! And my kid loves her Saturday morning classes! And she really is learning! Kids are incredible. The fact that it is consistently happening each week gives her something to look forward to. The fact she gets to change shoes- just like the kids and teachers on screen- that act is a moment of dress up. I stick around to help with the logistics of zoom but she is truly learning that independence, singing her songs, doing her moves. Where there has been technically glitches, the folks remedy them quickly and it really feels Giordano has invested the necessary technology and personnel in making the virtual experience great for my kid!

Instead of just cancelling their recital, the GUS staff worked tirelessly (literally) to pivot their spring show online via zoom. The school hired a zoom producer, who not only helped Gus run the most organized and enjoyable thing that we did on zoom this entire quarantine, but also held a parent meeting to teach us how to use the technology to spotlight our dancers. The recital was AMAZING. It was a bright spot for our whole family and even extended family that tuned in to watch our dancer. Fast forward to camp this summer - we were nervous about sending our son to anything in person and so we opted for the virtual camp... and it was AWESOME! I wasn't sure how engaged a 6 year old would be with 23 hours of virtual camp within 1 week, but he LOVED the camp. The teachers were wonderful at engaging him and he loved tuning in everyday. We are happy to be part of the Gus family!

My daughter was originally going to do the jazz Intensive in person, but due to covid quarantine restrictions, we could not travel. You all have been so wonderful and I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done to make this virtual experience the best it could possibly be. I hope to one day meet you all in person and give you a big hug! Maybe next Summer we can do this again in Chicago.

I recently was just a part of the 2020 Summer Pre Professional Intensive! I can not recommend Gus Giordano Dance School enough! The faculty is like no other, they never hesitate to make you feel welcomed even if you are only visiting! I had the opportunity to train learning the Giordano Jazz Technique as well as many other dance styles! They have a very diverse program offering a wide variety of styles! My time spent here this summer was phenomenal and I can definitely see myself auditioning to attend again next summer! I highly recommend Gus Giordano Dance School if you live in an area where you are able to get your child here during the fall!

I attended the College/Pro Summer Intensive this year and it was a blast!! GUS was super adaptive to the Chicago mandates put in place due to Covid-19 and we were all able to dance together, socially distanced, and safely! I loved learning some Gus Giordano history first hand, taking classes from a variety of teachers, and being a part of the #GusLegacy✨

I can't say enough good things about the College/Pro Intensive at GUS! I am currently a student at UW-Madison, and I am so excited to take all of the new skills I learned this month back to campus with me. This intensive is the perfect balance of technique classes, choreography, and new opportunities. The GUS faculty were very supportive and created a great atmosphere for all of the dancers to learn and grow.
Even in the global pandemic, I felt so comfortable at GUS with all of the safety measures they have put into place. We wear our masks the entire time, everything is disinfected regularly, and we have our temps taken before we enter the building. GUS has the most creative solutions to keep dancers safe in the studio.
5 Stars!!! Thank you for an amazing experience GUS!

Gus Giordano Dance School goes beyond sharing the GUS Legacy. GUS goes beyond teaching dance steps and form.
Virtual applause and a standing ovation for the Gus Giordano Dance School 's first ever virtual “That’s Entertainment 2020” show! During these difficult times it was a treat to watch, from Florida, these young people put on their costumes and dance shoes and perform their routines full out. They practiced and performed separately from their homes, yet what I saw was a group of happy GUS dancers who had been given an amazing opportunity by the professional, caring, and most certainly adaptable GUS staff to showcase their GUS dance education and hard work. A special shout out to the parents who moved furniture in their homes to transform a room into a stage.
Thank you Gus Giordano Dance School. Your dedication, love for dance and students, your talent in choreography, the value of dance education, and the true wealth of experiencing the meaning of the show must go on, was virtually experienced by all. The joy and feeling will stay forever.

Gus Giordano Dance School has completely risen to the occasion in the time of COVID. The annual Spring show, which is the premier event that the entire school works toward each year with hundreds of dancers showing off their hard work and training for family, friends and the public, could not be held at the Skokie Performing Arts Center this year due to social distancing rules. The School could have easily canceled the show, similar to what has happened with so many other public events. However, instead of just saying "oh well", the School got creative and doubled down on their resolve, holding the first ever dance concert the Zoom platform has ever hosted. The amount of effort on the part of the Gus staff and teams behind the scenes was incredible to watch. It's the first time I've worked with a Zoom producer as well (didn't even know they existed). The dancers all still held their normal classes and training virtually leading up to the show, which kept a sense of routine and normalcy during these stressful times. They stepped up and rallied with the new format (and many parents, including myself, fast-tracked our technical savvy). The event day was a blast, with each performer dancing in their own space, but being put together with their company on screen for their specific dances. And an added bonus: so many more people could watch the show due to the virtual format (the live show sells out every year). I had relatives who never would have seen this show, be captivated by all of the dancers. I am still getting compliments on the School overall. We have been at Gus for five years and have always had a positive experience there, but the way they handled this event was extraordinary!

We couldn't be happier that our daughter discovered Gus. They teach dance at a very high level, while maintaining strong values and a wonderful sense of good sportsmanship. During this pandemic, we have been beyond impressed with the level of engagement that Gus has maintained with its dancers. It's truly wonderful to see our daughter dancing her heart out each day. So much has been taken away from our kids during this pandemic. It warms our hearts to see that dance is not among the things they have lost.
The teachers at Gus have absolutley gone above and beyond and created an e-learning environment that so closely mirrors the experience of coming to the studio for classes. I am blown away.

My daughter loves Gus Giordano classes. She has been taking the jazz/ballet class since she was 2.5 years old. She has also done their summer camps. The teachers and staff are friendly and helpful. The school has a reputation for being geared towards a more serious take on dance and training for career dancers, so we were a bit hesitant at first to sign our daughter up since we were only looking for a fun way to expose our daughter to movement and something new. The classes are very fun for the younger students, and my daughter is excited to go to class every week. During class, my daughter plays games, sings songs, AND learns different moves and dances that she comes home and eagerly shows us. I will also say--she has learned some great life skills (and friendly discipline) in the classes. For ex: listening skills, following direction, focusing, etc

The recent recital we attended was ample evidence of the extraordinary professionalism and artistry Gus brings to its dancers-in-training. Our daughter Peach is new this year at the studio and I am just amazed at her progress and most importantly, how the Gus community has embraced her and made her feel welcome. The recital was an amazing experience where the talent arrayed could be see up close. We've been to these events before with other schools and never seen the depth of talent previously. What's clear to us is their commitment to creating young artists and not just teaching the mechanics of dance steps and routines. Highly recommend Gus and their talented team to anyone whose daughter or son has an interest in dance that, with the right help, could manifest into something vital and important. Great staff and passion for the craft evidenced from the moment you walk in the door.

I have been extremely happy with this school for my girls ages 8 and 5. They both started two years ago in classes once a week, then moved to what they call company members in the 2nd year. They rarely complain about going to practice, and their smiles when performance day comes is something special indeed. The teachers have been great, and I truly can see not only the fun, and healthy aspect of dance, but more importantly, I see a tremendous sense of confidence and pride. Learning to be comfortable with being in front of big crowds at such a young age is priceless. While it certainly isn't for every family, as their is a time commitment, like anything else, if your girls or boys want to get better at dance please check this place out! On a side note....I am originally from a small farm town and did not have sisters, so from a Dad perspective, I was a little hesitant about having my girls get all dolled up for fancy dancing at such a young age...maybe I was fooled by the ridiculous reality shows that portray dance moms and dance kids as spoiled drama queens......This is NOT the case at Gus....so if you are a Dad or a Mom trying to convince your husband, I can tell you this place has been incredible, and I actually LOVE going to the dance performances. Not just to watch my girls, but every single age group is amazing. Its truly entertaining even if your child isn't in the show! My parents were just blown away the 1st year they came to the end of your performance. I'm proud to say I have become a Dance Dad...Go Gus! Also, I love that they also focus on Classics, and not just the current trendy dance music. Gus is a classy organization all the way round! When they have just as much fun dancing to Top 10 pop hits vs. Frank Sinatra or Liza Minelli, well I guess you are teaching them to simply LOVE dance. I also love that the dance uniforms are classy and not always focusing on revealing body parts. Gus wins in all categories! We are grateful to be part of the family!

When my daughter came to me about a jazz summer intensive, I had no idea the level of professional training, career development skills, and future opportunities that would appear just from 4 weeks. She had come to us earlier that year with her audition video, mentioning the scholarship program. To be honest, one of the biggest attractions for me at the time was its proximity to our home in Chicago (of course we wanted her near to us for the summer), but didn’t really know too much about Gus Giordano beyond that. The more research she and I did, the more we heard and saw of the legendary, overarching reputation in jazz history the school possessed. She had just recently transitioned away from the professional ballet career path, and we were still trying to navigate the summer intensive scene that was not solely focused around strict ballet training.
It was one of the most enjoyable summers not only for her, but for her family as well. Our daughter had always had a love of musical theater and jazz, and during that summer she was able to go back to her roots and really enjoy dance for her own sake, without an agenda or expectation. Under Amy’s phenomenal guidance, along with brilliant master teachers and incredible friendships, her summer at Gus was one of the best, and she is still heavily associated with the school. We loved the performance, the professional manner demonstrated by all ages, and the amazing family-oriented connection always present at the studio. Long Live Jazz!

Gus Giordano Dance School isn't just a top-notch training facility for dancers spanning all ages- it is a family, and a legacy. I had the incredible opportunity of attending the College/Pro Intensive in 2017 on scholarship, and had one of the most wonderful training and performing experiences of any summer (and I have been to my fair share of summer intensives!). I loved it so much- the unique and marvelous faculty, the wide variety of classes, the remarkable dancers- that I spoke to Ms. Amy about coming back this past summer (2018) for a teaching internship. I cannot put into words the sheer amount of knowledge I gained, both about dancing and teaching, in just 5 short weeks. I would suggest Gus Giordano Dance School to beginners, advanced dancers who want to diversify their repertoire, and anyone who wants to feel like they're part of a family. Long live jazz!

I really enjoyed my time dancing at the College/Pro Summer Intensive at Gus. During those 3.5 weeks (dancing 6 days each week), we explored a great variety of styles, from ballet and the classic Giordano jazz to contemporary and hip hop, under the instruction of wonderfully challenging and dedicated teachers, quite a few of whom were previous members of Gus's company. We were also cared for so well by the amazing staff, especially Amy Giordano who went the extra mile to encourage every dancer. Every bit of this experience most definitely helped my identify specific aspects of my dance technique and skills that can be improved upon as I find my way in the professional dance community. I am so glad I was able to participate in this July of jazz, and I would recommend this program for any dancer open to a fast-paced look into all that the diverse world of jazz dance has to offer. I'm not quite sure where to begin. As a dancer, the College/Pro Intensive at Gus Giordano Dance School was one of my favorite things I have ever done. Taking class with dancers that were trained directly by Gus was an experience I can't quite describe. I left each class recognizing both a strength and a weakness that they encouraged me to hone. They preached that as jazz dancers, we "can not only be just dancers, but we must be performers." With a goal of becoming a Broadway dancer, this was music to my ears and the perfect intensive for me. The College/Pro intensive encompasses training that pushes dancers to be the total package I have gained a tremendous amount of information about not only the Chicago dance scene, but the dance world as a whole. College/Pro showed me that not only are technique and personality important in your role as a dancer, but work ethic, attention to detail, understanding your body and being confident do not go unnoticed. Being at the School on scholarship is something that if I had the opportunity to do again, I'd jump at the chance in a heartbeat. LONG LIVE JAZZ!

My daughter has been dancing at GUS since she was three years old. She is now 14. She has stayed at GUS all these years for two reasons: the quality of the instruction and the quality of the teachers and students. She loves the dedication to hard work and technique. The GUS family has become her second family and the studio is her home away from home.

My son and daughter dance at Gus because they learn solid technique in multiple dance forms, make friends, and have fun! The instructors and assistants are highly qualified and make every kid feel special. The front desk staff is responsive and informational. Every aspect of Gus is well run--from communication with parents, community outreach, instruction and performance. Ms. Amy knows every kid by name and visits every class. Highly recommended!

I registered my oldest son for a hip hop class at Gus when he was 6 years old. He has been dancing there now for 5 years. It is hard to put into words what a wonderful dance school GUS is. They are so welcoming to students of all ages and all skill levels from beginners to advanced dancers. They LOVE teaching dance and they teach children that they can succeed in anything if they work hard and try. GUS has become a second home to our oldest son and our younger son (the football player) is also taking classes now and loving it.
The Show at the end of each season amazes me every year. Amy Giordano, the director, along with all of the incredibly talented teachers and staff have created one of the best environments I have experienced to give a child not only the best dance training but also confidence and an amazing sense of pride in themselves. I highly recommend GUS!

“I cannot say enough amazing things about Gus Giordano Dance. Amy, Gus' daughter and the Company's Director, and all the teachers are
outstanding, and being part of the GUS community feels like I hit a jackpot. Also, I love that Ms. Amy teaches her dancers not only about
Jazz and dance in general, but many other everyday values. If you are looking for a dance school for your child, go to GUS.”
