I’ve been trying to call for the last week and it just keeps ringing, then it finally says “there is no voicemail” and hangs up… you’re open 430-830pm… when do you answer the phone? Because I call every hour and same thing every time….

We celebrated our kid’s birthday here and all the kids enjoyed it a lot, the gym area will b entirely for the party group which was easy for our guests to keep an eye on our kids.
Staff should be more involved in arranging and help setting table. And guide the host,
Because as a first timer we don’t have an idea how it would work.
But over all our guest and kids had a blast at the party!
Will definitely recommend this place !

I had the worst experience at this venue while attending a birthday party, and I have no intention of returning.
First of all, The registration process was extremely frustrating, requiring guests of the party to provide credit card information, which felt unnecessary. Why do you need credit card info?
Secondly, The entertainment options for children were severely lacking, with only a subpar bounce house available. Additionally, the party was situated right at the entrance, leading to constant interruptions from random visitors. The LACK of BASIC SUPPLIES was ALARMING; there were no serving spoons or gloves provided, which resulted in unsanitary food handling by the hosts. This negligence has unfortunately led to my child suffering from food poisoning.
Furthermore, access to restrooms was restricted, compounding the overall unpleasantness of the event. I am disgusted and will have to escalate this matter and will be submitting a formal complaint regarding the unsatisfactory conditions.

Came to gymguest for a birthday party
Its pretty much a gymnastics school + a couple play area for kids such as a bounce house(iam sure they only bring it out for birthday party otherwise its probably the area for gymnastics floor area)
Other than the bounce house you could probably play every single thing that the gym has to offer such as the bars, beam and foam pits
There were about 15kids in the party with two host.
I will say that, while it is not a big area and if they allow kids to play everything its probably best that they group them in each session so you wont have two kids playing the bounce house and then 5 kids play at the swing, 3 kids at the foam pits or two kids playing at the beam….with just two host its nearly impossible to watch all kids when all the parent are outside
The beams weren’t high but my 3yrs old along with two other kids were all by themselves playing at the beam all by themselves…so yes safety was a concern lol

Not the most competitive environment like we experienced at Premier but our daughter still has a blast - and continues developing skills along the way. We also enjoy the other programs/camps beyond gymnastics. Again, don’t expect a premier or Vaughan, but the littles will still learn/develop, just not at an elite-level pace.

Our latest experiences (bringing my daughter here) have been mixed.
Our first session a few weeks ago was given by an instructor that was preoccupied and apparently not able to give good instruction to new members. My daughter is 12 and in a beginner class (Girls 1). We decided to switch time slots as the experience wasn't what we had anticipated.
The second session, with Miss Riley was completely different. She took time to give proper instruction to the kids by telling HOW to do the moves, not just what to do. Riley worked with the girls and gave instruction that was not only helpful, but easy to understand and useful, explaining how each exercise works to build future maneuvers. You have a gem with her. It would be beneficial to your company to have all your staff promote this kind of atmosphere for the kids.

Kids spend most of their time doing warm ups then actual gymnastics/tumbling. Most of the Instructors here don’t teach. Thursday’s 5:30 BHS class instructor had my daughter stand around the whole time after warm ups multiple times. Most of the girls in this class have already been there and know how to do backflips. My daughter was the only one who did not know their routine and rather than them teach her they ignored her. This happened 3x since I transferred her into this class. It’s the worst being new to a class and being ignored the whole time and only paying attention the the other girls who already knew what to do. She had no help whatsoever. It got to the point that I had to pull the instructor to the side and tell her if my daughter is a disturbance to your class please let me know so I can grab her stuff and get out of here because she’s been trying to ask you a question and you constantly walk away. She was very upset leaving this class each time being the reason I removed her from this place. Don’t recommend.
I will add that Ms. Mel was very sweet and is the only instructor I saw that actually cares and does her job very well.

The coaches would not let me move up to the next level after we just came back from covid just because i forgot how to do 1 skill but mastered all the rest in the level.

Terrible terms&conditions, different employees explain differently, they apply extra charges without consent and don’t even mention in the invoice, they say they allow make up’s, however we haven’t been able to do so because it is the only class and we are already billed monthly. Over half of year of class and no progress because the instructor doesn’t correct the positions when the kids don’t understand or don’t make it the right way. This place is suitable only for kids to waste some time and energy, but no actual skills are acquired.

Dirty, overcrowded, instructors don’t instruct. If I’m paying money it better not be sitting around looking at its phone, talking to other staff making the kids do busy work jumping up and down versus teaching them flips or form. Wasted time and money for an after school recess class.

My daughter and now granddaughter have both gone here and have always been impressed with the quality of the staff as well as how much they get out of it. My granddaughter is currently enrolled in the preschool as well as a gymnastics class. I can't even begin to say how much she has learned in preschool with Noreen - ots amazing! She has Noreen as a coach for gymnastics and again I see improvement ever class. So happy!

I am extremely disappointed with Gym Quest. My daughter cut the bottom of her foot on a piece of glass that was on the floor in the lobby area. When class is over the kids walk through the lobby area to get their belongings. Stephanie the front desk staff was not prompt in the situation she stayed behind the desk after I told her what happened. I had to GO BACK to the desk to request a Band-Aid because my child was bleeding. She was very nonchalant, I felt like she did not care that my child was hurt! Days have gone by and MANAGEMENT has NOT followed up with me regarding this situation. Extremely disappointed!!

Disappointed in this place. The so-called "coaches" are VERY young and have a hard time controlling the rambunctious three year olds in the Mighty Me class, which is the first class without parents. The Mini-Me class was a little better, but again, the teachers were young and it seemed like there was a different teacher every week. In both classes, the kids are not expected to do much of anything. It is approximately 15 minutes of warm-ups, then each kid waits in line to get about 30 seconds to jump on trampoline, then they get thrown into a foam pit for 5-10 minutes by themselves with no instruction at all, 10 minutes of "free play" where they play on various equipment and might get 2 minutes of personal interaction with a coach, and lastly a 5 minute cool down song. My kid got nothing out of these classes.

This place is horrible! I enrolled my 2 year old in a class that was made for 6 month old...not challenging and no structure...1/2 the time they played with foam shapes which they can do at home. I thought it would be more physical of a class but it's a music class...except you jump on trampoline for approx. 1 min per child. I tried to cancel after 1st visit and lost my initiation fee plus $10 for processing the credit...total of $40+1st class. The staff at front desk was also rude...will never go back!

Good is my rating. My kids are average gymnasts, not great... They've never been asked to be in the competition group here... I'm okay with that. I want them to learn gymnastics and be good at it.
This location seems that unless your kids are in competition, they do little more than the long trampoline & the balance beam. You'll notice that 5\7 of the place is being used for competition; which is a bit disheartening.
In the last few years, they haven't EVER done the horse, parallel bars, or uneven bars.
I'll be changing locations when there is a better one & I have mentioned this to the staff... They basically shrugged me off & said if my kids were picked for competition classes they couldn use other equipment...

All three of our kids have gone to Gymquest in some way, whether in classes, at open gym, or on their gymnastics team. I have never had a negative experience and even found their coaches very patient (and helpful) in getting a shy 4 year old to participate. The facility is the nicest around, and the front desk has been helpful when we've needed to make up classes, join a class late, or pull out of a class mid-session. For our two kids who wanted to pursue gymnastics more seriously, I've seen their skills progress tremendously, especially under Coach Troy. That they love to be at practice as much as they do is the best indicator to me that Gymquest is doing a great job.
