Working with Holly Hanzel has been life changing. My pain anesthesiologist sent me looking for Pilates. With Holly I got so much more. An exercise physiologist, Holly immediately understood my back injury and modified workouts. She is not just a Pilates coach, though she does that with the precision of the Northstar method rarely found on the North Shore. In her heart, Holly is a trainer, using her degree and experience to assess your fitness needs and level. She carefully challenges you to work your core and all your limbs. She works with you on balance, so often neglected in training. She safely guides you to develop your strength and flexibility. In 5 short months working 2 hours a week with Holly I’ve reduced my back pain, strengthened my entire body and improved my balance. I can’t say enough. I’m not going anywhere but Hanzel Holistic Fitness. Thank you Holly!

I went to her studio to see her training method and was very impressed. Holly taught me how to get the most out of my workout. She pointed out common exercises people do that can eventually hurt the body parts they are trying to exercise. Well worth the visit you will not only feel better but look better after your training.
