Adam is a dedicated trainer with many different programs to get you on track to a better life style.
He is very motivated to getting you in better shape so you can get back doing the things I love to do such as pickleball and golfing. Our one on one sessions were very informative and helpful for my progress last summer. He continues to reach out and offer support and suggestions when I’m not in Illinois. He is a very professional and flexible with setting up times to meet for my sessions.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this gym! They offer classes specifically for homeschooled kids, giving them the chance to experience a structured gym setting with a knowledgeable professional. My daughter, Penny, loved every session. The trainer is incredibly patient, engaging, and truly understands how to work with kids of all skill levels. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a genuine passion for helping children grow in confidence and strength. I was a client of Adam's for about 5 months and had a great experience. In that time I was able to get myself into a solid routine, better health, and in decent shape. I learned the proper techniques for various movements and proper form for lifting, pulling etc.. I parted ways only due to my own schedule. I currently am working out in the gym from 10pm to 12am nightly, so this just wouldn't work for training. I do find myself having a difficult time achieving the same feeling of a solid strenuous workout at the end of my own private sessions, so I know that what I was doing, and what can be accomplished in his gym, was from deep consideration and knowledge from his background in the fitness field, covering all the areas of the body. Best of all, he knew how to take it easy on my weak spots, and still push me. If you're thinking about getting into shape, and feeling better, you won't have regrets in this gym with Adam. I definitely don't.

So let me start by saying I hate working out! I’ve tried gyms, clubs, work out classes, you name it, I’ve paid up front and never went AND then my girlfriend told me about Adam and his place, she said to come and try it out once or twice and see how I feel. I met Adam and from that moment you can just feel that good energy, he’s just a really good human, not those pushy ones that you usually get. He asked what I would like to achieve, about my health, questions I never been asked. Well let me tell you it’s been 5 months and I’m still going strong and now I’m really enjoying it. He really works with you, checks in on you, builds goals with you, talks to you about your nutrition and can also recommend a really nice wine, organic and not bad for you at all 😂 that part o really liked (my husband and I really love the wine now, I’m not telling you have to go and find out).
Jokes aside. I truly enjoy going to my gym now, on top of it the people that are part of this gym are just lovely, good people, genuine. Thank you to Adam and his lovely wife Claire (she’s a lot of fun). My recommendation is to try it at least once, go meet with Adam and you’ll find out for yourself.

Adam and his team have been incredible with my 12 year old son. The group workout sessions are so well organized and they explain the reason as to why they are doing each rotation so that the kids understand why it’s important. My daughter absolutely loved her class here and immediately asked when she could come back—always a great sign! Each session was thoughtfully designed to be different, which kept things fresh, exciting, and prevented any sense of boredom or repetition.
The class was incredibly well-run and struck the perfect balance of challenging and fun. What really impressed me was how the workout was individually tailored—if something was too easy, it was instantly adjusted to push her further.
There was no time wasted—the kids were constantly engaged, moving from one station to the next with purpose. Water breaks were frequent and smartly timed, just enough to hydrate without letting the heart rate drop too much.
The variety of equipment kept things dynamic, and Adam, the instructor, was phenomenal. He not only explained each move clearly but also showed genuine care for each child's safety and form. His energy, professionalism, and encouragement made the entire experience outstanding.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something that motivates kids, keeps them active, and builds their confidence through smart, safe, and ever-changing workouts!

Adam is amazing and his gym is well maintained and very clean and accessible. After suffering a stroke, I have some physical limitations. Adam has gladly worked with me, helping me feel comfortable with each exercise and making any adjustments when needed. It is never overcrowded and have plenty of space to move around as I use crutches to maintain my balance and the music is always at a decent volume! The only grunting you’ll hear is from one of us old timers trying to pick up a weight off the floor! The gym crowd here works out in old paint shirts and smells like ben-gay. We are the over 40 crowd and I love it!

I have been working with Adam Hamilton for approximately 4 months. My chiropractor suggested Adam as someone he believed could help me become more fit and healthy. It was the best referral I’ve ever had. I’m a senior citizen with the usual age related health concerns. Hamilton Health and Performance is unlike any other gym I’ve ever been in. Adam listens. I had coffee with Adama couple months ago and we talked about patient care and the importance of exercise for spinal stability and health. One of the first words he said to me is that word "service". By that he, meant that serving the client was his first priority. I can not say enough about Adam and his amazing Gym he literally helped me change my life. I went to him at one of my heaviest and lowest parts of my life and he helped me change not only my work out routine but my mind set and helped keep me on track I’m down 125 pounds and have a completely different mind set on life because of his coaching. I used to think it was all in the work you put in at the gym but it’s way more than that. I owe him so much for helping me get my health and my mind right!!! I highly recommend Adam!!! I started working with Adam in February, at the suggestion of my son. Though I'd been working out on my own, Adam helped fine-tune my exercise routine to address issues with my hip and ankles. Since then, I've been able to resume riding my bike, enjoying hikes, and sightseeing when we travel. I've attended Adam's classes for over 15 years, including times when I was injured. He would adjust my workout to become part of my rehab. He is very knowledgeable in physiology and exercise techniques. I attend his classes 2-3 times a week and he always designs them so the participants can change pace, reps, etc to meet their own needs or physical ability. He cares about all of us in his classes and motivates us to progress to reach our goals.

Adam genuinely cares for your health and well-being. He keeps variety in his classes and keeps you motivated. He gives everyone the personal attention, even in a bigger Saturday morning class. You can go to the big box gyms, but you wont get the motivation and atmosphere that Adam's gym brings. He is also very knowledgeable on nutrition and eating clean. I know that I will reach my goals and exceed them there.

I had talked to Adam for almost a year trying to find someone one anyone who could help me, I’ve had multiple strokes and will most likely going to have more.
The moment I was ready I shattered my ankle and was in a cast for 8 months so Adam had his work cut out for him but he took the challenge with grace and the coaches persistence. I was so nervous that I wasn’t going to be good enough but Adam never gave up on not only my health but my wellbeing he truly cares and wholeheartedly believes in what he does. I am not only grateful to him and the whole crew but I am truly blessed to have them in my life

My experience at Hamilton health has been positive. Adam is a very knowledgeable Clinician. He knows how the body moves and can alter any workout to your level. Adam will meet you where you are and guide you where you need/ want to go on your fitness journey. Adam is a real partner in the gym. He has the ability to coach multiple people all the while making it seem like he is only working with you. I came to Hamilton health after having foot reconstruction surgery. Being in a cast did not deture Adam from crafting a workout just for me. Starting with one legged , now I am able to workout with a full class. I highly recommend this gym for all fitness levels but especially if you have never stepped into a gym before.
